Project Management Is a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Our fully remote team uses Monday.com to organize client work, emails, and files. I love the ease of use, customization, and integrations. Leading a team of consultants is made much easier with the ability to drop into their Monday.com boards to see what they're working on with clients. I live on Monday.com. All day, every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see an integration with Toggl.com!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is great place for us to house and share info related to the different projects across our client roster. Everyone on our team can access the info, update status of prject,
Great tool for collaboration and organization
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been an excellent resource for my company and me personally. I use it to create my marketing email and content schedule. It keeps me organized and on task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues using monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us keep all of our tasks in a central area that everyone in the company can see and work from. It helps me personally stay organized as the Marketing Coordinator because this is the sole tool I use to create my timelines.

What do you like best about the product?
Lists all assigned projects with applicable time lines, status, priority, planned effort, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have numerous completed Projects, however, I am still receiving messages that they are outstanding?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management - allows me to keep track of projects and their status
A wonderful tool that changes your daily remote work
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to track tasks coming from all team members, and you can decide the level of notifications that you get (i.e. get a ping to your phone instead of emails).
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to select my own shade of darkness for the background color. It would also be great if one could modify dependencies in a more graphic way in gantt charts (i.e. instead of going to the task and modifying the column, just click and drag the arrow on the gantt chart directly).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping with creating a clear work environment. Each team member can track their own tasks and at the same time keep an eye on how much everyone else is doing. Updates are also easy to track and this removes effort duplication.
Is a good way to stay organized

The level of detail it allows you to note for each task

The fact that most options are manual and rely on formulas.

Making sure i don´t forget any tasks, weather recurring or being a one time task

How user friendly it is. I love that we can stay organized with the app and communicate within the app

Since the new update on Monday. I don't like the new interface of the browser

Monday helps with assuring our permit information for each location in Illnois. They also assist with providing updates on inspections we need to set within our jobs we complete
Monday - allows you to do anything, but can be clunky
What do you like best about the product?
WorkForms! These allows us to turn anything into a form, from personal reflections on process to feedback form clients and staff to to-do lists, and the forms can be transformed into tasks as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The infinite possibilities in Monday can create a fairly complex and clunky presentation. If you are a disorganized person to begin with, Monday will allow you to reproduce your own clutter. However, if you have a good structure to your projects and workflows, Monday is a great place to implement that.

Monday keeps everything in one place and allows the team to collaborate and see each other's work easily. It also allows us to collect information through forms and creates insight that we would have otherwise not captured.
Easy way to control your workflow
What do you like best about the product?
It is a simple and easy way to organize your daily tasks. Also, automation is beneficial for recurrent tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact you cannot skip weekends, as the daily tasks only can be done from Monday to Friday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better workflow, easy tasks creation and management
Easy to navigate, and there's lots of modifications you can make to specify it to your needs.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to sort through the filters. I can specify what I'm looking for and find it easily. Monday.com makes it easy for me and my colleagues to reference notes on the clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like is that there are a lot of duplicates. Whenever a client schedules, even if it's just a follow up meeting to continue the process, another "client" is created. It would be nice to eliminate those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps to keep a lot of our client's information in one place. It's helpful to be able to access notes, checklists, texts, etc. all on one client without having to reference a lot of different sites.
Balancing Collaboration and Enterprise Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has quickly become a critical tool for our team to use as we manage our projects. It allows our sales team and our project managment team to easily collaborate while also giving our clients access to and always up-to-date overview of where their project is in its lifecycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback we have experienced with Monday is that, at times, it seems like there is a stronger focus on features that benefit smaller client. As an enterprise customer, we wish more focus would be spent on featrues that benefit users that have a larger implementation of Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a big problem managing our projects. Previsouly project managment was spread across email, multiple spreadsheets and documents. Monday has allowed us to move that all to one space so that nothing slips through the cracks.
