Perfect for Startups or low budget companies
What do you like best about the product?
Easy UX to learn. Great way to enter CRM or project planning tool usage with little or no knowledge of the software. Great for Nonprofits with limited IT support or budgets.
What do you dislike about the product?
After 6 months the customization is not as easy, and for the free license user becomes an obstacle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy entry level at no cost for our nonprofit. We can't afford a robust CRM like Salesforce and Monday.com to give us a grand entry to managing our projects, collecting information on our clients, and team coordination.
Great Organization Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
For people who are big fan of having all in the same place to organize, simplify and optimize things and time, Monday is the right solution for it. Not only for business but also for personal matters, you have a lot of ways to organize and visualize data and most importantly keep track of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be cool to have a widget to add to your computer with your daily things to do or something you can personalize and have there for more essential things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, time-tracking between daily tasks and on-going long-term projects, and interactions with the team that are included in each of the projects/activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a Work OS combining powerful functionality, a pleasant, well thought-out UX, easily configurable dashboards and automation capabilities that make it easy to implement complex workflows.

What do I like least? That it doesn't take into account local calendars for planning management, which is sometimes annoying.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves the problem of multiple inputs from different sources. It allows you to consolidate this information and share it easily, regroup employees and engage them in processes, qualify follow-up, assign tasks, report and share follow-up directly with customers.
A Great CRM Tool for Video Production
What do you like best about the product?
The customizable tables have been super helpful to create tools that help our whole team track the status of video projects, and manage our sales, prospects, and subcontractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. Further integrations between tools is always a top wish, but over time, they have kept up with trending tools and it's just gotten better and better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For Real Video Production Co., Monday has become our tool of choice for CRM and project management to keep us all informed and organized as projects progress. We know there are other tools out there, but this one just works best for our team.

As a marketing team, there are a lot of campaigns, each of which have multiple stakeholders vith various tasks. Monday helps manage that efficiently
Easy and helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I find it incredibly valuable to share updates with my team on where I'm at with a project and what I need from them. I like creating my own labels and statuses to personalise the platform to work for what I need. I also appreciate the interactivity with Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet that I dislike about Monday.com. It's user-friendly and simple to use. If there were something I disliked about Monday.com I would provide them with my feedback
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep on track for my tasks personally and it also helps to give greater transparency when working on a group project. I have noticed that I am more prepared and less likely to leave tasks until the last minute.
Great tool for managing teams, some pricing tier issues
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is an extremely helpful way to keep teams organized and on task. The ability to assign multiple parties to a single project/task is a big plus compared to some project management apps that only let you assign one person. Customizable task data columns is helpful, to add/remove columns that aren't needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two things are troublesome. Some tasks are "time based", so we use the timer to track contractor hours. However, the cumulative time doesn't work, so we have to export tasks out of Monday and into Excel to add up billable time for a pay period. Next, the pricing tiers are across all members of the team. If you have 10 team members, and 3 are contractors that need the timekeeping feature, you have to pay the upgrade fee for all 10 people, not just the 3 that need the higher tier. For this reason, next month we are going to be downgrading our plan and use an alternative timekeeping app. Features should be ala carte and based on individual team member need, not forced across all team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with Done projects, seeing who is doing what and where they are in the progress. Taking complex task conversations out of email and into a unified location.
Super user-friendly and full of features
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is really easy to use. Its graphic interface is user friendly, coloured and nice to see (I don't like to work on uncoloured and ugly apps, with cryptic interfaces). Flags and other little details are also pleasant and useful in order for me to make quick presentations sometimes just with a couple of screenshots.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the time being, a feature that I can't understand why is not included is to include budget values in sub-entities in the totals. I'd like to have also some way to show results of calculations in grafics (i.e. the difference of two values, such as budget available and budget spent so far).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drafting project design, including budgetary aspects and milestone's tracing. I found the way also to organise a special archive of the most relevant documents for our project.
Simple, fun, effective!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the modern and fun interface as well as the many automations that it has. It saves a lot of brain power and energy to be able to automate almost anything you can think of for your workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app needs work. Unfortunately, I do everything possible to avoid using it. It glitches and does not refresh in real-time. Sometimes it does not refresh when you manually refresh it. A real bummer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They seem to always be improving and adding automations that users have requested to be useful. There has been a number of automations I wished for that came along not much later.

It takes a little while to learn, but once you understand it, it's a lifesaver!
