The All-in-One Project and Task Management Solution

What do you like best about the product?
Before monday.com, I used endless spreadsheets and documents that felt clunky and didn't have the dynamic element I needed to keep up with my work. I love that monday.com allows me to quickly organize my projects, assign them to team members, and view our work in different ways to establish complete transparency of our work. Everything is in one place and can keep up with our pace of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the columns have to be the same throughout an entire board. Sometimes I have different sections of the board that are slightly different and I'd like the ability to reconfigure or remove columns from different sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving the problem of disjointed communication about projects. With monday.com, our entire team has a central hub to keep track of all the moving parts of our projects. We meet frequently and start with the Kanban board view to get updates on what's been done, what's coming up next and what roadblocks we're facing.

What do you like best about the product?
t is a very complete tool that makes organizing a work team much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the moment my experience with monday has been very pleasant, there is nothing that I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It supports me in scheduling activities with my entire work team, in the way information is shared and in the easy visualization of the progress of activities as well as pending tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
We're able to bring our teams, contacts, jobs, and workflow all into one easily monitored location. The ability to track potential and actual costs on jobs and have a clear visualisation of how the business is performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app not quite as user-friendly as I'd like, but for our use, that's a fairly minor issue. Also, having to upgrade to access more visually interesting widgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to monitor the business' current and ongoing work. Giving us a single location to visualise our Business planning in order for the management team to collaborate and keep an eye on targets and performance of the company as a whole.

What do you like best about the product?
You can create as much categories as necessary, for example one for each team/theme, ans inside you can organize easily the incidents by advancement state, or affect them to a specific person
What do you dislike about the product?
You don't receive email notifications for all the tickets you create if you don't tag yourself inside, so you must often re-check them in monday.com to see if updated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allows to affect tasks to the right persons/teams, easily give more inputs if necessary, keep a track of who did what and measure the time it took, and also to keep the archive of the troubleshooting to common bugs

What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of clear labels and intuitive design makes even the simplest tasks a headache-inducing ordeal. Instead of streamlining our workflow, Monday.com has added an extra layer of complexity that we simply don't have the time to deal with.

What do you like best about the product?
How flexible it is and the automation and collaboration tools to get things done and keep everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many functionalities and integrations that should be built in or free and instead required to much work arounds or pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my day to day organized and all my work in one centralized place. By having a centralized dashboard for everyting I do, it helps me save time and be more productive allowing me to do more and get better results for me and my team.

What do you like best about the product?
Not only does it provide a platform to manage multiple projects with ease, but it also enables robus reporting which gives the top brass valuable insights into my teams activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that I can email from a Monday.com project, but I would like to be able to templatise emails with autofilling attributes that can be used by an entire team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us standard is, track and manage the on-boarding process. Time-to-value is our main goal when it comes to onboarding and Monday.com helps use track activities and outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
I was struck by how effortlessly it brings together all aspects of our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve, it has a lot of functions and this can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all the projects, to us is a better communication of all that is going on in the company.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps me and my team to have a better comunication and performance. We can implement boards of our processes and constantly improve it in order to meet our needs, which are constantly changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a really great exprience since I started using Monday.com, which was in march 2020. Their team are always availble to help when its needed and the platform has been improved constantly since then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me to track my team work and help them to do a better job and be more organized. Futhermore, it helps us to receive information from our clients in exclusive forms and have a better inner comunication.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows my team and I to communicate our workload and tasks remotely. It also allows you to track progress which is really helpful when you have a range of projects
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change is I would add a priority board, allowing me to see only the most urgent topics- this may be a user issue/lack of understanding however
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to monitor and communicate the progress of each project between the team. This saves a lot of time digging through drives and emails searching for the last update
