What do you like best about the product?
I love that my whole team can be involved together and keeping up with eachothers progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides - its wonderful. I have nothing bad to say about the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes when there are so many clogs in a machine, its really helpful to have everyone on the same platform

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize for any project!
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday's inability to sort uploaded files presents an issue especially when a multitude of files are uploaded to one specific area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is allowing us to central important document. Additionally, it is giving everyone in the company transparent on the progess of the projects.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is a unique resource to share information all in one place for various people to review, update, comment on. It is a great project management tool. As opposed to too many documents and not being able to update in real time and not everyone able to see the information - it's makes those problems go away and helps track projects more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the most user friendly program. It does take some training and time to get to know the software and get it do what you want it to do. After getting hands on and watching tutorials you are able to fully understand the concepts and various functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventing a lack of communication, keeps teams organized, more accountability, more transparency among various teams. Automations help beyond what a human can do.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to collaborate with team members and the flexibility you have to set up projects to fit your organizational needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the search feature could be improved a bit, specifically the ability to search through comment threads would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stay organized when working on a project and keeping to a timeline, better & easier communication and collaboration with team members.

Great multi-use project management tool

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike many other project and task management tools I've used at different organizations, I find monday.com practically infinitely customizable to the project's needs. You're not locked into a specific view, item structure, or anything either as an organization or between projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features, like automations and integrations, can be laggy, and the system starts to slow a bit when showing large amounts of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday.com for sales leads, client projects (working collaboratively with the client), internal documentation, and many admin processes. It's fantastic being able to have everything in one place and to switch easily between projects as needed. The automations and integrations make monday.com even more powerful, as my team can see project updates and important notifications in the appropriate Slack channel, or wherever they best can sort through information.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday to manage internal operational tasks and I've also started using it to manage client-related tasks. The ability to create a chat within each task and receive updates via email makes life easier and keeps the entire history in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be more flexible in the dashboard tables and in the dashboard searches. The change from left to right in the search has left me confused and made the experience more difficult or a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to consolidate all the different types of requests from my clients into a single platform in order to facilitate deadline visualization, message exchange among stakeholders, and maintenance of request history.

What do you like best about the product?
I can record each task and we can group all tasks as we need for better work. Also great possibility becasue you can export all details, you can connect with another programs. Generally , amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing :) Honestly , there is nothing bad about Monday. A lot of posibilities , great stuff! Really easy to use. Important for our organization .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generally I am using Monday for tasks, planing and organization . I can connect Monday with another programs, which is really important for our organization

What do you like best about the product?
The forms section of Monday is miraculous. It works so well and it is so easy for anyone to use/fillout. We use it for menu changes and no one has to login to the back end to see the actual form, it's easy and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really cannot think of anything I dislike about Monday. I think if everyone is on board, it can be the most useful tool of the company. I really cannot think of anything!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving the organization of requests from our many brands. They can easily click the form, add their request and go about their day. Super helpful for busy humans,

It's customizable to your needs, user-friendly way to track projects, and great way to communicate needs of projects to teammates.

Hard to create multiple surveys on one board with different results.
