Lightweight and Usable

What do you like best about the product?
I think the UI is probably most helpful about Monday.com. The interface is intuitive and pretty much anything you think should be interactive is. For example, the tasks are drag/drop for easy reordering, column sizes are resizable, clicking goes into edit mode, the dark mode is easy on the eyes for prolonged use.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest hurdle has been reporting. Being able to generate reports for tracking at a micro-level is difficult. Not all reporting views allow for the level of drilling down that I have come to expect for things like time-tracking or grouping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to visualize progress across a large number of complex projects at a glance. The views serve as helpful 'temperature' checks on the health of our progress and allow for decent communication. It is also allowing us to get better at estimating hours for future projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the status bars and how you can customize the labels. It would be better if you could apply your customized labels across all boards/groups, though, instead of having to fill them out again and again. The filters are great, and they have so many add-ons to organize your tasks better. I'd love to see some alert functionality so you can see that you are behind on a task. Or if the task would automatically change to a different color or move to an overdue board as soon as the passes by the date you set. But it's a great program, and I use it every day at work so I don't forget about any of the projects my manager gives me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The date and status feature could be combined better or combined with alerts so you know when you are behind on a project. Also - there should be functionality to add sub-items to your sub-items. I would also like to be able to invite people to view a project with them having to sign-up for a Monday.com account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to keep track of the many projects my manager gives me. I instantly open it up and add all of the projects/ideas she gives me so I don't forget to complete the task. If I didn't have a place to organize these projects and make notes about what we discussed, I would constantly forget to follow-up on the projects and have to ask her for reminders, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped me automated workflows, saving hours of time i spent doing the same tasks previously. It has also helped keep things more organised!
What do you dislike about the product?
havent quite thought of the negatives or what could be better yet. Have only focused on positives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It neatly organises our leads and automated the onboarding process with its zapier connection to other software. This has saved time!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is as easy or complex as you create it to be! As one who is establishing a new Project Management Office for a $3B credit union, user adoption is key. It is easy to build, a plethora of solutions for departments or groups, provides custom analytics, and fun for the user. The social media style creates an association and ease of use for short term users (testers for system development) and ability to maintain all project (or focus) within Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few downsides. I wish we could create as many tiered sub-items (or tasks) as we desire. Currently, we can only have a main task with sub-tasks. I wish we could have a sub- task to a sub-task to a sub-task, etc... Also, I would like to grow analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to manage all of our projects and now our organization's portfolio. We have created multiple forms, published them, and use them as ticketing requests throughout the organization. Monday has significantly reduced our email load by maintaining almost all communication throughout the project lifecycle within Monday. With dashboard, we are able to view our workload and various other analytics which were not considered previously in the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me work a 70 hour work week in less than 40. No joke, my colleagues think I am superman because of what I am able to accomplish by using Monday as my automation, CRM, everything tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to integrate every aspect of our business and sometimes we have to work around to make the automation work!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run our application, recruiting, sales, tasks, to-do's, EVERYTHING through Monday. We forget less and execute more and more efficiently. It is the most important software tool we have

What do you like best about the product?
The way it let's you organize your entire bussines, making others part of it, and simplifying processes. Also, the way you can track projects, and the people involved in them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't think there are many downsides to it. Maybe integration with outlook could be a little better, or with othe services for that matter, but mondaywise, it's pretty good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking, and the people involved in them. Usually it's very difficult to be on top of every little aspect of a project, automations are saving me a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
We lov e being able to organize our information and it makes running stats easier and more efficient!
What do you dislike about the product?
You can definitely overanalyze and track too much but overall it's easy to use and we don't have too many issues!

The ability to track the day to day and organize our patient tracking more easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the structure of monday is amazing and how I can create processes and automations that streamline the operation on a daily basis. It's all so fluid, that it motivates the habit of organizing and managing a team and complex activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there should be a plan for an individual person. Even outside the company, I think people would like to use monday and having the plan from three users prevents that.

I believe that there may be a price update for Latin markets, such as Brazil. 10.00 Dollars is not the same as 10.00 reais (brazil money). It is a platform that is extremely expensive in Brazil.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process management and information repository. Lead capture and qualification. Management of startups in innovation programs. There are many details in all these processes that cannot go unnoticed. That's why monday helps organize and focus on every detail.

I just need to make sure everyone can quickly see a snapshot of where we are on certain projects. I do feel it helps us to be more productive and no one has to spend a lot of time trying to figure out what the status is.

I like how easy it is to use, i like the fact that once you add a new employee its easy to bring him in and teach them very easily
