Monday.com has saved countless hours of work for me!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how monday.com is visible with real time updates by anyone in the organization. We were heavily using excel to manage various tables of information. It could only be edited by one person at a time. As we've transitioned most if not all excel worksheets to Monday.com, its been so helpful across our org.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I dislike anything about Monday.com currently. The functionality is unmatched. As i learn more about Monday.com's abilities, I expect to continue to be wowed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's kept many emails from being exchanged asking about status of certain tasks. Users are able to have updates at their fingertips without sending an email and waiting on a response.
Great Project Management Software for Companies with Highly Custom Needs
What do you like best about the product?
The boards and dashboards are highly customizable, which is excellent for teams and projects that have different management and data analytics needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the automations and newer features experience glitches that can interfere with streamlined processes that use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to effectively track work across multiple different projects and departments with workflows that work for each team's needs.

I enjoy how user friendly it is to organize the tasks and priorities for a specific project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish he gaant chart was a little more user friendly. It took me some time to understand the bigger picture of the timeline.

They are solving all of our project deadlines and accurate reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexible so that teams can customize to meet their needs.

There have been no significant drawbacks for any of our teams.

Monday is helping us to keep all of our projects and operational information in one place. It also allows teams and individuals to create their own project solutions.
Definitely a Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful things that we get about using Monday.com is how much time it saves us. Having a paperless system has helped tremendously, especially in locating and keeping track of all the orders that we have. We used to keep all orders in plastic pouches, but they the order would get misplaced and we would spend a lot of time looking for the order or we would have to call the customer to ask for instructions again, which was embarrassing sometimes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that I dislike about using the system is getting everybody on board to actually update everything all the time. For Example, if we don't enter the customer's phone number he/she won't get a text when the order is ready, but that's more of a training issue than the system. The system is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On Monday we keep all the required documentation and instructions for each order in one place. We don't need to interrupt anybody while they are working to ask them anything because everything is right there on Monday.

The ability to collaborate simulataneously on projects in one location.

The format of excel reports is not customizable when exporting data out for external reporting.

Team transparency and tracking of progress for key projects.
Good Tool for simple task mgmt - not as good for execution
What do you like best about the product?
Monday lives of the tables that are formulated as task lists (enriched with details). It is very simple to set them up, view them as Kanbans etc.
What really adds value on top are the automations and the good integrations with other platforms such as slack, Gmail, SFDC etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
I am not happy on how I can actually work on monday. I am using other tools such as Google Docs or Notions to really keep my notes etc. This leads to me not using monday for all projects as it is quite cumbersome to work in multiple tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me to collect my tasks and is also the database for one of my long-term projects (even though that is probably a misuse). Generally I am able not only to track my progress but it also helps to collaborate with others.
Simple and amazing platform
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simple and intuitive design, some tools and integrations to make your service faster, drag and drop is easy, but the visualization could be better

The fact that you have to pay to see work and task charts;
And I really need to invite my clients to see the status of jobs, and in my opinion this could be better, like having a list of all clients and just selecting where you need them to have access

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday make my days more easy and the job more fast, for me and my team, is the better tool what i tested. Now we don't lose time with documents revision and waiting for the departments directors see the drawn on the table

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can track due dates in Monday and customize my boards so I can add notes and links and priority statuses. I also like that I can tag other teammates so they can see what's been assigned to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is visually overstimulating, especially at first when I was trying to learn how to use it. The color coded statuses and boards helped create order though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping me stay organized and on top of my tasks at work. It allows me to track progress on individual steps associated with a task and gives my manager the ability to check my progress without having to micromanage my work.
Monday is simply amazing!

You can do so many things on Monday! Control and manage activities is my favorite!

The fact it doesn't integrate as much as I would like with Excel and spreadsheets.
