What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to navigate. We are able to house all our items on Monday and be able to check mark things when completed. It is easy to see unfinished items also.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can't sort our data by customers. We are able to sort by employee and what clients they have but I wish we could sort by the customers so if I just wanted to see one customer instead of all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is helping us show what needs to be done for a given week and keeping everyone accountable for there work. We are able to see what we need to do on a weekly basis and it is really nice seeing that.

THE BEST WAY TO STAY ORGANIZED

What do you like best about the product?
The simple but elegant user interface. The integration with various apps including GMAIL, and the ability to update projects via email ccs. It has allowed me to FINALLY stay on top of priority emails that come into my inbox. I am able to FORWARD them to MONDAY knowing that all attachments have been uploaded as well and can be shared with appropriate parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. Because it allows granularity in assigning and updating tasks, there is a bit of a learning curve to optimize your use fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of incoming projects. Prioritizing them. Updating them for myself and team members.

What do you like best about the product?
its very logical, it helps me to stay focused and not forget tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
when you up have a notification list, if you populate one enquiry and press X button to complete. I wish it reverted you back to the list of notifications not back to a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping on top of workflow and following up with clients due to the notifications.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a Virtual Assistant, and multiple clients of mine, in different industries use Monday.com to organize and store loads of information. One of my favorite things about Monday is the endless integration options and the ability to see "the big picture" at a quick glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is often slow and difficult to navigate when there is a lot of data on one page. I am curious if breaking up some tables to separate pages would help. This could also be a personal or company issue. We could archive unneeded information in order to speed up an individual page that holds too much information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It puts everything in its respective place in an organized manner allowing all team members to see the big picture at a quick glance, depending on what workspace you are in. It also breaks things up by team member so you are able to see your responsibilities and all the details around them, including when they are due very easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I can manage all of my projects and organize my workflows easily. I review my daily tasks at a glance and then can push things to the next day if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times that I have to refresh my screen in order to see any changes that are made which makes it confusing sometimes when I don't see things show.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are several tasks in a workflow in my projects and I can pass them from one task to the next without missing any along the way. It gives me a quick glance of what I need to accomplish in a day.

What do you like best about the product?
The automations in Monday make processes so much easier. It's nice being able to set something up and know that the process will happen without someone getting involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have no size limit on boards. It would also be beneficial to have more CRM type capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has greatly increased our efficiency with project management. It has resolved some major issues that we were having tracking complicated processes and communications.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows my company to take multiple verticals and create a uniform solution to keep tracking of items that may appear on different boards in slighltly different ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about this product but I do feel that certain parameters should be more easily customizable and boards with financial data seem a bit more riggid than I would hope.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to quickly deal with multiple items in different verticals, collaborate on my production, and display data to team members in a seamless environment.

What do you like best about the product?
- wide range of features
- very easy and intuitive to onboard new team members
- very organized structure makes it easy to work
What do you dislike about the product?
- the annual billing cycle is not ideal as our team size can change often
- lack of ability to edit subitems across multiple items
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- helps a lot with organization & different team projects to help coordinate
- helps us track troubleshooting issues & bugs
