Monday makes information easier

What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows me and my coworkers the flexibility to view our data in the way that we need it. We love the deep and custom integration we can have with our data sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the learning curve can be a little steep for those who aren't very tech savvy. The amount of integrations can also be a little daunting. The speed could also always been increased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of custom integration with Monday has been awesome! We've used the custom web hooks feature constantly to control our own systems or retrieve new data with the click of a button

Easy to use but some limited power

What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly easy to use as a project management platform, with the ability to clearly and visibly queue tasks by stage and identify key stakeholders and terms for each.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is clunky to use Monday as a document repository (though we do) and you're unable to bulk download documents from pulses if you need to share them elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday creates a clear audit trail for document changes and negotiation history. This allows us as a very fast moving company to easily get ourselves and team members up to speed on the progress and current status of any deal. Monday also allows us to keep key documents for each deal in a single place so if we need to share documents outside of the platform and collaborate inside it, we easily can do so.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is intuitive and robust. It's easy for just about any team member to get started using it and can adapt to more complex situations with its automations and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've run into certain limitations in the past, but all-in-all there is almost always another way to achieve your end goal (or else it's just not a deal-breaker). Great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small startup and we have lofty goals. The mostly remote team needs to be able to move swiftly, not drop balls, and stay up-to-date on others' work. Monday.com probably helps us reduce meetings by half!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a versatile project management platform with a very easy to use interface. I can customize my boards and workflows to my specific needs, and share with collaborators, with a level of privacy. I also really loved the video tutorials that helped me onboard quickly on the plateform, understanding the potential of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
[Supermetrics + Monday.com] is not optimal for our reporting needs. The main limitation of this integration is its short list of compatible data sources. Several major players (Snapchat, Pinterest, and Google Analytics) are not available. It also cannot pull information from a Google Spreadsheet, which would prevent us from using a solution like Zapier to automatically export data to a spreadsheet and then import it into Monday.com. As a result, we would find ourselves using more than one platform to generate a presentable report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest issues were project management, time delivery and accountability. With its intuitive interface, we effortlessly track projects from start to finish, ensuring that no deliverable goes unnoticed. The ability to assign clear roles and responsibilities to our collaborators has brought unparalleled clarity to our workflow, and outstanding improvement in teamwork and timely project completion. It directly translated in positive cash results.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy way to create tickets, update status and the ability for connect boards. Also, the product updates mails are clear and help me to understand the new features. It allow us to keep in touch with the development team, create tickets, etc. Manage products is easy with Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a problem from the past, but what I disliked was the page load time when I opened a board that had a lot of tickets.
Also, the way to create automations is somewhat complicated and is only limited to certain options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage products,follow up on future internal developments. Pending tasks, status notifications and status updates. Keep control and documentation of the internal features for our product.

What do you like best about the product?
the customer service at Monday.com is great! they are also quick to jump on a call and help.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't too much that i disklike. perhaps one thing is that the automations can be confusing if you don't have a rep there to help you. custom automations espescially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
consistent updates within our department. each person on the team can see when a project is done or not.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday provides a real-time visibility that is essential: the ability to see exactly what your teammates are doing and how long they've been at it. It saves time because there's no need to constantly ask for updates - you can see it clearly on the platform. In terms of team coordination and collaboration, it's a game-changer, specially as your team grows larger.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the tool offers various visualizations, the ability to personalize them beyond basic adjustments is a bit restricted. You're usually confined to the pre-defined formats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves our need to receive and organize demands, in a way that it's clear to everyone with access to it.

Awesome for organizing tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way you can organize tasks by client or by project, and divide them by tasks. Following the thread of a task, assigning managers and managing resources is very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a bit complicated or confusing to configure custom notifications for the different boards, or to generate a personal board where I can check my assigned tasks. Yes you can, but it requires a little patience to know how to configure for someone who is not so familiar with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us organize and manage tasks for our clients' projects. We are dedicated to Digital Marketing, so a project is made up of various areas, which we can keep organized thanks to boards, tasks, assignments, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to communicate with my coworkers through this amazing tool. It's also the best virtual to-do list I've come across.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could make my personal board wihtout any team members being able to see it.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact we can invite clients in so they can track the progress of our work on-top of internal checks. I don't have much experienece with competitor platforms, but this has worked great so never needed to switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be a bit buggy or clunky. Sometimes the automations aren't working properly. We are also still working through the CRM and how it integrates with other tools that we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing a central location for both internal teams and external clients to organize and track action items. It is also a form of communication between our internal teams and clients
