Great platform to organise & plan your work!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how each task, project or campaign can be managed in one space. Working in marketing can quickly become hectic, monday.com helps us to stay on track with what needs to be done and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes automations break and its unclear to see why/how or notice its happened until we have missed work!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our team see all our work in one place, whilst also holding us accountable to deadline dates in line with key projects. It allows the whole team to understand the exact point we are at with a task, allowing them to get involved easily if needed.

It helps me to feel in control of my workload and track how my team are progressing

The hardest thing is persuading other team members to use it and trying to show them how easy it is to use

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps everything in our organized and intuitive form that we have been able to adapt to make our projects run smoother; our process flow quicker. We are able to make changes on the fly, the automation and integrations are extremely easy to set up
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have not found many issues with Monday.com that we have not been able to work around I do wish some of the other addon feature would be included as a singular cost vs a cost per seat
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been able to solve how we collaborate between project managers, coordinators and Field Leads. We are able to all be on the same page when it what step of the project that we are on

What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows you to view a lot of data with a quick glance. It also allows the for multiple boards with great abilities to data across the boards under a dashboard where you can cross analyze data.
I use the boards daily for accident and incident reporting and keeping an eye across the business' trends.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice when exporting any conditional formatting in place comes with it. Also, the addition of two Y Axises would be great feature to have. It is sometimes difficult showing trends where one piece data is in full numbers but others is in decmial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows to all the data to be one in one clear area where the team is able to add, discuss and learn from. It allows us to use the data to spot some trends where possible.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is one of the best features about the product. Training videos really help keep your knowledge of the product at peak.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the key features require you to upgrade your subscription. But these days which service doesn't do that.

Monday.com allows me to view everyones progress on their assigned projects from one simple platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very user-friendly. It's mostly intuitive. It helps teams become better organized, quickly overview tasks, collaborate, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lower-tired plan only has 250 automations that teams can use. Otherwise, I don't have much to say that I don't like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides excellent insight into the tasks that need to be completed, keeping track of project statuses, and more.
Monday is very easy to navigate and use for my work needs.

Uploading the information from an excel templated into Monday.

Creating automation, I am in need of more training.

Monday is allowing all of the users to track/monitor projects wee are currently involved with.

I really enjoy being able to organize boards in any manner that the project calls for. The customization and freedom within the platform is very valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if some of the features, like the personal board or team calendar, were a part of the package that we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization as a small business that only works remotely is very difficult at times. Monday.com helps us all stay connected and on the right track as a team.
Our team loves Monday.com for project management
What do you like best about the product?
This is the best project management software we've found for our 3-person education team. We can put all our projects in with assigned tasks and deadlines. I can set email alerts for upcoming deadlines or past due deadlines. I can see what all the tasks are for my whole team, or just look at what my tasks are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the automated alerts for past due tasks took me a few tries to get it right but I finally got it working right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com enables us to see all of our projects, the associated tasks, the assigned person and the date due. I like that you can indicate if you've completed the task, are working on it or are stuck and need help. I like that I can set alerts for myself and the assigned person when a task is past the due date.
