Helpful automations
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to automate candidate applications to produce CVs. We are also able to assign specific tasks to members and see productivity
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have a time stamp for bubble notes. Our organization requires constant timely communications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reduce communication times with staff and applicants in our system

What do you like best about the product?
I like everything. It integrates with everything. Nothing to complain about.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Seriously. We use it for Commercial CRM with integrations that were done "by hand".
It could be better if you created a type of BI.
We invested something close to R$40,000 to make these integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
I combined multiple spreadsheets into boards and shared them with our teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
When multiple team members are involved, it isn't easy to get consistency in information recording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has reduced the time required to manage tasks by eliminating the need for multiple spreadsheets, scanning, and emailing documents. It has speeded up our information and communication flow.
Great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It organizes me and my team on what we need to complete projects. We are able to see where bottlenecks occur and can effectively address any issues that may arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday only allows one sublevel task per primary level task. At times we feel the need to at least have two sublevel tasks and wish that Monday allowed this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped our hybrid team work more efficiently with each other on projects, events, tasks, etc. We're not always together in the office and we feel that Monday increases our ability to collaborate.

The platform is easy to use and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that not everyone in my organization has an account. That sometimes makes it difficult for cross collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it when I can see all my tasks, also it can sort per people assigned and also I can easily marked it done when finished and immediately informed the other team mates on the done tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
well there is nothing in particular atm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
well it helps disseminating tasks and it will inform if there are an ongoing tasks so that each of the team are aware on what to do.
Great customizable CRM. I love how easily accessible everything is!

How organized everything is and how visually appealing it is to look at, not overwhelming or jumbled. I love how the automation work and how easily the notifications are enabled.

The ability to share info in real time between departments and update files and progress on projects.
A task management workhorse
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a workhorse. I have never found a task management software that does so much and allows you to automate your workload to the extent that monday.com does. While I appreciate software systems like HubSpot and Salesforce, the level of task management just isn't there like with Monday.
I will say that for a Product & Engineering team, JIRA makes more sense but for more creative or operations-based team Monday.com crushes!

What do you dislike about the product?
While monday.com does have a lot of crucial features within its portfolio, many are not within their lower paid levels or even within the higher paid levels; you have a limitation on how many you can utilize when it comes to automation. It is frustrating to have an automation triggering, then suddenly stop without much warning.
The only way to continue the automation is to upgrade your account... Not the best experience for a new user who is trying to make the most of the features they have available to them.

Monday.com is a workhorse. I have never found a task management software that does so much and allows you to automate your workload to the extent that monday.com does. While I appreciate software systems like HubSpot and Salesforce, the level of task management just isn't there like with Monday.

I love how easy it is to navigate! It also helps with teamwork and projects, and I especially love the doc feature where we can place all our team notes!

I wish it integrated better with Excel sheets!
