An excellent application for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and all the tools it provides for proper project management. Additionally, it's very useful as a document manager, thanks to its file upload functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
here's nothing that really bothers me, perhaps adding more free tools since several of them are paid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday greatly assists us in managing our projects and collaborators more effectively. Additionally, we use it as a document manager, making it a great option for this purpose.

easy to use, multiple fonctions, colors and theme easy to the eyes

files are not always easy to download, takes a while to charge

we use it to track our machinery sales, very accessible to everyone. makes the tracking of sale very simple

With staffing reductions plus remote work, my tasks and projects felt overwhelming.

Monday keeps me focused and organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can keep all of my projects in one tidy place.
Monday is easy to use. My boards have set due dates that keep me focused. The best part is the collaboration features. I can add my team to my boards and we can work together all in one tidy place. I can't imagine trying to stay organized without the use of Monday!

What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing that I dislike about Monday. There are so many functionalities that I have yet to learn how to use. I enjoy exploring all the different ways I can integrate Monday into my workflow!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have multiple projects that I work on. I have Monday boards that are strictly for my own organizational purposes. The due dates remind me when projects are coming due. I have annual boards, monthly boards and weekly boards. We also have collaborative board within our department and we are able to easily communicate with each other and assign tasks that needs to be done in one simple place.
Monday is better then the commercial says it is
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com organized at the first dynamic operation in less than five days. It is an awesome service that is better than what we expected. I would suggest this to any one and everyone to use if you want to be organized it's ability to integrate with so many other systems is also a great thing for us.

Integrate all of our operations into one dashboard that creates uniform updates for all our teams

The ability to keep track of all my clients...from prospect to sale and all point in between.

I haven't had many experiences with Monday that I wasn't happy about and when I did, it was user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One location to keep all sales tracking and product offerings. Prior to Monday, we had numerous desktop files that were being shared (or not!) among the team.
Best Tool For Our Company
What do you like best about the product?
Project management, client management, budgeting and forecasting. Automations make all use cases a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some capabilities that aren't currently available that would make our automations stronger. They seem to be common pain points as people have commented the same requests in monday.com community boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com centralizes our workflows. Rather than working in emails - it allows teams to collaborate and streamline project progress. It keeps all team members on the same page.

easy to use and looks nice. easy collaboration with peers and help us all stay on track with task, issues, projects, and dev work.

not easy to integrate with jira. there's probably a way but i need to push issue from monday to jira and i can't find a simple way to do it.

Useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, easy to keep track of pipelines. What would usually be tracked in documents or paper can be moved onto Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its difficult to find something I dont like but maybe something which would be more focussed for our industry which is recruitment/IT consulting

Time and task management for tasks which have a few moving parts.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been incredibly helpful as a project management tool but we also use it as a CRM of sorts, tracking potential customers and dealers and making notes that keep everyone on the same page at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a team, our only real complaint with Monday.com is the mobile app. Unfortunately, the mobile app can be slow and clunky, even when on good wifi connection. In addition, we've entered info such as notes and files into Monday on a slower connection and they don't "stick". There is no warning or pop-up telling you that your info did not upload... Days later, you ask someone if they got your message or info and it's just not there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing about Monday.com is it allows our fully-remote team to be on the same page at a glance no matter where they are. The ability to attach design files to each client is huge.
