What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great for customization and has a great way to optimize work.
Our team has been using it for 5 months now and it has transformed our routine.
We can't imagine not using Monday in our day-to-day job anymore.

What do you dislike about the product?
What would be very helpfull is to chose more colour options for customization. Also would be benefitial the option to buy as many users as we like (not 3 or multiplus of 5).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped us to track our work better, improve our comunication with the team members, keep track in real time of our OKRs and keep the history of what was asked in the elements.
I have found Monday.com so useful for organising my business.

Very easy and intuitive to use. It is very straight forward.

It can be trick to choose or set up boards initially.

Sharing info amongst the team I work in on showing what we're working on and opportunities for collaboration. It is also clear for reporting to trustees etc because we can show easily what is going on.
Helps streamline projects and manage & communicate with team members
What do you like best about the product?
The different boards to manage our different clients' projects and being able to upload files and communicate with team members effectively in the specific task. Also, the ability to assign projects and input deadlines, as well as, some of the integrated apps that can be used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside for myself which may not be the case for everyone is the cost per team member, or certain packages especially for small business owners. I would like to use the time tracker feature with my team but I have to upgrade to a package that is currently not in my budget. So, I have to out source to another company to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem monday.com is solving for me is keeping track of projects and files in one place, and that our team members can easily access them without having to send a bunch of emails.

it is easy and everything works fast. It brings many office programs functions all together

global settings for calendars. Some projects need work from Monday/Friday, and some on weekends. With global settings is not possible to use functions like duration without calculation errors. This setting should be for each panel individually

What do you like best about the product?
It's a powerful tool that helps streamline workflow. It has a very easy-to-use, visually appealing interface and can be used out of the box. However, if you can work with a development partner to help build and connect your boards, it becomes especially powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could create sticky columns like you can in excel. There is also a steep learning curve to use this platform in a way to make the cost worth it.

It has helped us centralize our workflow and create a single source of truth. There are less missed deadlines.

I like that the monday.com service has an intuitive UI/UX and supports mobile apps.

The downside is that it's too expensive.
And the Gantt chart feature still needs to be improved.
It should be able to be managed quickly with keyboard input like MS Project.

I've found monday.com to be a convenient way to manage the status of multiple projects for my team members at once.
Great tool for automation and management!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendliness of Monday.com and all its capabilities. I began using Monday.com last autumn and was a bit skeptical and nervous about using it. Within a few sessions, I was a pro at making my own boards. About nine months later, I want to utilize Monday as a tool to highlight to current master's students at my old university as a tool to use in managing thesis writing components. Hoping to use it as part of my leadership training goal and provide students with a presentation on options for leveraging online tools, especially Monday.com, to help guide and review their progress. Monday has helped me organize various tasks and milestones to manage my team's work better and create visuals with the dashboard functionality. I wish I had had this tool before beginning my professional career; Monday would have made managing my thesis progress and writing timelines easier and helped create more realistic deadlines, especially with needing to complete my thesis within record time. I recommend Monday for anyone interested in managing all the details of the projects they work on and documenting the completion of projects.

Nothing to dislike at this time. So far, so great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently had issues with getting an enterprise license, but the problem was on our IT side, not Monday.com's, but Monday.com has been very supportive and helpful in getting us up and running.
Organizing and Streamling Visions and Dreams!
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Monday.com since the beginning of 2023 and it has streamlined how our organization operates! From better work forms, easier follow-up and automatic email campaigns, no one is falling through the cracks anymore! Communication is also better through our different ministries, and our project management/tracking is helping us accomplish our visions/goals/dream events.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the only downside has been the learning curve for our older staff but thankfully the video tutorials have been a saving grace (I wish these were easier to access from our workspaces.)

Monday.com makes it so much easier to track when sub-sections or tasks of a project are completed, as well as sending automatic reminders (through automations and Google mail integrations,)
