LOVE using Monday.com! ☺️
What do you like best about the product?
I love using boards and making different ones depending on what project we're working on at the time. We use it for campaign and marketing organization the most! It's also great for keeping track of your company events coming up or assigning tasks to people.
What do you dislike about the product?
A better calendar system for keeping track of marketing campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is the one place that everyone on our team can go to if we're not in the same room. It makes working on a project easier and less chaotic, we can write all our ideas in one place.
Monday.com is what everything our company has been looking for and more.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is extremely dynamic in viewing information in so many different ways, linking boards to minimize double-entry, and has a beautiful interface!
What do you dislike about the product?
The print feature is very limited, cuts off information, and has very limited layout customization.
Would like to see more functionality with subitems, and even sub-sub items.
Also, having a team chat feature that is independent from individual items would be HUGE!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to centralize so many of our databases into one place, and link info from one to the other, thus eliminating double-entry.
Great product that helps with tracking and productivity
What do you like best about the product?
The ticketing system, the tracking, and overall increase in productivity. The colors and visual is appealing. The app works well too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited options due to level of service, regular vs enterprise. Archive data is awkward and does not keep the same format of the page it once lived in. Format is awkward and does not show the data in an easy view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and productivity that others have visibility to. Easy to search, everyone has their own view setup. This is different than Excel as it would have changed others' views.
Monday.com is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday.com to track my tasks on various projects. Monday.com makes it easy to see what items are outstanding as well as all the items I've completed. It also has a feature where I can communicate with others on the same project, so everyone is in the loop on any updates to the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a training video that displayed the various ways Monday.com can be utilized. I think Monday.com obtain many features that I am unaware of but may help me with my daily work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helped solve my organization problems. I typically have more than I can handle on my plate. So Monday.com has helped me stay organized and on top of all of my duties and responsibilities.
Great Time Management and task tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it lets me manage my time more effectively. Monday has helped my team every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the ui could allow more customization.

its allowing our whole creative team to stay on the same page and see what each person is working on. It helps us stay efficient, connected and in sync with one another.
Keep your team on the same page and on time
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has made it incredibly easy to keep our entire team on the same page and on time. We love the different boards and ability to track statuses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of notifications and emails to turn off or manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com prevents my team from having to ask for frequent updates or who is working on what. Everything they need is visible and accessible at any time.
Really Usefull powerfull tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Powerfull app that allow you to explore unlimited options. From tasks allocated to your team to huge volume of orders under one single click distance .
What do you dislike about the product?
You can have all your tasks under one management team and be able to truck all the tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't see any problems just the bennefits.
Monday allows me to successfully streamline my implementations
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me check off clearly defined steps as they are completed and has space for me to document the progress and link and attach documents and emails which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Monday. I haven't experienced any issues and I work on implementation boards, I link items and save here. I also utilize the search features and everything works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem that comes with documenting step by steps goals in my implementation. It allows me to check off each item as it is done and review the date/times and any attached documents for reference.
Excellent Workflow Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create folders and boards to share files and project updates with my whole team from anywhere in the world! I have used other project managenment services previously, and nothing compares to the ease of use and customization available on with monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there were some walk through tutorials on builidng out automations on monday. Maybe with some examples of what automation can do for the team. I have a few automations set up, but I want to maximize the full potential!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps my team track progress on our projects as well as managing files and tracking form responses. We use monday to collaborate when we are working remotely.
Mondays Rock!
What do you like best about the product?
We find that keeping check of running a group of companies internationally can have so many timelines we cannot track what is when. But out group uses Monday to keep lists of all submissions and deadlines, we run projects through the board and track our progress as a group. This keeps everybody well communicated with tasks and we find it so valuable to our department.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to cheer me as I finish my monthly task list - really would make my day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a department split by location to London, Hampshire and Remote we would spend far too much time sifitng slack and e-mail for communication. We totally avoid this by using the boards to communicate we have moved on with tasks or projects. Monday works like a dream for our kind of set up.
