Monday.com Helped Our Business Get Organized
What do you like best about the product?
Implementing new boards and getting users on the same page is easy. We are able to create a simply to follow workflow for everyone. All of the users to access right there on all of their devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to link contacts to other boards using automations. It doesn't appear that this feature is available yet and I'm not sure why. At some point I imagine that it will be possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have a spreadsheet for everything and it wasn't easy to keep organized. Now we have boards to solve these problems, which helps keep everyone on the same page.
The best project management tool I've used to date!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps keep me so organized and on top of my work. I love how I can refine tasks down to the smallest detail. Paired with the automation tools that come with Monday.com, this is a golden platform to track all your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Monday.com would let you make subitems of your subitems and hope that is a new feature they onboard in the future! There is a bit of a learning curve when you first are in the system but just play around with it and you'll be settled in no time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization is no longer operating out of a million different spreadsheets. It has helped eliminate duplicated and/or stale work due to people working out of different documents or system. It has also helped streamline communication both inside and outside of our Marketing team.
A management platform that does everything for me
What do you like best about the product?
I can do anything I want : to do lists, GANTT for project management, CRM, everything I want to accomplish I will probably find a solution within the platform. I also love the automation that help me orgnize my work by priorities.
What do you dislike about the product?
not that much except for the price, but that's because I'ma solopreneur, and I would love to have a pro account but it's a bit expensive for me because of the minimal users. For the feature, I would love a better integration with mailchimp. Meaning being able to manage my campaigns from monday, but I think there are solutions for pro accounts now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wouldn't like to have multiple platforms for my different needs.
It was pretty easy to understand how it works and I got used to using it relatively fast.
What do you like best about the product?
The automated portion of Monday. No need to do things manually, moving from one board to another, when it can be done in just one click. It saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is when automation is a bit slow and takes almost a few minutes to execute. It can be frustrating, but it's nothing major, so it's bearable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have all the information necessary in one platform. We don't have to use other platforms to check on the information. With Monday, we have everything in one place, and checking for the information needed at a given time is easy.
Project Management outside of Excel
What do you like best about the product?
We replaced a few Excel/Sheets workspaces with Monday to help consolidate our project management and new product launches within our business. The visual clues and organization have helped us communicate information more effectively internally and externally. Unlike Excel, automated notifications are paramount to the passing of communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sub-items and items requiring different fields, and specific categories not being able to convert easily to different categories. The mobile app seems more challenging to manage. Very easy to accidentally archive an entire board instead of an item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing of information both internally and externally. Prioritizing tasks for specific users and allowing others to keep tabs by being view-only users. Automated emails reduce lag time.
Monday for Contractor Work Order Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can add other members of our team and we can collaborate together and share information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Gantt chart had additional functions where I could color code it other than the group that they are in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that it is an ever-changing and growing software.
It makes work easier

I dont have any, it has allowed me to be more productive.

It creates accountability and easily allows a high level overview within minutes.

Ease of use and flexibility in its presentation makes this an incredible software tool!

Nothing has come up yet that we don't like.

We are using it as our primary CRM which is working great for new BD tracking and ongoing Project tracking.
Monday.com changed the way our team functions
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of monday.com, and I love how visual the entire platform is.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike about monday.com, but one thing that could be improved is the time tracking functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us solve everything! We use it for tracking PTO, we use it for project forecasting, we use it for keeping projects on the rails, we use it for tracking our sales process.
Monday has been a great online tool for our Marketing team
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great for allocating tasks and projects to specific people or groups and using the 'people' filter you can easily view what tasks are yours, helping to organise your own workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there is anything I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Marketing department, we were struggling to track each others tasks and what stages of projects we were at. Now with Monday.com we can easily view projects and their progress and whos hands they are in!
