What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a game-changer. Streamlined interface, customizable boards, and easy @mentions make teamwork seamless. Perfect for tracking deadlines effortlessly. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. Although, it would be good if we could leave voicenotes on updates through the desktop app to save time as voicenoting is much easer to leave feedback vs text updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps tracking deadlines across multiple clients, which is otherwise difficult in other software programs like Asana.

The customizable boards allow us to handle team members assignments, deadlines, and communications all in one place. Automations save us time

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to divide up projects in small tasks and being able to collaborate with coworkers easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. It's fantastic. I don't think I would change anything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to keep everyone accountable for what they need to contribute with regards to the completion of a project.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great tool to manage your projects with your team, update statuses and track time. It is a great way to keep things organised. It is easy to use and not complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't noticed anything I don't like so far. I have been using Monday.com for more then 2 years and I think it has everything I personally need. Happy customer here! :)

Assigning projects to different team members and colaborating with others, tracking time, keeping projects organised, tracking deadlines and updating project status.

it can be quite confusing to learn when you first get it.

It is keeping track of many of the things that we do here,its making sure that we dont loose anything and know where everything is at one time mening we save money.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Monday.com visibility feature. It's easy to use just tag someone and they'll be notified. It can also monitor the productivity level of tasks. can write easy instructions and can plug in necessary documents for projects. The best with Monday.com is continues working for efficiency and the result reflects on us users. Target achievement plus the support team are one chat away to support you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some downside to using Monday.com are Newsletter update. If there are new themes or new features added please send your subscribers a more engaging and surprising update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The new Monday.com form features are really helpful and time saver for us!

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very easy and intuitive platform to use. It keeps making updates to help the users. By using Monday, I get everything I need to manage projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the app doesn't synchronize automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes me remember and track my daily activities and allow me to manage projects simultaneously.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything being in one place. Being able to create a board that is specific to what you need. Being able to check off when things are done and set up automations is great too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to have a board where you can set up each section on the board differently. It would be great if there were a space to create a daily to do that can be checked complete but come up as not finished again the next day for routine things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps the various departments needed to complete projects in the know and on the same track to bring a project to the finish. It is also a way to keep everyone accountable to what they are responsible for as part of the whole.

Some features are a little less intuitive/clunky.
