What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and intuitive to start using and to modify for our purposes

Great for tracking and assigning tasks but not a full CRM or ERP system

Centralized project management for our team. Account managers, Designers, production and purchasing. Keeps all information in order with assigned personnel and timelines.

The prices are not very accessible for professionals or startup companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday, we are solving the problem of information dispersion and optimizing time in searching for information.
Great tool for tracking sprint work among multiple teams and keeping stakeholders updated

Ease of use, speed, integration with other software we use (slack, google, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
Scrolling and finding cards can get hard when there are a lot of them. Filters work but are slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a strong platform to keep track of work being done and incoming projects in the backlog. Helps us keeps the stakeholders updated and make sure no project gets ignored
Can't Say Enough Good Things About It!
What do you like best about the product?
Organization and collaboration at it's finest! Monday.com has been a game-changer in my day-to-day. Being able access it via web, desktop app, and phone app is wonderful when on the go / working remote. They are constantly adding new features, while keeping what works. Truly can't say enough good things about it!
What do you dislike about the product?
No major red flags come to mind. I do wish there could be more than one subfolder when organizing boards in workspaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has become our hub. Gone are the days of this document living here, that document living there.

Organize workflow and allow to remember all tasks in the right order without the need for pencil and paper.
Monday.com is a no brainer for organizing & managing your project workflow and maximizing efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows you to build your work flow the way that works for you best. They provide the tools and many ways to customize and automate processes. If you can think of it, you can likely make it happen in Monday.com
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside is a rather small thing. It has to do with the reminders you can set for items within Monday.com when you can click the "bell icon". You are limited to selecting; 20 minutes, 1 hours, 3 hours, tomorrow, or next wee (which is always the next monday). Using the tools and customization options Monday.com provides, I was able to program my own system that would allow me to choose a time on the hour and any day of the week/ month. There are many times that the provided options are too limiting to what kind of reminder I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows our business to more easily organize and track our projects through out every phase including the first point of customer contact and all the way up to their invoice being paid in full and everything else in between.

The way it connect difrerent departements.

There is nothing that I dislike. The way we use the tool does satisfy the company needs.

We use Monday to track benefits for our rmployees. We also use as a source of communication between HR and Payroll.

its thebest thing because you create your own system to keep track of your projects and creats tabs and due dates so everyone cna keep track and submit on time

so far its been really good havvent had any issues I can really point out

makes it easy to follow up and keep track of all projects and submit whats needed on a timely matter

I enjoy, when I got into Monday.com and I can figure it out it is so friendly to use, it is so similar to Facebook, but for work for sure. It is not easy to miss a notification, and it is easy figure it out all the details of a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the options to see all my past comments, posts or responses. Also watch anyone else historial of comments, in that way we can track easier some projects issues'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The communication process between departments is easier thanks to Monday.
Also the historial of communication with a customer is easy to track.
