Flexible, productive, responsive

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to set up custom automations really brings out the flexibility of what Monday can do. Between the quick set up of new boards and deep settings to explore, Monday.com can be used for so much and so effectinently!
What do you dislike about the product?
Each time I have disliked something, I have seen an update made, or discovered features that were already there that redeemed the issue. Easier access to training videos might help going from a novice to a fluent user quicker, but there might already be a monday.com academy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing what is on our teams plate is a huge help, forms that allows request to be made and broken down into actionable information is key to our teams secures!

Changed our company workflow!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has streamlined our entire workflow for the best! We are saving a lot of money on printing and communication has improved tremendously as well and everyone knows what's happening at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish that the subitems were a litte more detailed when it comes to the Activity Log and the reportings. We would also like for the Enterpise seats to be in blocks of 5 instead of 25.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't print as much anymore which is saving us a ton of Monday.
Also all teammates know at all times were their tasks stand at, and as for Management we can see reports on efficiency

Never felt more on top of my tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Monday.com in my previous two roles and it's really helped me organise my tasks and workload, as well as keep track of my team's tasks too. It's also great for requesting work from colleagues and keeping them up to date with tasks they have requested too.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason sometimes the notifications don't pop up. Even if I am tagged in a note or task, it sometimes sends me an email and pops up a notification, and sometimes it doesn't. Not sure why, but all good otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General task management and keeping track on tasks across different colleagues in the team are making me so much more productive than before. The Marketing team is thriving, busy as always but monday.com keeps us on track and managing the workload effectively.

A great project management system for small businesses

What do you like best about the product?
I really like having boards that are easy to share with teams members to capture the progress of our projects as well as having customisable fields for different board's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like an better to-do widget that doesn't have a limit on field entries. I use it alot and constantly run out of fields. Can an unlimited version be available?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to know where team members are up to in their project status which is useful for a small team who work varying hours remotely so we dont need to be dropping emails at odd times and can just see the progress on Monday.com

Very Useful Work Management Software

What do you like best about the product?
It feels as though the software "thinks" for me at times. Not in the "Alexa is always listening" way. I mean in the "everything seems to work the way I need it to" way. I use their "write updates via email" feature and it has been incredibly useful as a way to set and forget about things. I use the software daily and it hasn't dropped the ball as of yet. I appreciate the consistent updates. It's very reassuring.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that there are instances when they "fix" something only to "break" something else. Not in the way that it doesn't work at all anymore but in the way that now it's working in a weird way. I understand that sometimes we redesign things to give them a fresh feel but the old saying remains true. If it's not broken, dont fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product is like a central hub, per se. It brings all of our teams together under one umbrella. This obviously increases productivity because of the collective confidence in the project. This software makes you feel like you can do "it" with minimal effort and maximum efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization capability of monday Work Management, especially in the customization of columns and the possibility of integrating them with each other. The automations are extremely useful, allowing tasks to progress without manual intervention, which is essential to maintain a continuous workflow. Additionally, the use of artificial intelligence helps in screening resumes, optimizing the selection process. The ease of use from the initial setup, with the help of templates, was also something I appreciated from the start. Finally, the continuous innovation of the product makes me consider purchasing it again.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of better tools for schedule control and indicators for measuring resource allocation is a point I would like to see improved. It would be useful to obtain more accurate indicators to know which resources are overloaded and in which periods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can centralize communication and control over 200 interactions across various projects, automating tasks and optimizing the selection process with artificial intelligence, which significantly improves my management of daily demands.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has revolutionised how we do business. As a fully outsourced sales and marketing team, we needed a way to keep track of internal projects, and external projects too. Monday.com has become the glue that holds all of our business together which has improved internal communications, alongside customer communications too!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have yet to find anything that we dislike, or have yet to find fault with yet, however if anything changes, we will let you know!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a problem internally managing projects, and communicating which tasks are in progress, and what has been completed. We also recognised we had a problem with ensuring customer journeys flowed well. Monday.com has solved all the

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is so great for staying on top of deadlines, project statuses, and is our main hub for all agency communication. We love that we can easily integrate our clients onto it too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into any roadblocks with Monday!

Monday helps to remove distractions, over communication, and keeps everyone on our team on th same page. We are more efficient and productive.

What do you like best about the product?
The app's user-friendly interface makes it easy for teams to organize, track, and complete tasks, boosting overall productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Before I used to kinda unlike the email automations, but now, I already figured out how to turn it off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my being outdated before to projects that Iam working on. It also helped me solved the steps that I used to by-pass before. With using Monday, I can itemized the step by step process and marked the "check box" next to it so I won't miss any.
