What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to manage flows and their automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some difficulties regarding the speed of automations and some formulas which are difficult to be understood by the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the communication between sectors of the company, which impact on the resolution time and organization of the processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Use Monday daily in work, it's crucial for staying organised and being on top of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's tricky if i want to assign multiple tasks to one person, i have to look up how to do it rather than doing it one by one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising my work, staying on top of reports - it's crucial for me in everyday use, i wouldn't be as organised without it

What do you like best about the product?
It lets you see everything in one place - All team members can view details about the practice and be reminded to take care of daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have no dislikes about monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to remind you of tasks that need completing on a certain day- parts that need to be oredered for patients, insurance notes that need to be written.

It's evident that Monday.com's combination of user-friendly design, customizable workflows, Gantt chart capabilities, collaboration features, automation, and integration options have contributed to a positive experience in organizing my production and scheduling tasks. The platform aligns well with my needs and preferences, ultimately boosting my productivity and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find Monday.com's interface to be overwhelming and complex, especially when setting up intricate workflows or customizing boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have found that using monday.com has significantly improved the way my team and I manage our day-to-day work schedules. The platform's intuitive interface and customizable features make it incredibly convenient to organize tasks, allocate responsibilities, and track progress. With monday.com, I can easily create and assign tasks to each team member, set due dates, and prioritize activities, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and aware of their responsibilities. The visual timeline view allows me to see the entire project's schedule at a glance, which aids in efficient planning and resource allocation. Additionally, the platform's communication tools enable seamless collaboration, allowing us to share updates, discuss tasks, and address any challenges in real time. What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily comunicate with any branch of our company on the spot without looking for emails or phone numbers. I am able to attach files and pictures quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times when attaching a file or picture it does not download properly by adding color to the pages and blocking out the writing. When that happens I have to edit, delete it and readd the file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in the Distribution Center and the rest of my company works from home. Monday makes it so easy for us to comunicate and share all files.
Fantastic service, incredibly flexile and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of use cases it can support is vast. Much more than a project management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional work is required with their APIs to integrate it to core company products
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many problems, from creating project plans and sharing actions to creating work item queues, 1 2 1s, self-help tools. Overall it helps us create visibility of work and collaborate better

as with any project management system - it's difficult to encourage team members to update monday.com regularly for the most up to date info.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and functional, colourful and things are organised. I appreciate it's customisable userface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that it can often be too slow to use and it's caching times are not up to scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use CRM system, logging inbound and outbound sales - keeping track of all interactions is extremely useful.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to consolidate information up to a single view. This is really useful for collating project information and presenting the data in an easy to understand format and view. This is particularly good in presenting data in a format to be able to identify where things are going well and where things need attention.

What do you dislike about the product?
Within our business there are constraints on information governance - we cannot store documents on monday.com. It would be good to do additional work on the online docs viewer so that we can use federated online document storage alongside monday.com. This would provide us with a single portal into our information, both planning and project related documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is helping solve our flexible way of working, we have a hybrid method of work and it is sometimes sifficult to keep up with all projects ongoing. It is particularly good at highlighting when tasks are due, and what tasks i need to complete on a daily basis.
Achieved optimum efficiency and transparency
What do you like best about the product?
Monday lets my team flexibly organize, transparently streamline, manage complicated localisation projects with its intuitive platform. It's so easy, but absolutely professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Large and ongoing localization projects can be somewhat complicated to set up, as we have to dedicate label columns per language, marking done/working on it/stuck etc. It's fine for the most part, but scaling up inevitably suffocates the experience. That being said, it works better than other platforms and we like using monday anyways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to manage otherwise unmanageable levels of tasks, that are otherwise lost and/or fall through the cracks. We need everything to be visible, prioritised, and all eyes on the projects - whenever we need. The flexibility that monday.com offers is a significant asset to us. We can collaborate seamlessly, integrate with other apps and boards, and really make sure that our tasks are managed with priority and with confidence.
