Monday.com - an efficient and easy to use platform for all your projects
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, with an aesthetically pleasing display.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features that I don't feel I am using it to its full potential just yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More visibility of timelines for projects, helping to keep on track.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is super easy to use and visually appealing. The automations are great time savers and the dashboards show me quickly what work is outstanding. We predominately use monday.com for work allocation for our offshore team - there is so much more flexibility and visibility than our previous system (zendesk).
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is a little difficult when we are in the wrong time zone for live chats. We have had technical issues with our usage and for some reason the usage stats never update on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday provides a clear and easy way for me to receive work requests from our staff (using forms) and allocate them to my offshore team. As we change and improve processes we update the forms and tweak the board format as we grow.
Excellent for organization and efficiency.
What do you like best about the product?
The software, overall, is very user-friendly. It does not take long to learn how to navigate and use monday.com. It makes it easy for managers and staff to collaborate and work on projects, regardless of size.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is excellent for project management and organization but lacks in several ways. Aside from updates, I wish monday.com had a chat feature similar to Slack that allowed companies to communicate internally without creating an item update. It would also be helpful for more power to customize boards and workspaces to our company's needs. Many integrations are too generic and unhelpful. A more customizable workspace would allow users to use Monday.com better to coincide with our company's goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company thrives on teamwork and collaboration. Monday.com allows us to communicate and work on projects and tasks together, having the ability to view and manage tasks, together with updates and deadlines.

Monday.com is very easy to use and very user friendly. Its a good reminder instead of jotting your steps down in a note book.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if monday.com could automate emails for you. Not sure if this is possible

keeping track of daily tasks within a team and setting time frames for my colleagues
Really easy to use and high impact on my team
What do you like best about the product?
It is super User friendly an I love the app. My team is able to write inmediate reports just after the visits and everyone is informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can not be integrated with our ERPs: Filemaker and Ahora

It allows us to collect the feedback from the whole sales team and have everyone informed on real time.
Helpful Organizational Tool with Nice Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday to organize my contacts and track my progress in finding vendors and partners for my event. It's also great to set deadlines and assign people to tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it hard to decide where to put my tasks in different boards. The Gantt chart feature isn't intuitive. It's hard to decide which templates to use for different projects sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to keep track of all my event contacts, vendors, and sponsors, and it has great templates for that. I love that I can customize the labels to really meet my needs.

everyone on your team can see project updates and you can tag them

I don't like receiving the email notifications about updates, because I've gotten where I think actual notifications from co-workers are just platform updates

The organization and communication features. I also really like how it tracks progress.

It is a little difficult to get used to but once you get it down it's great!

Keeping things on track and tracking progress. It allows use to stay on top of things and not let things slip through the cracks.
Mondy.com is a functional work management tool!

The tables and options to include in them is super useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation function needs a test function - otherwise, it's useless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all my tasks together, making them impossible to forget, and it streamlines project management tasks while offering statistics for evaluation.
Great for centralizing checklists, project statuses, onboarding and offboarding!

User Experience, super intuitive, tons of options in platform and with integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I have run into with Monday that I have not been able to solve myself, or solve with the help of tech support.

Monday helps us centralize processes and checklists for onboarding, offboarding, position changes, leaves of absence, and other projects. It helps us check all boxes and ensure each task is complete before moving on.
