Easy to manage projects accross teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way I can cross collaborate on projects with other departments- Being able to keep track and view where the different initiatives are at any time
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have a timeline / kanban visual of the projects

Be able to have a place where all teams can check the most important initiatives and cross collaborate
The absolute best project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com quickly became our goto tool to manage most of our daly tasks and projects. As a Web team, it really helps us to manage all our work and facilitate collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app has a steep learning curve and you need to have good understanding of the tools before starting adding your workflows but once done, the app is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration, projects time tracking, project timeline planning... Sending tasks and project requests thru forms and instantly added to our requests back log.
Monday.com has helped us greatly improve our PO maintainance
What do you like best about the product?
I am easily able to track current projects, and prioritize which needs to be completed first. This is a huge help when scheduling work for the rest of eeh team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The programming takes a bit to learn, but it flies once you get the hang of it. Including a link to video tutorial of the programming would help a lot! If there is a entry level programmer's guide I would love that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see which POs are outstadning, track down the projects ad consult with the client to get paid more effectively. It also helps with project tracking to see how far along we are in the project scope.
Great for Project Management and Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can I keep my projects organized with due dates, notifications, important details, file attachments, and more. When used with my team, I can keep them up to date on everything that's important so they always know what to do next and what's coming down the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can seem overwhelming with all the tools available. When you want something simple or less detailed, you might not know where to start or what choices are the best for you for set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps everything in one place. We can track social media posts, but also track our stats. We can track events and assign due dates. Right now we aren't using it as fully as we could, but having used Monday.com with other places of employment, I know that it's awesome for keeping teams on track.

Monday makes it easy to collaborate with multiple teams within our organization and easily track projects and share information. The app is very intuitive to use and highly customizeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take some time to figure out/learn how to best use the advanced configuration and automation features.

Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has a lot of great features that make project management easy. Their templates are a great starting point for anyone looking to build out boards. Support is quick to respond and help find solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features that allow for effective social media planning are missing and could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to brainstorm and store digital assets in one place, with step by step tracking.
Helping the unorganized
What do you like best about the product?
I am not the greatest when it comes to staying organized, and prioritizing things correctly. Monday helps in regards to this so much. Not only keeping you organized and on track, but the layout is rewarding when you accomplish your goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am lacking on something to say in this department. Monday is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The collaborators at Monday are constantly trying to improve and make the product more intuitive and user friendly. Just their team staying on top of constant improvement highly benefits my entire office.

What do you like best about the product?
the organization of monday makes it super easy to find tables, issues, charts etc. Even when i have no idea where to find something, there is super easy search capabilities. Also the integrations Monday provides are super helpful for working in tech.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the live updates are slow and the screen shifts as I'm about to click on something so i click on the wrong thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making our bug tracking and resolving process so much easier.

This is a user friendly tool and I love to use it daily at work.

I do not think of anything wrong with this tool.
