Great experience with many resources
What do you like best about the product?
Its a tool always is updated (almost every week) and with the new realeses we see a good performance in boards with many elements in my case (like 2000+ elements).
I also like because we really "start" our proccess where with monday.com and give to us a very good visibility on what is really happen in your departament.

The formula columns need to be more easy to use, sometimes its difficult to valideted what really happens in this collum.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Global view of the entire team, which activities are in progress and what is left behind. through monday it is possible to define priorities and know the health of the team's demand.
Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
My small company started using monday.com in December 2019, and it immediately made a difference by allowing us to consolidate our workloads into a single system. Before that, each of us tried to stay organized with our own Excel spreadsheets, which made collaboration difficult. Now, we're all on the same page, and we can use different boards individually to keep certain tasks private while sharing the work that requires collaboration. Adopting monday.com turned out to be incredibly fortunate, especially when, on March 13, 2020, we were all suddenly required to work remotely. I can't imagine how chaotic it would have been to coordinate our work without it—monday.com truly helped keep our company running smoothly. In fact, it worked so well that the owners decided to sell our office building and let us work from home permanently. This also allowed us to hire new employees in different time zones, which helped us expand our business hours. Without monday.com collaboration across different time zones just would not have been possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every program has its quirks, and monday.com is not immune. Really the small flaws are subjective and preference-based, but as an employee of a software company, I get why things can't be programmed in certain ways. Sometimes it comes down to the inability of programs to read one's mind. I think they're working on that too, though, with incorporation of more AI functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this to consolidate our workload, making it easier to manage both individual tasks and team projects, even when working across multiple time zones.
The ideal tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Whether the project is small or large, Monday has the necessary management tools for a team to track, update, and inform a project's progress better than any other program I know.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some board features are not as nimble in displaying a multi-brand project snapshot for non-Monday users to digest. Gantt charts can only go so far when focusing on multiple brands at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us run hundreds of small and large projects across our busy team of 10 people. Tracking progress in real-time and housing project information in one centralized space has been foundational to our team's expansion.

What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about Monday.com are the integrations and automations! They make my work very easy and they keep me on top of every task that I have.

Nothing at all! Monday.com always exceed my expectations. :)

Before, I just have my notepad to track my tasks. But with Monday.com, the tasks are now automated, and bonus, I can even customize it to my liking!
Good structure for our company
What do you like best about the product?
We organize everything in our company with monday. It shows us realy easy how our projects run and we can directly see at wich point of progress they are. It also makes it easy to work with multiple people on the same project, ecause of the easy way to upload files or write uptates.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't have a good structure it can get messy. And also I would like a better connection to the Adobe creative cloud programms. But all in all I don't see big problems with monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our workfow smooth, by showing us the progress of ongoing projects. It gives an overview over every project from now to way back in the past. We can work much faster.

Best software for planning, scheduling, communicating, and distributing tasks for business needs.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how many ways boards can be built, shared, integrated with other boards, and are so flexible in how the data is organized. Our company uses Monday.com on a daily basis. Everything within our organiztion is run through this program, making it frequently used by all staff members. Any time we have had issues, the customer suppoer is quick and efficient in helping resolve any issues quickly and seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked more widgets and easier access to the widgets available. I would also love to have more integrations with other software companies on the internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday for every bit of our business needs. We track hours of employees, track projects, plan ahead for upcoming events, and collaborate for teams. Each department is able to use Monday for their specific needs. We also utilize this program to plan out a full year of events.
Helpful platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it provides our geographically spreadout team a centralized platform that we can all access and make live updates to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many bells and whistles - A co-worker and I tried to establish a social media calendar and it became really convuluded because we were trying to use too many features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows the team to be efficient in implementation as it tracks status and past notes. I love the historical notetaking features and the ability to upload documents to comments.

That is a super easy tool to use and i love create workflows for everything.3

i would like some imporvements on the project managment area.
I thing that de combo with dependencies and dates are still very manual to set up and track on projects.

It is helping on collaboration with my teammates, tracking next steps on deals and new accounts, analizing data and kpis in reunions.
