What do you like best about the product?
I think it keeps me really organized with deadlines and also structures my projects regarding partial deliveries that I need to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not integrated enough in the M365 ecosystem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps cooperate in the projects with partial deadlines and partial responsible people.

I would be lost without Monday

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday allows you to customize your dashboard so you can see your work broken down and laid out in a way that is digestible and helpful for you personally. But then it also has the connectivity and team collaboration you need to keep moving projects forward seamlessly. We all work differently, but we all have to work together—providing for both realities is where Monday really shines.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might just be what I'm used to, but I find the mobile version comparatively harder to navigate than the desktop. My desktop Monday is my work right hand, but I'd love for on-the-go work to feel more fluid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me keep track of my priorities and assigned tasks across multiple accounts and countless projects. Keeping track of all the moving parts without it would be impossible.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has quickly become one of the most popular project management platforms and for good reason. As a user-friendly, highly customizable, and visually appealing tool, it empowers my team to manage projects more efficiently, track progress, and collaborate across departments. One of my favorite things about Monday.com is the automations. There are so many different "recipes" to help you get to what you're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is very cloud-dependent. While the mobile app has improved, there's still limited functionality if you’re trying to work offline or in areas with poor internet connectivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oversight to what is happening within each project, reporting functionality, oversight to resources.

I can't automate it in a way to see all the materials on a dashboard.

He collaborates significantly with the easier visualization of the project, and this contributes to the quick resolution of problems.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Monday because of how easy it is to create groups and tasks within groups and subtasks within tasks. This has been such a game changer. My team and I review Monday weekly and also use it individually almost daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I wish could be better is the form feature. We use this for sales rep requests. I wish it would send an automatic receipt like google forms does with their answers so they remember what request they put in. I also wish the collection of these requests could be more user friendly to review as a team. Right now, we have to scroll all the way to the right to find the answers and when you have a huge form, this is not easily done. I also wish the form viewer was more intuitive, We have to search through all our requests to find the one to review in form view. I wish you could easily select the request that was put through and put it in form view within seconds. It's just not easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our team organized and on track, tracking events throughout the year and tracking marketing requests.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday's flexible enough to take on any task, but simple enough where anyone can use it. Monday scales with your skillset making every day project management a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so much flexibility comes a need for clean processes and systems. If you don't have a plan for it going forward, you can quickly get lost in a sea of boards, tasks, and automations with no execution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be easy to lost track of all of the "things". Monday makes it easy to keep track of what's important, how important it is, and the time invested into it.

What do you like best about the product?
We use this platform every workday. I love how fully customizable the software is. With a little more work on my end, I am able to make a smoother process for my team to use and track their various processes. We are a non-profit organization, and whenever we needed customer support, they were quick and assisted effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside to this software is that it occasionally is "down" for a period of time. Typically, this is not a long time, and with a few refreshes, we are back up and running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of our staff have one hub to access and use as a management software for various departments and uses has been a great benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Monday.com for the past few months, and it has truly transformed how our team collaborates and manages projects. The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to get started with minimal learning curve.

What I love most about Monday.com is its flexibility. It’s highly customizable to fit the needs of any project, whether you’re managing simple tasks or complex workflows. You can create boards, set timelines, assign tasks, and track progress in real-time. It’s all in one place, which has drastically reduced the need for scattered emails or constant check-ins.

The visual interface is a huge plus! It’s not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly efficient. You can quickly identify bottlenecks or areas needing attention with color-coded statuses and priority levels. Additionally, integrations with other tools, such as Google Drive, Slack, and Zoom, make it easy to centralize everything without needing to switch between apps.

There's nothing to dislike, but I would like to see a better implementation of automation between the workspaces boards to communicate better with each other.
