What do you like best about the product?
Practicality of use in daily life. Monitor the development of the systems.

There is nothing I don't like. The entire system works perfectly. Everyone in the organization uses it.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has setup a world of easy to see projects, as well as a platform for multi department communication that has no competitive rival within this company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to point a specfic finger at something that like said before is unrivaled. The neatness of the board/merging of multiple projects could be smoother for all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like said before, mulit department comunnication within a big organization is vital, espically with the way projects and building at my company are continously on the rise.

What do you like best about the product?
The notifications are excellent for monday.com - it's practically impossible to forget things. There are so many integrations, features, templates, and help readily available for all users. This was my first experience using a platform like this and I'm obsessed with it. Truly grateful my company used it and I recommend it to everyone!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest issue about monday.com is that it can be a learning curve. There are some features that can be very complex and hard to understand at first. However... whether you're a beginner or an expert, you can use the various features in a way that's tailored to fit your knowledge/skill level which is so important!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been searching for something to help me be more organized. I needed a platform to keep me accountable at work with my tasks and day-to-day responsibilities. Monday has made this possible, I'm able to translate my duties into a visual, which is helpful for me. It's also amazing that the integrations allow for me to get email reminders or whatever method I prefer.

How quickly we can build clear, easy to understand, shareable information for our team and our clietns

Advanced functions do require some learning. Also we build so many boards its hard to keep track
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Countless. The ability to easily create "boards" that everyone can understand and react to is exceptional

I love creating automation. It's very simple, easy to use and the support is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Pfff, when you duplicate something. Sometimes the rows don't duplicate with the updates.

We offer white label to the customers. So, the info that we save and share with other colleagues helps to do it faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the design interface in the dashboard of monday Work Management as it is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. The platform's intuitive design facilitates a low adaptation curve, making it accessible and manageable for newcomers and experienced users alike. Additionally, I find the integration capabilities with various apps across the web particularly beneficial, allowing seamless connectivity and enhancing the overall workflow efficiency. The ease of setup with monday Work Management is another standout feature, making the transition smooth without any hassle. I also value how it effectively prevents tasks from slipping through the cracks, ensuring all project elements are tracked diligently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that using monday Work Management as a makeshift CRM has limitations in its functionality, which could be improved. Additionally, I feel that accomplishing tasks, such as setting up integrations, could be easier with better resource materials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for project management and team collaboration. It prevents tasks from falling through the cracks, offering a user-friendly interface with strong app integrations, simplifying complex workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to document assignments and list the work tasks associated with those assignments makes keeping track of my deliverables less confusing and minimizes depending on my memory. I am also able to update progress and attach documents for ease of reference. I can also move assignments from one board or group to another with ease as needed. I have also discovered that I can tag people in Monday to review and give feedback on items and Monday will send them a notification to their email box. Simply amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't thing of anything i dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of assigned tasks. Keeps me on track with what i am supposed to be doing and within the timelines. Makes me more productive and organized.

What do you like best about the product?
The work is very intuitive, it is transparent so my peers can see the work that I am doing in real time.
They all get updates and share information and knowledge. My work can be easily exported to excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very easy to link it to my calendar. It would be helpful is we could have updates integrated directly to the calendar.
It would be helpful to have an board that is similar to an excel speadsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can share information about the progress I'm making at work, and share it with my managers and peers.
It helps me manage my tasks, but it would be helpful to have it integrated with my calendar for notes and reminders.

With the rollout of mondayDB, the platform now handles large boards and dashboards with increased speed and stability, even for enterprise-scale operations.

A major highlight in recent updates is monday’s AI-powered features. With tools like AI Blocks and the AI Workflow Generator, teams can automate repetitive tasks, extract data, summarize content, and even build custom workflows simply by describing their goals in natural language—dramatically reducing setup time and enhancing productivity.

Collaboration continues to be a core strength, with real-time updates, mentions, file sharing, and rich commenting embedded directly into tasks. Features like Workdocs and WorkCanvas now offer improved visual collaboration, including diagramming, custom layouts, and cross-linking between documents. This rich, interactive environment fosters transparency, alignment, and accountability across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
While monday.com has grown impressively in scope and capability, its richness can sometimes be a double-edged sword. For smaller teams or simpler projects, the depth of features—especially with the introduction of AI tools, CRM modules, and advanced automation—can feel excessive or overwhelming. Initial setup may require more thought, particularly when tailoring complex workflows or learning how to best leverage the new AI-driven functionalities.

The platform’s learning curve remains a challenge for new users, especially with recent additions like mondayDB or AI Blocks, which require some experimentation to use effectively. Without proper onboarding or template usage, it’s easy to feel lost in the wide array of options.

Customization, while powerful, can also lead to inconsistencies across teams if there’s no central governance. This can result in siloed processes and confusion when navigating across departments.

Finally, although monday.com has introduced better versioning and recovery options for Workdocs and board items, it still lacks a fully intuitive global "undo" feature.
