Excellent Project Management Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is fantastic as a project management platform becuase of its flexibility. There are so many different ways you can set up your boards, making it applicable to a wide range of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve, but it's worth getting over because monday.com is so useful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com helps me track a large number of projects and their many action items on a weekly basis. It also helps me run team meetings.

Organization of work and customization according to my needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Before using monday, at the company where I work, we used trello, but it was a more limited tool. After starting to use monday, the things that most caught my attention were the possibility of customization according to what I need, the ease of customization and the triggers that are possible to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time control of each element in monday is very useful for the way we control activities, but something that could be better is the possibility for two people to be able to point out the time spent on an activity at the same time. This is because it is common for two people to be working on the same task at the same time. However, this does not make the experience bad, as we adapt our way of working by dividing the task into several, one for each person or also by creating the sub-elements. So actually this is not even a negative point, it was just an adaptation we made. Apart from this point, I don't see any other negative points. I see today that we don't use all available resources, but we have everything we need for our control at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit of monday is that we are currently tracking activities and OKRs from all areas of the company in one place. This was made possible by the possibility of customization. Before we had a tool for CS, another for the product team and another for marketing. Now we are migrating all areas to the same location (Monday), mainly for managing the teams' strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
The organization and distribution of the registered activities on the boards, along with the integrations, greatly facilitate their use throughout the day. And it is definitely worth mentioning the graphs showing the development of each activity in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a bug occurs where my integrations lose connections with other boards, and this ends up happening with a certain frequency that disrupts things a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly the organization, before everything was quite messy and with Monday and the correct use of the tool, the team had a huge performance gain for all members.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a friendly platform, with a very easy to use and understable graphical interface.
I haven't had any problems so far and i haven't needed any hel from the support team yet
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing has upset me.
Well, just the fact that getting the desktop app is so somewhat difficult on its web platform.
It would be nice if there was a direct link to the download
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a lot whit work planning and task management.
Collaboration with other workers is also much easier, keep an eye on pending task, make reports of the work done

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of having a list of agents for my call center, with all their data, and being able to filter them makes it a very versatile tool. It is definitely a tool that does not compare to any other product that I have tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get a little lost among so many options it has, and the automating notifications tool could be a little clearer. I would like to see improvements in the area of message automation, to make it easier to use

It helps me keep organized information from my employees and my work team, in the same way I can automate messages every time a change is made in the different workspaces

What do you like best about the product?
the ease of organizing information and linking it with other boards is the best. also the possibility of using plugins and automation to improve the way of handling information
What do you dislike about the product?
At first automating the boards is a bit complicated to understand but once you learn it you can do wonders. Another point that I don't like is that it is usually a bit tedious when filling in information, I know that a file can be imported but when it is new information it usually takes a while to do it from the boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
better organization of company information that needs to be shared with employees and the ease of automating things helps me be faster and more productive. We also avoid bad communication between departments and improve as a team

The timeline feature allows easy project management.

Sometimes it can be difficult to get all the preffered options onto one of our project trackers

monday.com has removed the weekly "to-do" lists and allowed for an easier, free flowing transition from project to project

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the Monday platform is that it has a very intuitive interface, anyone with no previous knowledge can quickly start using the tool and create the items that will help them complete their tasks and follow-ups.

User administration is quite simple, allowing you to easily add users and assign or not their respective licenses in a matter of seconds. Additionally, the tool has many features that allow you to keep information private to prevent unauthorized access.
What do you dislike about the product?
One opportunity for improvement would be that the Monday platform is that the mobile application can have the same features as the web platform. There are some features that would be great to have in the app, such as user management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The great benefit that the tool gives me is that I can assign tasks to the different work teams, tag the people needed for the execution of a task and the colours for each status help in tracking the task.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of making segments & applying them to the campaigns
Setting up campaigns is fairly simple to do & the dashboard is easy to use which gives you a quick look of each schedule
What do you dislike about the product?
The website freezes when using dynamic content on the creative manager
The reporting from the intelligence suite feels clunky & hard to make your own customised reports

It is used to create and schedule emails, as well as keeping the customer data from store consistent across platforms online & offline. Automation of emails has help our performance run more effeciently
