Easy solution for project and client management
What do you like best about the product?
How customizable it is without a steep learning curve

Sometimes when you are dealing with a large amount of information, the program can be slightly glitchy and slow to load

It is allowing me to track our sales data and clients giving us valuable insight and CRM

What do you like best about the product?
We are just learning about all that we can do with monday.com; learning about the automations/integrations between other apps.
The fact that we can automate many manual tasks is fantastic, since this saves our team time to focus on other more creative aspects of our work.

What do you dislike about the product?
Initially quite daunting, but once you get started it gets easier. The more I use it, the more I understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation & workflow management. Automating many of our manual tasks results in more time available for the creative part of our work. Once the automations are checked and in place, we can rest easy, knowing that communication is going out correctly and processes are being followed.
Excellent Program with lots of bell's and whistles.
What do you like best about the product?
The learning curve needed to utilize this program well was not that steep, meaning I learned how to utilize the program relatively fast. Some of the other subcontractors that I asked to use the program reported the same result.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since our company was so small, I got lost in some of the bells and whistles. To be fair, Monday.com reached out to see if I needed help with onboarding and getting the most user experience as possible. I was at the very beginning of our startup and just didn't have time. There were also other aspects that I needed to use but required an additional monthly fee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, delegation, and task management are the three of the top problems that Monday.com addressed very well. Unfortunately, I have not used Monday.com as proficiently as I was at the beginning of our startup.

What do you like best about the product?
I am an independent video producer. As I went out on my own, I knew that I needed a platform that could help me keep track of milestones in various overlapping projects. I've found that Monday does just that. I can set up a board for each project and then show multiple projects' milestones in a calendar view that helps me stay on track. I can also invite colleagues to view the schedule for a project and set it up so that when I update something in the project, a Slack channel receives an update notification. Overall, it's been a great tool for my growing business. Customer service has also been excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love being able to link projects to a calendar view; the only issue is that there is a limit to how many projects I can show in a given calendar. I have maxxed out the number of projects I can connect to my calendar which is a little awkward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me manage multiple concurrent projects.
Customize to your own processes!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps me gather my short and long-term tasks and ideas in a way that makes sense to me. I can customize almost every button and color to my own unique processes. It can be overwhelming at first, but the more you use it, the more you can appreciate the options and the automations
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like needing the highest-level membership to have my boards private.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a seasonal business, so it's very helpful to be able to plan out tasks and ideas quarterly and reuse them the following year.
Monday.com Is Essential To My Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of customization is incredible. The flexibility to create my own boards while also using other's templates makes life easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are missing to organizations I work with such as Planning Center services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several problems at once. We are able to cover documents from Hr, to Purchase Orders, to Goal tracking without having to purchase several subscriptions.
Best way to organize you!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and organize my thoughts and processes. Not having to waste notebook after notebook of notes has really cleared up my desk. Also helps to keep track of what your team is doing and what step they are on in any project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not figured out if there is a setting to turn on to get notifications for dates yet. If there is no function, they need to add that. It would make it much easier to stay on top of dead lines. It would be a great way to ensure nothing is missed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has kept our team on top of every task in the office. Keeping all of us accountable for our responsibilities. It has made it much easier to know where you are on any job and the next step to take on any process.

Everything is in one place. Assignments, notes and everything you need to know.

At this point, nothing. This is a great application; and I recommend it to all my business contacts.

It's keeping our entire team in line with due dates and upcoming management of our projects.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI and how easy it is to use. It helps me organize my day and helps me stay on tasks.

Maybe it's the type of subscription we have but I wish I could create different types of columns per group in each board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to collaborate with my team, track progress, and a great reminder to follow up action items.
Great platform to centralize tasks & plan communications
What do you like best about the product?
Our favorite component about the site is the calendar feature, which we use to plan our upcoming communications for our community forum. It's really helpful to not only note what's coming down the pipeline but to assign it to people & check the status so cleanly within the calendar view. I also love that you can share list/calendars as view-only with non-members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could have different columns for each group of tasks. I don't love that they all have to be the same, because not every column applies to every group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving our issue of not having a clean, accessible point of reference for all of our tasks. We have a range of project types, which the Monday groups helps us distinguish.
