What do you like best about the product?
streamlined our comms and processes - having everything in one place that teams can interact on! it also makes reporting so much easier, dynamic updates from multiple boards saves us so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
honestly, struggling to think.. our only downside is getting some users engaged and up to speed quickly enough. some teams have been really quick to adopt and others take a bit more time, just depends on their use cases. However, the monday.com team are always on hand to help with this and have run various internal training sessions for us which have been well received!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have moved our NPD workflow to monday.com from an alternative system and already seeing huge time efficiencies, it's making our project management so much slicker!

Keeping track of projects progress, lists and other details that need to be accessed by several teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to integrate with other platforms (ie: CRM's etc) without paying for another service to sync information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team communication related to projects etc.

I love how I can track the progress of my projects, make sure the deadlines are met and use the feature of status updates

I don't like it that whenver I crete a new item, it gets deleted and then I have to click "bring it back" on the pop-up message to retrive that item

Monday.com helps to keep my team organized, all the marketing material we create is very accessible and easy to find!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Monday to entwine with Google calendar which is where we create our content plans.

Organization and managing requests
Great experience, very helpful functionality
What do you like best about the product?
The presentation and functionality are superb. Thought has gone into reducing the number of clicks for every task and it's easy to create reports and automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the downsides seem to have been addressed recently - such as the ability to email directly, to create a longer text style "report". Time tracking feels clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see easily the work that each of us in the team has done on a client or a task.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use - you can move columns, have different views and hide things with the click of a button. We have our order processing, stock system, CRM, our company runs so much smoother because of this amazing software
What do you dislike about the product?
TBH there isn't much. The only thing is that we haven't found how to disable getting email notifications for certain items. Just have to delete these every morning

Having most of our information in one place makes it easy for our team to find what it is they are looking for. It has helped streamline our entire order processing system saving tonnes of time and ensuring everything is sent out on time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using boards and making different ones depending on what project we're working on at the time. We use it for campaign and marketing organization the most! It's also great for keeping track of your company events coming up or assigning tasks to people.
What do you dislike about the product?
A better calendar system for keeping track of marketing campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is the one place that everyone on our team can go to if we're not in the same room. It makes working on a project easier and less chaotic, we can write all our ideas in one place.

Monday is extremely dynamic in viewing information in so many different ways, linking boards to minimize double-entry, and has a beautiful interface!
What do you dislike about the product?
The print feature is very limited, cuts off information, and has very limited layout customization.
Would like to see more functionality with subitems, and even sub-sub items.
Also, having a team chat feature that is independent from individual items would be HUGE!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to centralize so many of our databases into one place, and link info from one to the other, thus eliminating double-entry.
Great product that helps with tracking and productivity
What do you like best about the product?
The ticketing system, the tracking, and overall increase in productivity. The colors and visual is appealing. The app works well too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited options due to level of service, regular vs enterprise. Archive data is awkward and does not keep the same format of the page it once lived in. Format is awkward and does not show the data in an easy view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and productivity that others have visibility to. Easy to search, everyone has their own view setup. This is different than Excel as it would have changed others' views.
