Very good tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Monday is its interface, which is very pleasant. Also, the system for scheduling automations is extremely simple and easy, which allows saving time on many updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like each task or asset to generate its own URL to be able to link tasks with others through links within the same Monday. For example, a task from the design team that has an autogenerated URL, to share it directly with another team and through the link be able to consult the request in general.
Another thing that could be improved is the functionality of the boards, making them more versatile, allowing them to have various types of modules within a single view.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us a lot to make the distribution of project tasks a simple job. Quickly, one can create a to-do task, assign a person in charge, and give instructions. In the same task, you have all the modifications, saving us from long email threads. If you need to look something up, the search system within the board makes it easy for you. It also allows us to concentrate all the assets associated with a project in one place, making it very practical when looking for creatives, copies, and even reports.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used monday.com with AI and with Azure devOps implementation for logistic management and project management .
There are numerous things I can say I like about Monday, be it the ease of creating workflows or creation automation as per any requirement or the superfast integration for a custom app. But amidst all those, what I like the best is the community of Monday which is always there to help, and the whole experience of asking a question eventually becomes a good learning experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
There have been times when I needed to do something with subitems, but due to the limitations of the restricted actions we can perform on them, I had to find a workaround. Also there are monday.com retry mechanism and restriction on sending data with monday header for authentication purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday eliminates the requirement for a single codebase for data separation, visualisation, and configuration by delivering an on-the-fly UI where we can configure, supply inputs, and visualise data.This has come in handy when I'm integrating an app that requires change from a user who has no coding skills and can submit input from the Monday board, and all of the processing is done before it touches the app source thanks to automation and workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with other tools is a great feature in Monday.com; It can be an effective way to streamline project management processes and ensure that all team members are on the same page. It have a comprehensive set of features for managing projects, including project planning and scheduling, task management, team collaboration tools, and project tracking and reporting. This makes it easy for teams to set up their project management processes exactly how they need them without worrying about navigating a complicated interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I also would like to add more options in "Filters & Sort", it's not much of a big downside because the benefit and convenience you get are worth it. There are so many different email reminders that popup its hard to find out priority tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It one stop solution for us to view all the work and deliverables that I am working on for them. Its provides timelines, places for us to edit material.It helps us better collaborate on projects across our team and log all of the work. It helps us to work together better and stay on top of what is done and what's needed.
Excellent colorful tools with having dashboards, boards and workflow management and integration
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about monday.com is assigning tasks and handing over work management and easy to track each person's workload easily. Easy tracking with the share dashboard view and sending reports to the manager every day and live dashboard changes
What do you dislike about the product?
Subitems need to have more features. I am unable to track subitems in the dashboard, and challenging to manage subitems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track my task on Monday.com, and easy to send daily reports to managers. Having excellent colorful UI and user-friendly boards and dashboards that are easy to follow and share with other members. Integration is the best tool to connect with a different application. Automation is the best feature that I work with. Using automate no need to make manual efforts every time; just set up required automation for notifications, sending mail, and easy track changes and deadlines follow all this can manage using automation.

Everything is in one place making it easy to collaborate and keep track.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not really have anything I disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since most of my team works remotely, Monday.com helped us to organize our project information, Stay on top of deadlines and keep our clients up-to-date.
Ideal Solution for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a very easy and user-friendly solution, and yet very powerful. It was a lifesaver for my company to control the ongoing projects. I love the feature of having different visualizations (Gantt, Kanban, Timeline) using the same data with a click of the mouse.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be more accessible. I have not found any way to generate automatic reports (weekly, monthly, etc.) without paying for add-ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a collaborative project management solution, and Monday.com did the trick. The intuitive and user-friendly UI made our lives much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The Twilio integration is so important for our business! Also integrates with Slack and Gmail, keeping everyone looped in on projects even when they're not on Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a huge fan of the price point. For larger businesses, it may work well. But I still prefer Asana to Monday.com. I would like to see Monday.com improve in offering various visual ways to view projects. Right now, it's only lists. But we all work differently - some like charts, timelines, or calendars better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's like an evergreen to-do list. No need to throw away a paper or try and find your list. You and your team know right where it's at and can pick up where you left off anytime!

Easy to track my clients, follow-up dates, and detailed notes.

Needs to have a call recording option for inbound and outbound calls.

It is solving my need to keep all client info in one place and be able to take actions from the platform.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is relatively easy for first-time users to grasp. There is also an abundance of helpful resources and support when learning the functions and features of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version is not as user-friendly as the desktop version, for example, occasionally having certain features blocked by pop-up ads. I also feel that guest users should have more options for their usage and permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has added specific tiers along with number of users so that as an admin, I can see how many users vs. viewers (guests) we have within our account. This is helpful because I can manage how much we pay for our account and easily and consistently add or remove users from my team.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is best work OS to align team and work in organisation with ease. It provides real time notifications across teams and organisation which helps in to manage and complete tasks easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is so much ahead of its competitors but has so much confusing pricing per seat and it requires three seats for paid plans. It has only trial period of just 14 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com for every task within our organization from planning, organizing and tracking projects within team to timeline deadlines to complete those assigned tasks to the team.
