What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! We think it is excellent. I suppose the price, but it is worth every penny.

Great track keeping, easily post to co-workers, provide notes to each project.
What do you like best about the product?
Not just a job list, but great track keeping to fulfill deadlines as required. the Notes and comments are always great for looking for scope of project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Down side is tough, at the moment it's depending on company setup is key. With the prep is not going to come out good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being the middle man is great, the main office problem is communication and this is putting it right in your face.
Monday is the window to our strategy and keeps our team on track for execution
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards and the ability to see where we are as a company at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike. It really works for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to set the reminders and also being able to go in and filter by my tasks. The dashboards give our entire team a view onto how we are tracking against goals & priorities.
Very useful to administrate your work and be more productive.

The way you can administrate and know how much work and pendings you have.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you finish a pending you move it to other group, sometimes do not work as you want and item gets stuck in the original group.

Sorting out my work and this makes me more productive to my business
LOVE Monday
What do you like best about the product?
We started using Monday a couple of months ago. It has helped us tremendously with keeping track of projects. It it user friendly...I was able to use right away without training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. I can't think of any improvements the software would need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It opens the communication between all workers and projects are getting done fast and effciently.

What do you like best about the product?
The product allows us to inspire our departments to automate and enhance their business processes. Less spreadsheets, more accuracy and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
We failed to integrate with Single Sign On from day 1 and now have problems migrating to full SCIM provisioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to automate complex business processes and provides an easy to use interface for users with a range of technical ability.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the clean user interface which makes it easy for staff who arent very tech savvy to use. Its great for automations and providing updates to the whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike much about monday .com, i would prefer more of the available add ons to be produced by Monday.com and not cost any extra to add on, as the service is already fairly expensive and such add ons should be part of the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it creates a clean user interface for interacting with a large teams across multple sites, its great for live updates to all relevant members to a certain project.

What do you like best about the product?
You can kind of just build it out to be anything. There's a million other apps that can be added to it. It's a great program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more permission settings on what users can see and can't see. Shouldn't have to fully upgrade to enterprise. Just put a price pint on every add on
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an easy place for all the employees to see all the info they need to complete their job.
Great tool to organize tasks, create submission forms, or keep team up to date with project status

I like that I can automize processes and I really love the forms capability

occasional bugs or when i update a certain item there is no undo button

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how it organizes all of our team's tasks in one screen and provides visibility into what our team is working on. Also really helpful for end of year reviews to be able to see what exact tasks I accomplished throughout the year
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I dislike about monday.com is I wish the site would provide more reminders for outstanding tasks. Obviously people can get busy and loaded down with tasks and if I don't check the list every day I could potentially forget a few. If there as a way to automate an email saying "Is XYZ still open, do you want to close it?" that would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves task organization and allows my leaders to help step in on any work that is outstanding. I feel a lot more productive as well just by knowing I'm clearing things off of my to-do list and can easily see that on monday.com
