Monday.com Has Changed The Game
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to keep track of tasks, projects and people using Monday.com. The automations are the icing on the cake! We are able to see at a glance where things are at and it helps our team self-manage and collaborate like we've not been able to before.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little tricky to learn and dive deep into the back end stuff / automations. We feel like there is just a lot of untapped potential because we don't know what is available to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving our time management, self-management, and collaboration problems. Before we have google docs, calendars, and spreadsheets all over the place, and now we have one central place where we can visually see it all.
Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
The progress tracking markers are very helpful in completing projects and ensuring my colleagues are getting their tasks done.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I would say I dislike about the platform. However, it would be nice if there was more capabilities around visual components.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing my team to stay organized and on-task, as well as provides a information storing resource.
EFFECIENT SCHEDULING APPTS
What do you like best about the product?
HOW QUICK IT IS TO GET THE CST INFORMATION AND SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT PER THE CUSTOMERS REQUEST.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I do dislike is when customers enter their information and sometimes that information does not appear in our appointment system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits me from having to contact the customer and possibly having that customer not answer so it is easier for them to schedule in their request.
Absolutely LOVE! So easy to manage for new hire trainings!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that our team can set up a training guide on our Monday Board for new hires and it gives them step-by-step how they complete their training, holding them accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly do not have any complaints about Monday.com. It works extremely well for our work dynamics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems, at all! Our team LOVES it!
The Only PM Tool that has Stuck!
What do you like best about the product?
I've tried others and Monday has been the only project management software that I still use. I love that you have flexibility to set up boards in the way that works best for you and your team. My team all uses it in slightly unique ways based on their preferred style, but we are all familiar enough with Monday that it still makes sense and remains consistent. It's been a game-changer for me managing so many different projects throughout different BUs, locations, and lines of business. I appreciate being able to add in notes, files, and deadlines for full transparency within our group.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see even more customizations. For example, I'd like the ability to change the column options within a board so they don't always have to be the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small team and a lot of ongoing projects. I have a main board where I can tag team members and assign tasks to them which is super helpful. I categorize our ongoing projects within my board to stay organized and give each item a status so everyone knows exactly where the project is at in the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been one of the best tools for myself and my company. Using the softwares gives my team clarifity on what is required. The communication that using Monday.com has brought to our team is priceless! We collaborate and check our responsibilities off faster than ever! The ease and convenience has been amazing for all sectors of our company! Thank you for proving a tool that I can see clarifity within my company productivity!
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit to think outside the box to use it to its full capacity. I wish I could send emails and recieve eamips through updates so that all contact of communication would be automated instead of having to copy and paste a conversation from an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instant collaboration and organization in one place.
Very Great for Production Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of different custom organizational tools and very thorough for production services and organizing. We used it a lot in our Los Angeles production team and it helped tremendously to keep things organized and running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be more polished but overall it's not a huge complaint. I'd like to see the subitems have deadline capabilities too as well as easier access to move from board to board/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management of all our productions, signing out of camera and lighting gear, scheduling productions so there's no overlap, timing editors to balance max efficiently in post production
Monday helps keep me organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can make separate boards to keep everything organized. It's very easy to update the boards and to export the information to Excel. It is also very easy to collaborate with others to make all tasks are taking care of.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it wasn't so expensive. I would also like the option to pay per seat instead of having a set number in each tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps to keep me organized and on task. It is also a great resource to store my contacts. I am by far more productive since using Monday.
Vital to our business
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and endless customization makes our daily process so much more efficient. I can't imagine our workflow without Monday. We tried a few competitors, and there is no contest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the automations and integrations are limited and unable to do what I want, but these are constantly getting updated and new features are regularly added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are constantly adding new features, which continues to give us more functionality.
