Excellent App!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is extremely helpful in keeping my and my team's tasks in order and making sure that we hit our deadlines. The asthetic makes it nice to look at, but not only that, it is super easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I don't like about monday.com for what I use it for. Anything I can't figure something out, I talk to the monday.com team and they are extremely helpful in bringing like to what I don't know!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is super helpful in keepig our tasks and collaborations organized so that we don't miss our deadlines. It is also very helpful with having forms to track people signing up for our events.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday is visually easy in the eyes -- there are so many platforms to choose from with similar features, but not all are inviting to actually look at and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still not integrated with all the apps -- we have Zapier; but would be helpful to just go straight to Convertkit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping us manage client lifecycles and projects with less human error -- saving us time.
Could Not Function W/out It!
What do you like best about the product?
The customization piece! I met with a Monday.com representative, gave them my vision - and we were able to create the functionality needed for my growing team and our day-to-day processes. I honestly don't know how we would function without it now! This site is pretty user-friendly once you know how to navigate it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When first creating our account, it can be a bit intimidating to jump in to create your flow/processes. But Monday.com has a great team that will work with you on building the functions you need - so honestly as long as you reach out to your resources it's not so bad!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped out team of 10 manage hundreds of active open tasks and allows team members to jump in on cases as needed w/ it having the capability to be viewed by all.
Versatile Platform
What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to find multiple functions to fit our needs and our changing business. Lots of features to explore.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see to some more videos or tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to keep my records and upcoming tasks in one place. Keeps me on track to complete my items.

Monday.com is an easy to use platform that allows us to easily manage projects and update regularly to ensure we are working efficiently.

There are no current downsides with Monday.com

It helps with the management of a number of projects, and allows the business to be collaborative.
Good way to organize the schedule of jobs
What do you like best about the product?
That it keeps each job separate and lists items out separately

I very well might just not be using Monday to it's full advantage, but it would be nice if there was a way for it to send me email notifications as reminders for tasks

keeping track of delivereies, countertop templates and installations, what has been delivered etc.

Excellent to handle tasks, reviews, cross-references.

It is not widely adopted by users within organisations.

Fun and Functional
What do you like best about the product?
the interface is user friendly, I appreciate the aestetic and layout of the program. I'm also able to quickly pull the information I need by filtering and using the effective search function.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about monday.com is that it holds me accountable for my deadlines hahah. But I appreciate the program allowing me to layout my tasks and action items in an effective way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows for a one-stop shop or dashboard for our entire organization to keep track of projects and action items. The team is able to pull who owns each task and when its due and allow for updates to be inputted in an easy way.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automations as well as the notifications to people when their particular step is ready for next steps. No longer haveing to send message or emails to individuals saying what to do next is one of the best features of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I believe would be an even better feature is just having more data types avaialble and being able to freeze columns on certain boards would be a major improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-Time Notifications, project planning, budgeting, as well as production prioritzation to help keep the team focused on what matters the most to the organization.
A good project management tool with a learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com presents itself to be a user-friendly, management tool and they almost fit the bill. I like how they incorporated so many ways to view data, which makes it easier to create reports on my end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my less technologically inclined coworkers have struggled with Monday due to using functions incorrectly and lack of knowledge - in addition to any FAQ forums, it would be great to have a comprehensive library of walk-through monday.com videos that can easily be shared within my team for on boarding processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is crucial to our project manager to assess our team's bandwidth so that we can decide whether our team is in a position to handle more requests or not.
