Great for Keeping Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it keeps the team organized and items can be sorted into different lists and prioritized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hard to find the list item you're looking for.

It keeps track of our sales & marketing projects.
Essential for growing my team
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been critical in my ability to grow my team. Before I was keeping track of clients and tasks on Google spreadsheets that were indecipherable to anyone else. Transitioning to Monday.com has allowed my to better organize and track monthly tasks and client needs, and to bring on an employee and manage their deliverables. I would not have been able to scale my business without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I know this sounds trite but the only thing I dislike about monday.com is the amount of options. I feel like I'm not using it to its fullest potential because I'm too busy and don't have the time to go through every single option there is available. I know I could be getting more from my subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping track of all of my clients and the tasks associated with each client. Since I have over 25 clients this is critical for staging organized and collaborating with teammates.

Budget columns only take one value instead of being able to customize each cell for different values.

Best User-Friendly Design in Project Management Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has an unparalleled user interface among other project management solutions. Its intuitive design greatly facilitates the training process for team members who may have little previous exposure to such digital tools, making the learning curve far more manageable. Moreover, the platform's interface fuels a sustained interest in expanding one's understanding and proficiency, making it the standout choice in its category.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is being unable to copy columns from one board to another. For example, if I made a column with certain statuses and want that same column and colors on another board, I have to recreate it from scratch.

The introduction of a workflow for document reviews and the ability to manage projects from a bird's eye view has significantly improved our team's communication. It has reduced the necessity for frequent meetings and status update emails and streamlined our operations, leading to enhanced productivity and efficiency.
Intuitive project management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a very intuitive platform that works for individuals or teams needing to manage projects with a plethora of details, files, etc. Automations make the process more streamlined so users aren't spending more time on a project than needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be helpful to add different groups within a board. For example, I'd like to have one board with 1 group for projects and then 1 group that holds all the client-specific notes. Another possible enhancement would be a board that allows for just 'notes'; no columns persay but rather a notepad to enter random notes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to work with my colleagues and never miss a beat on a project. I no longer have to call, IM, or email my colleagues when they need to take a PTO day as I have all the project and client info centrally located in one place and can step in and assist without worrying about not having all the info. Monday.com makes my team look more organized and streamlined everyday!

Ease and interaction with the user, the tool provides a very clear view for the organization and understanding of the projects we are using, in addition to offering external visualization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like it when the tool has more complex automation functions and the tool allows creation; another point would be the update that takes a long time to occur since our Monday has been on the market for over 2 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of projects and primarily work with time management with specific deadlines and notifications, these benefits bring automation along with our productions.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track dates and timelines and assign tasks to specific staff members with having to send out tons of emails. And being able to track updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site isnt able to create timelines based on a set dates and time ranges. So most due dates have to be entered in manually.

It is solving the extended project planning process by putting everything in the same place.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an excellent platform to improve communication and workflow with different teams. Our company uses it to better work together and to see how projects are moving along. It has different templates and ways to organize your work and can be all shared with your team members. A very useful tool for keeping projects and tasks organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only con about using Monday.com is that it has many features and it can take some time to learn how to use it all. However, it does have tutorials and assistance offered that can help with training all team members to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'd say that Monday.com is solving workflow and ease of use as more people adopt this tool into their business. This is beneficial for my team as it becomes easier for us to use.
Monday = an essential for teams
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com enables our team to collaborate to track outcomes on shared goals. It is more flexible and better for day-to-day project mgmt than our CRM. It's also more efficient, better-looking, and quicker than Google Sheets. The conversation functionality, inbox and notifications functions give me a birds-eye view of what's happening at all the partners we work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were better 'undo' functionality or a way to restore a previous version, like in Google Drive. Sometimes someone accidentally makes an incorrect mass edit, and it's tough to correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with many stakeholders across multiple teams and organizations. Tracking progress towards deliverables in an easy, well-organized way.
