What do you like best about the product?
Without a doubt, its interface and platform accessibility are its strengths.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't see anything I dislike about "Monday.com".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"Monday" helps and assists me every day in the management, planning and organization of the projects I am running. And everyone in the company, who also participates in Monday, has visibility of my tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday enables me to register and update info on all projects in one place, including deadlines, statusses, notes and documents. I don't have to remember anything, monday keeps everything together. And because Monday is our main projectmanagement tool, collaborating with team mates never has been so easy and effective!
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Using shared boards with collegues comes with the need to set filters and personal tables, if you only need to check your own tasks. 2. Connecting boards is an awesome feature but in practice, it needs quite some puzzling to get connections between boards right, if different boards are not setup in the same way. 3. I would love to be able to customize 'My work' more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps all information in one place, so I don't have to switch between systems and tools to get my info together. Automations are bringing me updates, reminders and status changes so that I don't have to spent time on writing notes to myself or teammates. I don't have to spent my time on double checking and can spent much more time on doing key tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that multiple users can see the dashboard and help with scheduling between multiple departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found many downsides, it is easy to customize and add to existing entries

Helping to schedule between multiple departments and all have access to see future planned appointments

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping tasks organized and visible to the appropriate managers keeps us focused and produces better results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more options for recurring tasks and notifications.

Multiple managers, projects and tasks all organized and visible to the team makes accomplishing our goals much easier.

Insighful and rational learning process.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using monday.com for more than a year and a half now and can say that this product is exceptional. During this period, I learned how to manage my time better, prioritize tasks and optimize processes. I can proudly say that this product lowered the workload of my team at least 10 times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of something on the top of my mind that we could not implement into monday.com. In my opinion, that is saying enough for the product and the updates that are incorporated into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems that monday.com solved for us is the communication between parties from different countries and continents. I am confident that this has gotten better during the past two years and additionally the time for solving a problem has decreased significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the complexity, yet user friendly aspect of monday.com. There are various different ways to communicate and keep track of projects within monday.com. I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of monday is some extinct automations are not yet created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is solving project optimization problems and allowing us to hold other teams and department accountable for their assigned task withing projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a game-changer for my digital projects! It's super intuitive, keeps my tasks on track, and the visual timeline is a lifesaver. Finally found my project management soulmate. ⚡️ #MondayMagic
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday offers incredible project management, but it's important to note that in our industry, team sizes fluctuate. A flat rate for unlimited users would be more convenient as teams expand and shrink. Still, it's a top-notch tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving the problem of chaotic project management. It streamlines task assignments, timelines, and communication, promoting collaboration. This benefits me by keeping my digital projects organized, reducing confusion, and improving team efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize every board to each department. The chat feature on each task makes communication topic focused so nothing gets lost in the wash.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were better ways to set up board previews when I need to export data for client approvals. This would be helpful when I do not want to add viewers to the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management, project manegment, customer experice and our ability to respond to issues. All of these areas have drastically improved since we impemented Monday.
