Great Tracker
What do you like best about the product?
I like that almost any and everyone has access to any board. The accessibility as well as how easy it is to navigate makes it such a great tool for companies with a lot of team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automative part is a little confusing but once you get the hang of how to set up automatic messages it's pretty easy to understand. You have to play around with it a little bit to get exactly what you want but not bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to keep track of all our new properties bills or requirements. Being able to work as a team to make sure everything is collected. As well as sending friendly reminders on missing items without having to go in and send them manually.
Good enough and simple
What do you like best about the product?
Good visuals, easy to edit and configure and move things around. We use it mostly as an alternative to excel tracking and google docs. It exports very easy and I like having access to the ipad and iphone app as well so I can see stuff on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems a little unclear how to add people from outside the organization. Some of our team are confused by the alerts and we don't manage our "Monday Inbox" very well but that's probably on us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replaces Excel or Google sheets for project tracking. I have ALL my personal and professional tasks lists in Monday. Monday is what finally allowed me to go paperless and I have been for 3 years now.
Great project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
So many different features, being able to use different boards, automations work really well, really easy to collaborate with multiple people and assign different tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything really yet! It works extremely well for any projects, has so many features so you can tailor it to do whatever you want, assign people and keep track of everything clearly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having a centralised place for everyone to collaborate on. Not having to worry about updating spreadsheets etc. we can all collaboratively work on it live together.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to configure my boards with the groupings and subgroupings that make sense to my use case. I like to be able to create multiple views with predefined filters that let me hone in on what needs attention. I also really like to be able to store the elements of creative campaigns in the board and use the collaboration tools with colleagues to draft and approve language and images.
What do you dislike about the product?
Comments in documents could be better. If another user suggest different content in the comment, there is no way to accept the change or even copy the suggested text out of the comment to paste in to the main document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple campaigns to distinct audiences across a wide array of mediums. We track our yearly campaigns for higher education admissions marketing in Monday and collaborate as a team of 5.
Love this software, it has streamlined all our processes
What do you like best about the product?
It makes everyone accountable for their tasks with deadlines and status. It allows them to tag their colleagues with updates or if they need help.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't come across any downsides yet. The pricing is a little steep though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has removed the email chains around larger projects and makes everyone accountable for their own part of the project. It helps me see at a glance what everyone is working on.

the automation, all the ease it gives you when creating a new task, project, so many options and integrations

I'm still figuring out some stuff and playing with the platform to see what else it can offer. the automation are sometimes a bit tricky but you have to catch it and it becomes easy

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Monday is easy to work in and can provide easy project management. It offers many features to customize for a personalized use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to place tasks for projects and the program is easy to set up and use.
Great for group projects.
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely helpful in keeping large projects on task and in clear communication for everyone involved in the project. It updates real time; so each person can know where each task is at in relation to completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Monday.com is excellent for group projects, but when it comes to working on my own, I prefer sticking to my personal system. While I suspect that Monday.com probably includes all the features I typically use, I've been using my own method for such a long time that switching over and learning how to do everything within this app feels challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of collaborating on a project, keeping current with communication and saving the system to review how it tracked throughtout the project.

Nothing it's great everything works great and no issues so far.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to operate multiple projects in mulitple timezones with multiple team members, that makes it possible for each team member to stay accountable, on top of taks and working cohesively
What do you dislike about the product?
At the beginning, too many ways to be PINGED on an update, now, it is so much better with the ability to shut off certain notifications and not having it ping on every device and channel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing a non-profit with mutliple employees in different regions / zones to work together and stay productive. It is a must, for any company that operates in multiple regions.
