Monday is the best!!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can keep my tasks organized and add notes to them. I also love how customizable it is, it makes it so much easier for my team to create custom tasks and share with our manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I try to switch to a different dashboard and when I come back to mine, the order of my tasks changed so that is the only think that would need to be imporved on but I do not really mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me keep all my tasks organized and it helps me with the notes section since I can add all the information that my manager might need in the future. We also track different requirements per client in monday which helps when our QA department wants to review our compliance.

Its easy to communiicate with other members of staff.

sometimes it can be abit slow when there is a lot of data

Keeps all information in one place. Makes it easy for a lot of people to communicate quickly
Intuitive and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
We implemented Monday.com across my entire team. It was easy to use both the basic and more advanced features. It has allowed us to visualize all our metrics at a glance, spot trends and simplify our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard or impossible to undo a mistake--I accidentally overwrote an entire column of data and by the time I realized it I was unable to undo, and was stuck making manual corrections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
first: workflow efficiencies. With the form, we can bring requests in, and even automatically assign a resource based upon project details. second: it has made it so much easier to visualize and communicate our data to leadership.
Great team tool
What do you like best about the product?
We use monday.com to create multiple boards for team sharing information, assigning tasks, recurring tasks reminders and general team colaboration. This is a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you learn how to use, there is nothing to dislike about monday.com!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work in multiple locations and this colaboration between team members is absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend it.
Organization-wide organization
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see where my team is on tasks - and having other departments easily be able to check on the status of a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lists of tasks can get long by the end of the year - lots of scrolling
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was hard to track all the various conference/award/content tasks that we were doing for each client. Account teams needed to ask for frequent updates. This gives them a place to see what has been done/status of each.
Monday.com is a wonderful software!
What do you like best about the product?
Worfklow procedures. I'm a big fan of being able to compartmentalize different projects, and of course share the proper people to each board they need to be working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real negative thing I have to say about Monday.com would be the mobile app, i've used it on my IOS processor and a samsung tablet and have noticed a few differences. I overcame them no problem, but thats about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have noticed their team has put in quite a bit of time with the app and done pretty well so far with some of the bugs i noticed at firsy use a few years ago.
Easy to use and nothing to loose
What do you like best about the product?
It help us tackor a project Management platform where no other system was available.
What do you dislike about the product?
New users/guests need a while to het used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To keep track on tasks in our team.
Excellent Project Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The project management system with the robust apps and integrations. We use a time tracking app, an integration with our document management platform and integrations with teams. it has helped us make more accurate quotes and keep track of the status of projects in a more accurate fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the app integrations can be slow and that might be a problem with how that app was coded or a slow api, but we are talking less than 5 seconds to pull up so not too bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to build better quotes for our services and allows us to see at a glance the time spent on a project vs time quoted. We also use Tracket for time logging and it works wonderfully.
Great project management/work organization app. User friendly. Tons of features. Reasonable price.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is simple to learn, create, and start using it. Sharing is a breeze, and its intuitive and promotes great collaboration across the organization. If you want to dive in deep with the features, you can, there is a lot there, but the simplicity and intuitiveness of the app is nice. I have especially enjoyed using the Monday.com API to pull data into our company reporting dashboards. I have also found the Monday.com support team to be extremely helpful if there are ever questions about the product. Truly a valuable app and team!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to link up scheduling apps, such as Microsoft Outlook with Monday.com, to sync your outlook schedule with what Monday.com has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves the collaboration challenges of using many excel workbooks to track and organize things and provides the necessary features to make it all work.

Monday.com is used by everyone in our company!
The page is personalizable and it works as an instant connection for everyone (in-office and remote workers). Overall it is very useful, and highly recommended to those who haven't tried out!

There's really no "dislike", we all like monday.com!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to be able to combine both in-office workers and remote workers, providing everyone a 'at a glance' on everyone's work progress. It's very easy to understand project progresses.
