Easy, Breezy, Beautiful: Monday

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is so clearly thoughtfully designed for the modern workforce and is constantly being upgraded to make it even better! They offer a suite of features that help us manage our project timelines, training, people and finances. It is easy to learn and operate and beautiful to look at.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything that I would change
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Monday for project and task management. It helps us progress projects through our process, ensuring everyone is up to date on the project details and timeline. We also use Monday as a training resource - all new hires will have onboarding plans that are housed in Monday. You can also go back to refer to the most up to date files and resources on Monday throughout your tenure.

I Would Recommend Monday.com to Anyone!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is one of the easiest platforms I've ever used. The interface is highly intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Monday.com can make improvements to their app. It tends to be much 'clunkier' than their site, with moving from one section to the next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management helps our organization keep track of our sales pipeline and progress with each account. We also use it to reconcile commissions and revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a myriad of options and support to set up and use for your business or project.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not so easy to switch something if you have invested a lot of time and developed it out. Essentially you have to start from scratch. This would not be so bad if you had a back office or "IT" person. I am a small business I wear all the hats. If I put the time there, customers and other things are not getting done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has all of our clients in an easy to view format. Everyone can see notes, emails, files etc easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive the platform is. Management and my colleagues can transparently see what I am working on and the status. It also helps me stay organized and make sure I am working on the highest priority tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be glitchy but otherwise great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently working on so many tasks and I need to be organized so Monday.com helps me stay on top of my work and I don't have to worry about reflecting anything to management

its super easy to use and i am able to manage the data for over 100 clients single handedly.

nothing comes to my mind. Really happy with the product.

we have over 100 clients and have to take care of their budgets and optimization status. So it really convenient with Monday.com to manage all that data

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a powerful and flexible work management platform that makes it easier to organize projects, track progress, and collaborate as a team. The interface is clean, modern, and highly customizable, which makes it easy to tailor to different workflows whether for marketing, operations, or creative production.

One of the standout features is the visual layout of boards and the ability to switch views (Kanban, Timeline, Calendar, Gantt). Automations and integrations are also robust, helping cut down repetitive tasks and centralize information from tools like Slack, Google Drive, or Outlook.

That said, it can have a bit of a learning curve, especially for new users. Some advanced features are locked behind higher tier plans which may not be ideal for smaller teams or budgets. Occasionally, the interface can feel a bit overwhelming if too many columns or automations are in play.

Overall, Monday.com is a reliable and efficient tool for managing work across teams, especially if you are looking for structure, transparency, and real time collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
"Limited Offline Access"

Monday.com is cloud-based and doesn’t offer full offline capabilities. This could be a drawback for teams who work in areas with unstable internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management helps solve several workflow challenges we face at the studio. With so many client sessions happening daily, it’s easy to lose track of which ones need immediate attention, such as those with upcoming photo viewings, missing folders, or VIP reshoots. Monday helps us prioritize tasks clearly so we know exactly which ProSelect albums to work on first.

It also solves the problem of scattered communication and manual tracking. Before, we would rely on back-and-forth messages or spreadsheets, which made it harder to see progress at a glance. Now everything is centralized and visible, helping the whole team stay in sync. We can assign tasks, monitor status updates, and set reminders all in one place.

As a result, it’s much easier to stay organized, meet deadlines, and ensure no client session gets overlooked, even during the busiest weeks.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has helped me drastically increase my organization skills which in turn helps my productivity and accuracy. Implementation at our company was also incredibly easy and seamless. I highly recommend Monday!
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday can be a bit tricky to learn at first, but once you understand it, there are a lot of automations that help you stay on track throughout the work day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has allowed us to implement a great ticketing system which keeps all departments organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Monday mostly because of the ease of use and quick view to understand what is being worked on, what the status is, and the ability to bring in cross functional stakeholders or collaborators at ease. It's a tool I utilize every day at work. The automations for workflows are very helpful and can be simple or very complex dependent on the goal. It was so simple to implement for our team once everything was setup, however it did take time to get it all setup properly for team use. If there's ever something wonky, the Help chat is very responsive and in depth even where you can share screen and they can quickly investigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I don't consider this a reason to not use the tool, I would like to see more intuitive features like changing the name of "Main Table".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross collaboration project management.

Great Project Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can visually see your progress. The color coordination is a great way to quickly see what is priority.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are fields that we don't use anymore but I can't delete them because other projects have been set to that status. I wish there was a way I could see which projects are using those fields and either delete or change them so I can get rid of that field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an event company that has a lot of items to get done before an event. Monday helps us have timelines to manage all the assets needed before an event.
