Best all-in-one project management platform

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Monday is the automations, dashboards, and the easy to understand layout. Everything can be monitored at a glance. The teams are also able to work and communicate in real time to update our projects on there.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that there could be more automation combinations and more integrations made available within Monday instead of relying on third party apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything has been made standard now, we have all our workflows automated and organized. Everything is visible on the pipeline. The team is able to collaborate, and information isn't getting lost like it used to be when we were communicating via emails.

Hard to imagine working without Monday anymore!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy for a basic use, but still a lot of functionnalities and very complete so that we can use it for more complex needs.
I love the "My brain" and the automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there's no option to have a sub-subitem.
Would be great if we could hide some groups on a board and not only some column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time ++ (atomations, for exemple!) Lack of communication between team members, specifically when you are working on a project with a lot of people.
Centralizes all the information needed (or mostly) for the company.

Taking Project Organization the Next Level

What do you like best about the product?
I love how not only you can customize boards but they have a wide variety of templates to help you get going. Any project can be tackled in Monday. Plus you can connect with Zapier and Slack and add even more automation. They have fun visuals and goal tracking (check out the llama farm for a smile). It's vital to our team's projects to collaborate and track progress with Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been able to fully utilize it as a task list for me. I've tried and it just hasn't fit. I'd love to be able to more easily pull assigned tasks from any board I've been assigned a task for so I can see it all together. I am on a lot of boards from several departments and I just need a better way to visualize it all together and find who assigned me what and update my progress faster. I spend a lot of time digging through notifications and boards to find stuff. It might just be me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-team projects are so much smoother with Monday. We can see each others progress and assign tasks to each other. Huge multiple step/phase projects can be easily organized and planned in Monday.

What do you like best about the product?
We moved on from an outdated JIRA platform to Monday.com. It's really transformed the way we work, especially when we went work-from-home due to the office shutdowns. We've been able to set up project boards to meet the needs of our diverse team. We've been able to leverage automations, technical integrations with other tools and group together collections of tasks that have subtasks underneath for highly complex work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge gripe. But I wish when I share out a task link that the metadata populates from the title of the task itself since I have to type out what the task is when sharing the link since turns into a generic monday.com link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is able to support our most complex technical tasks for a team that is hybrid and operating across multiple time zones.
It helps us declutter from the mountain of Slack threads and keep ourselves organized.

That others can easily track my progress and vice versa. State of the art synchronization of files and great and easily changed subjects!
What do you dislike about the product?
Icon for the desktop is somewhat confusing as it doesn't stand out completely, but shortcuts are nice

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me keep track of my current and pending works, while also providing me overview on other administration tracker.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experience a downside yet on Monday.com

It helps me organize my works, and also helps remind me on the upcoming work that I might miss due to busy schedule. It creates an overview on percentage work done and work pending.
