in the first instance on monday it looks like a complex software to use, you need to review all of the options that monday offers to you.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Video Manager at a storytelling agency, my role demands meticulous organization and seamless collaboration. Monday.com has emerged as an essential tool in my workflow, allowing me to effectively manage projects from inception to the finest project components.

One of the standout features of Monday.com is its exceptional segmentation capability. I can break down projects into manageable tasks, ensuring that no detail gets lost in the shuffle. This granularity enables me to maintain a comprehensive overview of each project, promoting efficiency and accountability.

The ability to assign specific tasks to individuals and set up task dependencies is a game-changer. I appreciate how I can update team members on tasks that hinge on others' completion, ensuring a smooth flow of work. This dynamic feature has enhanced team collaboration and reduced bottlenecks significantly.

The option to organize work into separate boards is a godsend. Every aspect of my work finds its place within Monday.com, streamlining my processes and keeping everything accessible in one centralized location. This has resulted in a noticeable boost in productivity and clarity across various projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, there are areas for improvement. While the segmentation is fantastic, having clearer Birdseye view views of pending actions, updates, and review/comment tasks would greatly enhance my experience. Visualizing the bigger picture in a glance could provide better strategic insights and help me prioritize effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task Segmentation and Detail Management: Before using Monday.com, keeping track of every aspect of a project, down to individual components, was a cumbersome task. The platform's segmentation feature has alleviated this challenge by allowing me to break projects into manageable tasks. This ensures that no detail is overlooked and helps you maintain a clear focus on each project element.

Efficient Collaboration and Task Dependencies: Coordinating with team members on interdependent tasks used to be a potential bottleneck. Monday.com's task assignment and dependency capabilities have greatly improved collaboration. Now, we can seamlessly update specific team members on tasks that hinge on others' completion, eliminating delays and promoting smoother workflows.

Centralized Organization and Accessibility: Juggling multiple projects while ensuring accessibility to relevant stakeholders was a struggle. Monday.com's ability to organize work into separate boards has provided a centralized hub for all your tasks. This centralization has significantly enhanced your ability to manage and access various project components efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Upsides are that there is a platform where all your information can live that is so user-friendly. I can't count the amount of times I have thought "I wonder if it can do this" and then try it the way I think it should work and it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish there was an easy way to have one board you worked off of that you could update and then choose where you wanted the information to display (If I am working on many different projects across the company, I want to create a task and say - have this also show up on this board). I know there is the mywork and mirroring function, but it is really clunky to use. This is the main reason people in my organization don't like using the platform and are slow to adopt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of the work of my team in one platform that allows me to easily see what people on the team are working on. This allows for line-of-sight and also collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, I believe it is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many options which make it confusing, many submenus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep a track of different conversations with clients. As a financial Advisor I need to have some sort of back up of every conversation I have with my clients, and Monday helps me do just that.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to keep everything in one place and use Monday as a hub for my business. I have operations, training, HR, customer realtions, everything is in there. I work mostly remote managing 3 healthcare locations, this allows me to know what is going on in all locations without being there.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main dislike is that I can't give each group on the board different columns. I use the sub-items now but I would love to be able to do that. I also don't like that I can't make workspaces private unless I am using the enterprise version. I don't have a use for any of the enterprise features outside of private workspaces. This was a big issue for me and does have me exlporing other options other than Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is the biggest issue being solved as well as the ability to be in multiple places at one time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the different teams can collaborate and give feedback to each other through monday.com, on the other hand, using the boards is super easy and having all the information in one place, keeping track of the projects is very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
overall I like all the features I've explored on the platform.
Additionally, I would like there to be an option to define general work objectives, by team and person that in a certain period of time and to notify if it was achieved or not
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we had in the organization was having decentralized information and not knowing who was working on what, since we used monday.com we can have timely monitoring of all the stages and progress of the project as well as knowing who is responsible, collaborating between the whole team and measure results.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of monday.com is the ability to set the automations for a variety of different reasons. My favorite is the email reminders!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet found anything that I dislike. If I happen upon something that I don't like, or feel could be improved, I'll be sure to reach out!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It improves communication and collaboration on group projects. It also provides a great template for when future projects occur. We have definitely improved our processes with monday.com!
