Everything all in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can have everything in one place and be able to share with multiple people so we are all on the same page. The organization of the site is also ideal for how my brain works and I think it is very user friendly even if someone has not used it before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that I don't love is that there's not a super easy way to go in and shut off forms when they need to be. If there was more of a button setting on the home screen, that would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our entire team on the same page without having to have extra meetings and conversations to catch everyone up. We also have eliminated people doing the same things or doing things multiple times because we can see who did what and when. We are always on the same page now.
Great platform for managing tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is great for keeping multiple tasks organized in one place. Monday.com is easy to navigate and you can customize it the way you want it to be with the items/reminders that are important to you. Super user friendly and you can have multiple users. The fact that it is customizable is huge!
What do you dislike about the product?
None! Monday.com is so easy to use and I would not change a thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is what my company uses to manage claims and keep all updates in one place. The ability to include documents in the same note as the update is a huge bonus.
Organize Your Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday has so many customizable features. From setting conditions on your boards to personalized status updates. There are few limits to what you can do with Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there's anything I dislike about Monday.com. Organization is something I struggle with at work, this tool helps me to keep everything in one place and keep track of all my tasks in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps not only to keep my individual tasks and projects organized in an easy-to-view format but also provides a huge benefit to our organization overall. We utilize Monday's Online Form Builder to easily integrate requests into the system where they can be tracked, timed and settled all in one place. Since utilizing Monday, we have seen an increase in overall workflow and production by having solid processes set out. My favorite part about managing my tasks in Monday is being able to see how long I've had this task assigned to me, how long I've actually spent working on it, and how far off I am from completion. I can set conditions so my completed tasks an be harbored in their own section and it's very rewarding to see all the work I've put in.
Productivity and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps our company increase productivity, while also having the ability to collaborate with one another. It can be used as a simple to-do list or as an entire ecosystem for process implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is honestly nothing that I dislike about using monday.com. I can't imagine a better task management platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company had previously used Trello, which was a fine tool to share our processes and visualize our outcomes. However, we have taken a technology workforce fully remote with the abilities of Monday.com. Before, we needed to be in the office to measure progress. Now, we have an ecosystem for company values, performance metrics, overall pulse, and task flow.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy itis use use. It has helped me stay more oraganize and stay mre in contact with our team. Ilike how the y make things easily acccesible and have plenty of shortcuts to save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can run a little slow, and glitch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has created an easy way forour team to communicate. Its also nice to have somewhere to put all your data somehwere that everyone else can easlily view all on one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Very straightforward in using, very visual in using. Simple to use and to adapt to your needs. Easy programming of automation. Fun to use as it stimulates you into in putting a lot of shareable content for the whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is so powerful that you constantly find new ways to use it even more. You wish you would have done it before!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track in one place of tasks management, project management, CRM. It helps us share communications with the clients and partners in one place. My business performance increased a lot by using it!
Monday does what it can well but leaves room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface and the automations make some data entry and manipulation much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there wasn't the redundancy of not being able to mirror columns on subitems. Youre stuck copying and pasting a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to pool a lot of different order information so that our different departments can use it. It also allows us to track orders more efficiently from start to finish.
Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The visual aspect of having everything sorted into columns makes it easy to sort and pull reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a bit more flexibility in terms of the columns and being able to change columns in different groups
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue of managing multiple projects at once and being able to see what stage of work every project is in.
The Gift That Keeps On Giving
What do you like best about the product?
Using the Monday board for our team has changed so much! The ability to streamline and automate processes and use all the integrations has made our team even stronger and allows us to put the time and effort into more things which has helped out exponetially.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we've run into is being able to fully integrate padadoc. Other than that, there haven't been any issues with the product itself!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to automate processes that otherwise would demand a lot of time and attention that we have now been able to put to different tasks, which has benefitetd our team in so many ways!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very intuitive and makes life easier for everyone who uses it. Here in our company, we use it for all areas, from sales and finance to projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Today I have nothing to complain about. We liked it a lot.
