The best system for unlimited checklists.
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create as many checklists as I want. I use the system as a transaction coordinator for real estate transactions. I tend to do the same for every file I work on. I made custom templates for different types of transactions and would create a checklist for each new file I started. I loaded my template and then was good as gold. The list was my constant and I just would have to load in dates and the system would keep me on track throughout a 30 day transaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't use the automations as much as I probably should have, but I did like being able to add my team members into the system to give them auto alerts. When we downgraded our plan it took away from having my team members added to the system. It didn't make enough sense to have a large plan to add all of my agents in when I was the only person actually using the system at all. I just liked the capability to have the team members to be able to take a quick look to see where things were at. We didn't use any of the other features that came with adding members to my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com helps keep my brain from overloading trying to remember dates for 30 different files. I used the due dates of individual tasks to help determine what items I needed to devote my attention to each day. The status bar has also been beneficial to highlight the status of the items as well. Being able to mark items as "done" would check items off my list, and as a visual person, this was super beneficial.
A great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy to learn but offers a depth that is surprising. It has allowed us to create a project management system that also works as a fantastic communication tool to stay in touch with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be frustrations that the automation that you want isn't there yet. It's obvious that Monday is being improved all the time but that "I wish I could do this' occasionally happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That we can have all the project management, task management and communication has been a game changer for our business. No more trolling for emails or wondering who should be doin what.
Easy task management
What do you like best about the product?
Clairity on tasks across the platform which allows status updates to occur without having to reach out to coworkers on their projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside could be if it is not built out properly. Careful thought needs to go into the structure of the boards.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and functionality. Being able to communicate with colleagues within the platform is super helpful. Being able to keep track of all of my tasks in one place with deadline dates has made my things way less stressful for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing! It's a great platform that has allowed me to be more efficient at work. No complaints from me!

Monday.com has solved my problems of helping me keep track of my tasks, workflows, and work management. It keeps me accountable and on point. It has streamlined my time management! I can't live without my Monday.com 😍

What do you like best about the product?
It's highly configurable which allows you to streamline the interface to fit your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like there is too many steps to duplicate a previously completed task and clone it for use again.. maybe there is some sort of macro?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking what projects are completed throughout the day for my manager.

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite part of using Monday is planning out my work for each week and sharing those details with my team. It helps me stay on track to get everything done or reach out for help with items that don't fit in my schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more options when designing forms for submitting tickets - occasionally text boxes will be too small and it would be nice to have other input methods beyond text or dates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing my schedule throughout a large team is not viable in person, and Monday makes it easy to know what everyone is working on and focussing out efforts on the areas that need it most.
Monday is such an excellent platform.

For me, the most helpful tool is the insights about money and how much our clients spend arround campaings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The optimization for mobile services is such an akward.

Monday is helping me work faster and more accurately in reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday mostly to organize our work routine and delegate tasks. The friendly interface helps to make it fast to fill everything.

Great for deadlines, accountability, and elimination of silos
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tag people to inform them when something needs their attention. I also really like the different ways I can organize my projects with their different tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be pretty overwhelming for someone new to the platform. There is a big learning curve and there are resources to teach the person, but it's not as user friendly if some team members are hyper familiar and they are trying to get a new team member to use it. Most of that is on the team member to learn it, but some people just won't. So, it can be a barrier to people less interested in digital organizing and planning. Paper people don't love it. But I do!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of projects going on at the same item and it helps track those projects and inform other teams of what we are doing. I also like that you can export the projects and share them with partners.
