Amazing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is incredible the amount of things you can do with Monday.com. It has revolutionized the way we do business. It does the work of 1-2 full-time employees at a reasonable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues with platform stability. Since we rely so heavily on Monday.com it is definitely rough when there having issues. If they can figure this out, I would have no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to do so much more than we thought possible. It makes a significant impact on our level of professionalism and communication. I am glad that we discovered this awesome product!

What do you like best about the product?
It helps our team keep track of all of our projects. We are able to set up automations that greatly reduce the time it used to take to track and complete things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have an idea to automate things that Monday does not have the capability to do. We can send the idea to support and they put it into action in a short time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management. We are able to track all of our team projects with great efficiency. We used to use an excel sheet. Monday has made this process much more enjoyable.
Everything you need in one package
What do you like best about the product?
The power and flexibility of this app is amazing. We were able to eliminate several subscriptions and house them all under one roof. We got rid of our website forms and replaced them with Monday Forms. We got rid of our time management system as we now track all hours in Monday. We got rid of our customer management system. We store all our docs as well. We even send client emails from Monday so we can track conversations. No need for Active Collab, Salesforce, WebForms, Hubspot, Sharpspring, Google Docs, and SharePoint. Yay!
What do you dislike about the product?
Slows down when there are too many records. We have had to split up our customer lists into active and inactive. Sometimes the automations can lag a little bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just recently started tracking all marketing ours against our different income buckets to find out which parts of our business was using the most resources. In this way we are able to better track profitability by product. We also track the entire sales process from Marketing efforts to web forms to leads to opportunities and to sales to invoices.

It would be great if you could have someone help you set up a tailored solution for your workflow

Paperwork reduction, remote workforce capabilities, time management, and client satisfaction.

I like that it's well organised, intuitive and graphically very appealing, great for team work

Sometimes it can have some bugs, I can't place elements in the right places on the calendar for example

Monday is helping our team to manage editorial plannings and any type of schedules related to work in an easy and collaborative way

What do you like best about the product?
A perfect way of keeping on top of actions, projects and scheduling. It also is a brillaint way of collaborating with colleagues - espeically in today's hybrid working world

Integrations with email would be a real benefit

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely LOVE Monday.com. Not only does it help me keep my tasks organized and on schedule, but the ability to create automations, link boards, create different views allows me to manage my time, my team and produce results seamlessly. I highly recommend it to anyone in management!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only constructive criticism I have is I wish that different groups within a board could have different column settings.

Keeping my team organized and on task for projects. Keeping my thoughts and brainstorms organized. Keeping track of different items and deliverables.

Not able to print easily and in the correct format. Also, not easy to add/display excel spreasheets in boards

Nothing at present, maybe the ability to be able to change columns for each group within a board.

Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has tied all of our information together in such a convenient location. The system is easy to use and is great for communicating in the office. The fact we are all able to access it and make changes at the same time is useful and it means that a lot of information that used to be remembered is now out of our heads and creates a better headspace in the office!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that we have recommened/ raised, which have not been implemented. There is a space to share feedback though, which is useful and customer support are always helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is moving our information from paperbassed to online in safe and secure way. It helps us to keep track using the timeline and communication in the office more efficiently.
