Great visuals but lacks depth
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great visually and tends to be well received by marketing teams. It's great to be able to see blockers at a glance and also tier dependencies/sub tasks. You can comment directly on tasks and add information. it's great that you can create views with filters which makes it easier to view things that are relevant to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I work in a more technical space and therefore require a platform that has more depth and can record dependencies more meaningfully. I also need to be able to link directly to a task and this is not possible unless you use endless filters or create new boards. to unlock certain features you have to pay for a more premium subscription - it's honestly a very expensive tool, you are paying for the aesthetics and the brand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to assign tasks and track progress is important across distributed teams. The ability to duplicate items allows us to create task templates that can be reused as needed - it helps ensure that things are done consistently and the usual required steps are not forgotten. for these reasons Monday is great - it really does benefit teams that have to manage communications and events/campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very user-friendly interface and i can keep track of things both in the immediate and long-term
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were better ways to combine outside apps - particularly my calendars, paying for an app that embeds my google calendar but it isn't very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me keep all the things I need to do in one place. It also allows me to upload documents connected with the projects I am working on

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great project management tool, we currently use it as a way to collaborate and organize all of our external-facing communications. It helps us track what was said, keep it all in 1 place (instead of various emails), and organize all of our thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com could do a better job of helping connect related pulses when there are multiple around the same topic. Also, a small item, but being able to put bullets in a reply on a pulse would be very very helpful to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps solve the problem of having too many email threads and historical context that gets lost in a particular person's inbox. It provides visibility for the whole team, allows people to jump in and out of the conversation as needed, and saves all of that historical context so if/when someone leaves the team or moves to a different project, it doesn't just get lost in the email history.

Ease of use, user interface is probablly the simplest in the industry

Could get a very crowded home page when you follow a lot of projects

Monday is an interesting option if you have an adequate budget to improve your processes.

It is a good choice for workflow automation without code aggregation.

Pricing per user is complex if many users need to use it.

Allows users to maintain and organized and structured list of to-dos and running projects for clients. Very interactive and engaging experience. Compared to competitors, it's much more organized and easy to use

Many norificatons can get buried if you have multiple boards

Keeps tasks from calling in the cracks by visibly showing everything in an organized way.
