why Monday is better than other CRM
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things of Monday is that I follow all my leads with their info. If I have 100 oportunities, I can follow by any order, phone number, email address; I can clone my current dasboards with the content without re typing again. Has a mobile app so I can track from my devices too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only use it in my organization, I haven't found any bad thing in my own opinion. But in the plan terms, is not any free tier, maybe limit by 20-50 dashboards so people can try monday by free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking my customers and leads, also creting timelines with dashboards, assign tasks to my co workers partners, using the mobile app to track any modification, duplicate dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely thrilled with the level of customization Monday.com offers for optimizing workflows within my teams! The automated features are beyond cool, and the cherry on top is transforming my workflow into captivating visual graphs. Total love for Monday.com! 🚀🔥

I wish there was a little more allowance to some columns to the automations. I also miss the one on one phone support in creating workflows instead of emails. Its a bit cumbersome to have to make a video and submit it.

What do you like best about the product?
As a campaign manager for a business unit that runs campaigns across many industries around the globe, it is imperative to be organized and able to give an update on any aspect of a given campaign when leadership requests. Monday keeps me organized to a T.

Start-up is quite overwhelming, even with the use of templates from Monday. Takes a few months of use to really understand how your boards need to be set up to function best for you and your teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Campaign planning, execution, and organization. The boards and pulses really allow us to collaborate and stay organized in Monday versus email chains that can get messy and broken off into multiple chains.

Additionally, the platform is exceptionally intuitive, allowing anyone to quickly understand and utilize the features, simply by using a tablet. This ease of use ensures that our team—from the sales department to production and shipping—can efficiently track and share order information, boosting overall productivity. I find the initial setup process to be very easy, adding another layer of accessibility for our team. I often find myself recommending monday Work Management to others because of how adaptable and user-friendly it is.

I wish there were better ways to learn the more 'advanced' features because I know we aren't using it to its full potential.

I use monday Work Management to track orders and share information with our team easily. It's customizable and intuitive, allowing anyone to make changes without tech experience, enhancing our workflow transparency.

Having access to see what has been completed and what still needs to get worked on, this site allows my manager to track my processes when completing weeking and monthly task.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many bad things to say about this website, the only thing I would like to see if more options in the status selection fields this will provided better options to choice from.

Its a great planner for my manager and to see what is all expected to do done on a weeking or monthly schedule. It also shows the progressions in completeing the goals on the month.

Monday.com has allowed my team to manage the workflow of all our outgoing communications and to be able to see a full view of all projects in order to determine the return on time invested.

Our agency has different departments that will all need access to the others information at some point. Monday makes creating, sharing and accesing all departments information super simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I dont have anything I dislike about Monday.

Allowing each department to add multiple items and sub items with dates, timelines, and even the progress status makes it incredibly easy for everone to stay organized and up to date without having to waste time on a call or with reading lengthy reports.
