What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation tools and the easy way to configure it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes for the monday service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving our intecartion with our customers and the way we organize our work.
Extremely Organized
What do you like best about the product?
In describing Monday.com, I call it an "online whiteboard." This software helps to keep our company organized and allows for us to communicate with each other efficiently. The features that Monday.com offers don't compare to anything else. I love being able to tag a pulse with a status button. It is my favorite feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't appreciate how Monday.com does not notify you when someone makes a change on a board you're assigned to. It requires our team to check the boards constantly. I am aware that this is a feature that is available in an upgrade, but it should be something that the software comes with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the issue of "Where do we stand on this project?" It helps to keep everyone on the same page. We, as a team, are more efficient and more organized.

I like the simplistic use of the system - but like most technology platforms it required a little adjusment period to get used to things

possibly the way we move items around the boards can be slghtly tricky

I like the new layout updates that have been recently introduced

How easy it is to organise your company project/tasks - makes it very simple to manage multiple jobs in a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't view the different jobs on a board in the archieve. Would be good to be able to view it without having to unarchieve.

I am abe to orginize my job functions within monday board and keep track of thngs within different paramiters. ability to download into a sheet for presentations!
What do you dislike about the product?
had issues etting up actions but once i recieved some training onhow to it was a breeze to complete, set up and modify actions to be able to move portions or tickets that where made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i really havent had any problems with monday as i stated before it was just setting the actions to move properly within the assigned tabs, and setting users. once i recieved training it was a breeze

It is extremely helpful in improving productivity, identifying priorities and checking status from other team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Everything on Monday works great.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to cusomtize, felxibility and of course the mobile app verison is sued by my entire BD team, its a no brianer!

nothing, really enjoy it - may recommmend some data feed abaility in the future

CRM Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is. We have employees of all ages and at different technical skill levels. They are able to use Monday.com with ease. We use Monday.com as our CRM, so it's our go to system for all things client related. Without Monday, we would not be able to maintin the strong customer service environment we pride ourselves on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we've seen with Monday is that it is not able to integrate with our financial advising software. Right now, we don't use much of the software available out there, so it's not an issue. In a few years though, I'm hoping there's more integration capability in this space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is our CRM. This is where we store all customer notes. In our business, not are so important, especially when we have a compliance request. We are able to easily export these notes and provide them to our compliance team.

It helps keep communication and organization with the other deparments

What do you like best about the product?
I love the collaboration aspects of Monday. My office uses it for all sorts of projects, and it is a great way to refer back to records, which I am big on. I have not used a competitor, but Monday is quite robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is easy to use, but I feel like I am not always using it to its full capability. There are so many tools. This isn't really a bad thing, but it makes me want to learn more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to assign tasks and keep up with them so anyone involved can see where projects lie. I love being able to assign myself or others to tasks; it makes our office function much more smoothly.
