Great Work OS
What do you like best about the product?
The automation has made our work within different teams flow so seamlessly. How easy it is to keep track of projects/campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a glitch with the email notifications. They are sometimes grouped that it makes it easy to miss some notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The workflow is automated. Campaign management is handled by different departments, so when one department is done with their part in the campaign the next department is alerted and can continue. It helps keep track of where the campaign is easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy format makes organising the day, week and month for the whole team quick and easy. I like the great new features that they have implemented
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating group repeat tasks is not available and so you need to create them one by one each time. This would be easier if you could duplicate them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of seeing the status of tasks, which ones are urgent and when new task arrive.

The capability to integrate into other applications and google forms and others.
What do you dislike about the product?
One major issue I can across was creating quotes for the same task. One task cannot generate more than one quotation. So to raise an additional one, you'll need to get a different APP added to your monday.com account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the leading business capabilities we've benefited from monday.com is its Online Form Builder. We're a MSME family business, and we operate at home. However, we use online forms from our social media pages, google, emails, and websites as our online digital front office. We can collect our customer's queries and service requests and turn them into monetised opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps so much when it comes to planning and organising work-related tasks and events.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes struggle a bit with working out how to set up the automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of the tasks I need to complete, being able to tick them off and see what's been completed and what needs to be done is super helpful.
Best all-in-one software I’ve ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is so flexible and simple to use, I have found so many applications for it in the workplace from project management, knowledge management to a-rich profile CRM. I've now rolled it out at three organisations and couldnt imagine work without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some automations not possible with sub-items but the Monday.com developers and product team are always improving and issuing new releases and we've found workarounds in the meantime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is an all in one platform which brings process and knowledge management into the one platform which is so critical for user adoption. We're using it as the central software tool for how we run the organisation and manage our work plans.
Great flexible solution for coordinating projects
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use, intuitive, and allows me to keep everything related to a project organized in one place. No more trying to find the email chain that has the details in it... you can store it all on Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any. It works great for our field of work. I like that it's relatively lightweigt, and not too complex to learn the platform quickly. I didn't have any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of forgetting what stage projects are at, or what steps have been taken on them so far. Allows me to plan my future work as well, and reminds me when things are due.
Automate your Real Estate Processes
What do you like best about the product?
We have multiple tables that track the progress of the real estate properties from when they enter as incoming leads until we resell at the end of the cycle. The automations that we built allow for 1 click to track properties through the multiple stages in our processes.

The learning curve on automations take awhile to master. Once you understand the thought process it is easy to use & automations are very ssimple.e

Monday.com is perfect for marketing teams
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is intuitive to use and contains the functionality our team needs to track projects and effectively collaborate. It also has great templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't label subtask with parent task names, which can get confusing when looking at an individual task list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com gets us out of the spreadsheets and into a sensible, convenient collaboration and project management platform to manage marketing activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is quick and easy to use. I am that guy that has issues with computers and how difficult they can be to navigate. Monday has a great interface that even the most computer illiterate people can use with ease.

so easy to use that my boss always has so much for me to do. haha

it takes the guesswork out of where to find my tasks, call logs, and info for leads
