Highly visual with powerful automations
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Monday.com are the dashboards. It's so easy to display information in a format that's visually appealing and easy to interpret. Since I started using Monday its become my goto application at the start of my day.
I use Monday.com to manage my workload, and the workload of my Team. I use forms and boards to collect information from colleagues and track processes. The automations available are really powerful, but the huge range of templates makes it easy to get started.
Getting into Monday was far easier than MS Projects etc, and more powerful for my needs. I'd hate to be without it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the coolest features are included in payable integrations eg community boards, which doesn't really exist in Sharepoint either.
It may be my level of competence, but I'd appreciate better control/visibility of notifications to others. For example, if I prepare a private board and then make it a main board, I'd like to control who (if anyone) gets a notification about that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest win for me for Monday is the visibility it provides. I especially appreciate being able to see and interact with the boards supporting a form. It means I can see that progress is being made (or not). I spent some time setting up a couple of dashboards and now my monthly reporting is a breeze - it takes me say 20mins rather than 1/2 day.

its easy to use, the dashboard is clear and i can see where i am with my sales on a daily,weekly,monthly glance at the screen. I have used other CRM systems in the past and unlike them Monday.com is seemless.

some screens are repetative showing similar information. some functions should be automatic - like when you update your visit notes, the last date gets moved to previous
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its doesnt benefit me to the point that i rely on Monday.com. but it does make seeing my customers easier. general notes back and forth from each other keeps my manager informed

The ease of communication between team members and the ability to customize any page depending on necessity.

I don't really see downsides but there are some improvements that could be made

we can easily plan and track our projects, set deadlines and assign tasks.

Nothing. Its a very good tool to plan our tasks and work

Controlling all the tasks from one place
great portal to organize daily tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
Deadline section, person in charge, easy for communications and tagging people who can assist and work together on the same task.

Nothing to add as its fiendly to be used and easy for beginneres.

Managme my task and time, collaboration within the team to emsure proper communication and excution has been done.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday does what it says on the box, bringing clarity and oversight to projects, regardless of what business unit is responsible. From being able to attach deliverables, files, and triggers, Monday covers most bases from design, marketing, copy, and even Agile sprint board managment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any platform with capability, Monday can be a steep learning curve at times. Generally the day to day is functional, but be prepared to invest the time if you want to get the best from your setup and teams.

Monday helps us bring campaigns to market, having multiple teams across numerous project boards. It also allows internal teams to collaborate and only share outward facing deliverables.

Relatively new - lack of support, still some bugs, new feature integration slow

Allows me to customize reports for different departments, while using the same information to track project progress and workloads
Absolutely useful, it has many more tools than I thought.
What do you like best about the product?
It has helped me to maintain order, to communicate better with my team and to make clear the functions and activities that each one must fulfill. This, in turn, has improved the service our customers receive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a displeasure, but with the latest platform update, sometimes errors appear or notifications simply don't arrive. Fortunately, there are many more benefits than shortcomings that you can find at monday.com.

Mainly the organization. In addition to this, I can monitor the fulfillment of tasks, the time invested in each of them and the projects I manage, but above all to have better communication with the team and that everyone is clear about their roles.
