Great Tool for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an excellent tool for collaboration and task management. It's helped my team stay organized and in sync on a wide range of tasks. I would recommend monday.com to anyone looking to streamline their team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more in the way of customizable automation and workflow management. Some of the built-in automations aren't a good fit for the types of multi-step processes my team uses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com gives my team a centralized platform to manage our tasks and keep track of key milestones. It helps us stay in sync and eliminates the need for unnecessary touch-base meetings.
Excellent Tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Monday is automation. I can easily create them and share them with the team. I have reminders, changing dates, emails and many other automations. We started using Monday, the free version for more than a year, even as a free tool, we found it helpful, but we needed more features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more flexibility in creating charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool that consolidates all aspects of the business, from the beginning of a bid until the completion of the proposal sent to a customer or prospect. By creating columns and naming them quickly, we can have all the information we need to keep track of the progress of each project. We also wanted to encapsulate all of the process of work management when a bid has been awarded, and this has been a great tool to achieve this purpose.
Almost everything, all in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
Centralization of workflow in a single place, having the possibility to integrate external content and to automate tasks. The possibility to customize everything it's really good for my company, which is small but high-tech with many needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time, updates to the platform make your previous schemes "obsolete", with the need of an intervention to update everything to the new features. Some automations are still missing on the "when date arrives" templates, but I see that new features are coming every time an update is done!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was in a complete mess dealing with different projects related to different customers.
Also, I have few customers that need particular attention on the followed project workflow.
Monday solved almost all the management problems, from the proposal to the point-to-point check of results (meetings included).

What I love most about monday.com is its simplicity.
Fewer emails & email attachments, fewer excel sheets, and no more endless scrolling to find a piece of information hidden in my inbox.
It allows the data to be organized visually, keeping it clean and easy to swallow. The status changing & automations add a pinch of fun to everyday project management chores ;)
I also love the view feature, which makes any data look sexy. Highly recommend!

I really miss more color-coding, fonts & personalization options for items.
Also, an opportunity to choose multiple single dates in one date column would be helpful - for example, listing home office days and integrating them with Team's calendar.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of all - it saves time! My team communicates via one platform that has it all - info, assets, timelines and deadlines. Real-time status changes are an excellent feature for our freelance and agency collaborators - they do not have to ask questions if something is ready yet, and I do not have to deliver these answers. The answers are already there - on monday.com boards!

The most agile, fast evolving platform
What do you like best about the product?
I've work as a project manager with differrent tools, but monday was by far the most suitable. This because everything is customizable to your unique workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the use of the API you can almost overcome every wall you run in to. It was a bit slow every now and then, but since the release of mondayDB, the speed has drastically improved, so I'm satisfied!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overview for management, real-time data, the app is very useful for installers on the road, easy for planning, more productivity because it takes less time to share data with everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
Transparency and how things are streamlined with everyone and how things are being viewed to ensure everyone is on the same page. Also, the app is useful in the event folks are not able to use a traditional laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I know of as of yet. Initially, I disliked the process because it was new to learn and by allowing me to continue to work with the program/app. So far, love everything now :-)

I haven't yet but I am sure and confident that folks in Monay will reach out and let me know if there are things that can resolve any such actions based on the situation.

What do you like best about the product?
The on time syncing that makes it easier due to most of our colleagues working abroad.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dropdown column filtering is sometimes bugged on boards with multiple boards connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filtering and keeping track of payment due dates. Determining the payments that are pending for the month in advance is beneficial.

Love the overall automations, integrations, and apps.
It is very efficient and time-saving, and the vision behind it is great. It has far more integrations then the competitors

What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks some key features of boards sync and task management. Some integrations can get way better if only a few more options existed. I would love to see improvements in the integrations with Google's apps, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday to manage my business - from content gantts to daily tasks management and time tracking. Its integrations help me stay in sync with my clients - through shared boards and G-cal shared calenders.
