What do you like best about the product?
I love the automations and the ability to collaborate remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some difficulty figuring out the webhooks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are much less likely to drop the ball on certain tasks as a Team. It has reduced phone calls and text messages between staff to see if a task has been completed.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of visualizing the whole, of observing the status of each task (which has been completed, what is being carried out and what is missing). In addition to making it possible to know how my team is doing to finish a task
What do you dislike about the product?
The tools for communication between the team and monday.com is not good. I have to use another channel to explain a task. If it were possible to have a chat for exchanging messages and explaining a certain task, it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the distribution of various tasks and deadlines for everyone in the team, signaling the status of accomplishment by each one of the team. It increases productivity

Easy to use and convenient to manage content!

What do you like best about the product?
I can keep track of all my tasks that need to be done in one place and split them between different boards. I can also add attachments within the tasks so that everything I need is in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the social media planner, sometimes I post the same content (one item) but over different days using different platforms and it would be convenient if I had the option where it says posting status to have it say 'Scheduled 00/00' aka with the date of when it's going out to recognise which are out on different days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of social media content that needs to go out and it allows me to keep track of all the posts and check off when I've scheduled them for different social media channels. Also, within my team, we have projects or key moments to be aware of and we use monday.com to keep track of them. Makes things easier in team meetings when we go through our monday.com lists!

What do you like best about the product?
You can customise the boards to create unique workflows and send emails directly from the boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! If anything, I need to watch more of the training videos in order to utilise the platform fully.

It is creating insight into all of our team processes and allowing us to make data-informed decisions

Lack of ability to connect outwardly into our true CRM database.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Monday.com's dashboard and how I am able to gain complete visibility and control over all of our project data, right from the dashboard. The ability to run project reports, track progress of all project aspects , create project summaries , ensures that we have adequate data at our fingertips, when making project related decision across all levels of my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com excels in all areas as a project management tool but falters in the area of chat based communication. Despite offering a variety of collaboration tools, Monday .com does not support person to person chat or group chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Within my team, we leverage Monday.com as the project management tool of choice for facilitating task allocation, collecting data via forms, exchanging files, and streamlining the flow of information across all components of our projects.
