An incredible productivity tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It simplifies inter and internal team communication! Monday.com has helped my team be a more united front when interfacing with our customers, and has really fostered our collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit of a learning curve at first, but there are many helpful videos and how to's. It just requires some time to really get the hang of it. I will say that when updates are launch ocassionally the running speed of Monday.com drops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having access to everyones customer notes makes it easier to be working on mutliple project simuntantously and allows team members to jump in to help when needed!

I can keep track of all my task, trainning session, OPS request and ILT TRaining requests.

sometimes can be a little too busy but thats because we keep adding stuff, but you'll get use to it.

What do you like best about the product?
Visual boards are truly incredible. The pre-made automations and integrations make the initial setup incredibly easy and stress-free. Moreover, its user-friendly interface adds to the overall positive experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the cost is a bit too much for SMEs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think monday.com is a great tool for teams of all sizes. It's easy to use, customizable, and has a wide range of features that can help teams to collaborate, manage their work, and track their prgress. I especially like the way that monday.com provides a single source of truth for all team projects and tasks. This helps to improve visibility and collaboration across the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows my team to keep updated about travel, projects, due dates, assignment contacts, and maintain a source for our templates and project docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday.com is very adaptable, sometimes our team finds the plaform to be a bit overwhelming. I blame my previous statment more on user error than website error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is much more aware as a whole on what everyone is doing. We have been able to maintain a steady collaborative workflow. We also have utilized Monday.com as a primary compository for our weekly check-ins and maintaining our agendas.

I love how intuitive and customizable the platform is. The visual layout of boards makes it easy for our team to track tasks, deadlines, and progress at a glance. Automations have saved us hours of manual work, and integrations with tools like Slack and Google Drive keep everything centralized. It’s been a game-changer for managing cross-functional teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features are hidden behind higher-tier pricing, which can be limiting for smaller teams. The mobile app experience isn’t as fluid as the desktop version, and occasionally, automation errors occur without clear explanations. Additionally, initial onboarding took time due to the range of features available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management has helped us eliminate communication silos and streamline task tracking across departments. Before using monday, we struggled with scattered to-do lists, missed deadlines, and inconsistent updates. Now, we have a centralized system where everyone can see what’s in progress, what’s completed, and what’s coming next. It’s reduced the number of status meetings we need, improved accountability, and ultimately made our team more productive and aligned.
Great Organizational Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday can be utilized in so many ways to stay organized and communicate between multiple parties. It's keeps our department on the same page while working on different aspects of various projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since there are so many ways to use the tools, I worry that I'm not utilizing it to it's full potential! Monday is great but it also requires you to keep up with the updates of the program to use it fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working simultaneously on several projects with multple people can be diffifult to stay organized and communicate effectively. With monday, we can utilize status bars, time stamps, info boxes, and so much more to stay on the same page and keep progress moving in the right direction.
Excellent project and work management software
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to have multiple boards for different areas so it can all be organised. You are easily able to dump a lot of information into Monday.com seamlessly and add timelines, team members, notes and much more. This has really helped me to prioritise my tasks accordingly and stay on top of things, especially when coming back from vacation I was able to use Monday.com before I left so I could come back to a clear to-do list with minimal stress (apart from that caused by jet-lag!).
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a litte more user friendly in that I would like to be able to make changes to the 'My Work' board so I can add in things on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to prioritise different responsibilies as a finance manager and ensure things don't fall through the net when my workload is high, I am able to easily flex dates and tasks to adapt.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is available everywhere I go. I never miss a task because of that.
After implementing some columns, it's very easy to create dashboards. Another diferential about Monday.com is their support. They are very helpful. I use Monday.com everyday to follow up projects and review the new ones. We have some integrations with calendars, e-mails and other features that make our life easier.

I miss an offline mode to use Monday in places where I can't use internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping me see in a fast way how the projects are running. With all informations online, we can solve problems more rapidily.
