One of the best features of Monday.com is the ability to collaborate seamlessly with team members. We can assign tasks, set due dates, and communicate directly through the platform, which has improved our team's efficiency and productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com intuitive design simplifies the live of my team. Its user-friendly interface is easily navigated by everyone on our team. It has a comprehensive knowledge-base, which we have relied on to troubleshoot any issues that arise while using this tool. The flexibility of Monday.com's dashboard is another remarkable feature that we love. We have customized its user interface to make our most crucial project data readily accessible at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do have some reservations about Monday.com linking task dependencies to be setup by dates, thus making them rigid and less effective. This is Monday's only shortcoming from my own experience as a user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is what we've relied upon to track marketing project progress , assign tasks and communicate effectively across the length of my team , throughout the marketing process. As a result of its customizable dashboard , we have found it easy to identify bottle-necks and put everyone on the same page in the course of our marketing projects.

Most of the content is only available in English. I haven't found it feasible to switch to the Standard plan yet.

I find it hard sometimes to find the right boards since my company has a lot of clients so sometimes it is difficult.

The way to assign and define tasks, create buttons, columns, and specific labels in a personalized manner. The new updates implemented, such as integration with Gmail, help to track projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss having a resource for chats and instant messages for the whole team. And improve the limitations on the sub-items. Improve the speed of the pages as well.

Management of my team's activities, between leadership and operation agents. The Dashboard with the visualizations makes our daily work in the company easier. It is a great tool.

that practically my work is organized in an efficient way from which I have gained a lot of time to be able to use it on other things that are of my interest, it is very good

A disadvantage would be that the orders or requests can be moved easily, which also, in a way, hinders me in my work when I am organizing orders.
