Easy to use and scale
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps keep our team organized and on-track. We love how easy it is to use and how we can add additional functionality. As the Director of Project Management Office, I love being able to request updates via email and the ability to email updates into our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bidirectional integration with Hubspot is something that I would like to see in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so easy set up projects and track progress. Color coding helps focus our attention so we can be more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of naviagation and organization.

There is nothing I particualrly dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me stay up-to-date on all my tasks and gives me visibility on my teams project tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility and flexibility of the platform, its very easy to modify according to our needs and its something that we really enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we feel like a specific template might not be so easy to modify, we would like it to be as flexible as any other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comunication, structure, transparency.
Overall great but is missing a few surprising features
What do you like best about the product?
It's an incredibly flexible software. There are lots of different ways to organize, and lots of automations that flow between boards to help. All the flexibility can be intimidating to start from scratch with, but there's a lot that can be built out. I like the boards-groups-task system and I like that Monday doesn't allow infinite subtasks, although I wish there were one more level of sub tasking available. On the whole, it's a logical system and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of ability to link to a project task group is unusual. It takes a lot of work to get set up and configured. Figuring out what third party apps are basically required in order to have a complex work system flow is tedious. My Work view gives little visibility to overall project structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our department has a number of teams that rely on extensive crossfunctional collaboration. We keep everything in Monday as a record of what's been done, what needs to be done, communication, updates. It keeps everything in one place. While it can be a little difficult to navigate just because of its size (and the size of our department), it's overall not that bad and pretty easy to learn if you put the time into it.

I love how I am able to have everything organize and track the progress on my projects

The training was really dry. It was hard to get through but Im happy the training did not reflect the amazing benifits of Monday
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is keepying all my project in one section, all documents in one section so its extremlty helpful to use one platform to keep everything in one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the most intuitive work management platform I have used. The interface is clear, understandable and easily manageable. It allows for endless customization of both the way I need to view my task list, as well as the automations I can add. I love the fact that I can communicate on a task level with all stakeholders, eliminating the need for endless email threads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the reporting is very good, it is very hard to report across multiple boards to get a holistic picture for what is going on across your account. Speed of loading large boards was a problem, but they have since fixed that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything? We run our entire business (Analytics Consulting) on Monday, everything from HR to CRM to Project Delivery.
I have a single platform on which I can tackle any new "system" my business needs. The product has scaled with us as our company has grown and we believe it will continue to do so.
We started by moving from a dedicated Project Management and Time Tracking solution to Monday.com and are building out a PMO based on this.
We then switched form our existing CRM to including that in our Monday.com stack. As our sales team has grown we have created dedicated assets for them to plan events, manage customer stories, demos, etc.
Our next phase is accurate reporting on everything that happens on the platform and we are using the monday.com API to faciliate this.

Best Organization App
What do you like best about the product?
What i like the most is that i can track all my work orders and that i can costumize according what i need, tag and comment to other team members
What do you dislike about the product?
unable to set reminders, would like kind of like a calendar page where i can set up reminders
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
if i'm able to keep track i can have an order on estimate dates when all is completed
An adaptive and intuitive solution
What do you like best about the product?
I love that there is always more than one way to do something, so it really lets you create something that works for you and how you like to work and think. This is great if you want to develop and evolve your processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to develop apps. I have a lot of ideas for things to improve our systems and integrate more of our existing software stack, but I don't have the coding knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility for both internal and external people involved in a project. It also adds visibility on workflows and processes to the wider team. Automations are also saving hours of needless pointing and clicking.

The fact that all of the columns have to be the same on each sub board within a board.
