What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes it so easy to manage the multiple clients and their projects that are served by our digital marketing agency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure I dislike anything about it, actually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us all to engage with our client projects easily and quickly. So easy and user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has transformed how my team tackles complex, multi-phase projects. From cross-functional collaboration to transparent tracking, it keeps everyone aligned and moving forward. We've used it to manage software launches, onboarding programs, and even to streamline our internal communication strategy. After attending the Evaluate conference, we walked away with even more ways to innovate and increase efficiency.

I loved it so much at work that I used it to organize the logistics of my son’s wedding. When a business tool becomes your go-to for a major life event, you know it’s something special. Monday.com isn’t just a platform, it’s a productivity partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t love that views aren’t user-specific. When one person sorts or reorders a board, it changes the view for everyone. It would be helpful to have the option to lock or personalize views per user. Additionally, a forced ranking feature, such as a numbering system, would be beneficial for maintaining a set order or easily reverting to the original sequence after changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management helps us streamline and centralize incoming requests through custom forms and workflows. We've created several request forms that our company uses to submit directly to our team. These automatically populate our boards, allowing us to quickly assign, track, and manage each request. This ensures that nothing gets missed and provides us with clear visibility into progress from start to finish.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful aspects of Monday Work Management is the customization that you can apply to your tasks & sub-tasks. With our business running multiple jobs at once it can get very hectic, but with the task management system that Monday provides it allow us to break everything down to the smallest detail in addition to sharing that information to everyone involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't go out to say that I dislike this about Monday's, but exporting a thread of tasks with their sub-tasks into an excel document can be tricky. I may not have the adequate skill necessary to build a template that I can export to, but when exporting we always seem to have to go back into the excel and modify it to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problem that Monday Work Management is solving in our business is the workflow management & scheduling. As stated previously we run multiple jobs at once, the scheduling capabilities that Monday's provides assures us that we can keep everything on track, in addition to being able to forecast for future projects.

What do you like best about the product?
It creates so many efficiencies and works for so many workflows, it's a one stop tool that allows our team and business to function more wholistically. I can't imagine life without Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it more easily integrated with other system tools or could be more customizable for basic users. It seems like there are more customizable features but you have to be a techy person to be comfortable using them. It would be great to have easier integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helps solve workflow bottlenecks and ensures teams are in the know across the workflow process which helps us more quickly identify areas for improvement and keeps both internal and external clients aware of status updates.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows us to stay focused on tasks which are necessary for our tours to be successful. It enables us to divide takes and know what we need to accomplish and keep nots and files all together for our team.
Monday is easy to integrate out of the box and it keeps things organized. We use it every day for our business. It is the backbone of our organizational needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is not anything we do not like about it. If anything could be easier it would be to CONNECT tasks from one area to another. You need to have a little understanding about how to connect these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT keeps us organized. We can divide tasks and it is easy to know who has what task for a project. It enables us to keep an eye on progress so that we know where we are in a timeline also.

What do you like best about the product?
The monday Work Management tool is great! I've been using this program for almost three years now, and it’s made a noticeable difference in how I manage my projects. The interface is clean and intuitive, which made it easy to get started without a long learning curve. What really stands out is how much time it saves. Whether I’m organizing tasks, collaborating with teammates, or tracking progress, everything feels seamless. It's clear that a lot of thought went into designing a user-friendly and efficient tool. I’d highly recommend monday Work Management to anyone looking to streamline their workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see an easier way to print the documents for review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The moment I began using the shared task dashboard, the clutter vanished. I could see progress in real time, assign priorities, and track status—everything became transparent and efficient.

A true life saver!

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of Monday is the ability to have automatic emails sent out on certain dates. In real estate, there are a lot of deadlines that have to be met and this helps me out SO much. I use it all day every day. It helps to keep me organized and stay on top of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday can seem to move a little slow sometimes, that's my only minor complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Transaction Coordinator at a brokerage with over 100 agents, and this platform helps me stay on top of each milestone in a transaction. The automatic emails are literally a life saver and the agents are always appreciative of the reminder emails, and it makes me look great!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great for allowing my company the ability to quickly and efficiently track multiple caseloads within different departments and compile data lists. We use Monday daily now and have recommended to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have been very pleased with Monday and have not experienced any disadvantages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to keep track of claims, customer contacts, and additional customer data in one place for multiple users which is not something easily and so seamlessly found in other products.

monday Work Management Changed the Game!

What do you like best about the product?
monday Work Management is hands-down the best thing we ever did for our business. It streamlines our projects, helping ensure every piece of the puzzle gets completed in a timely manner. I can't remember the last time we missed a deadline since implementation! It's insanely customizable, making it fit our (or anyone's!) exact needs. The internal automations save us time, and it integrates with external automations seamlessly. It's so easy to build yourself without any sort of software background, but the customer support chat is always there when you need it, too!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only real qualms with the software currently are as follows: Can't access formula column data via API for mirrored items. Mobile Kanban view doesn't support opening subitems. When moving items in between boards, the boards populated as options aren't intuitive, or based on moves that are recently or frequently made. The long text column is not easy to edit when the text is more than a few lines long. The automations don't support "if"/"or" type operations, forcing me to create dozens of automations that could be just one (Workflows is a good solution, but is only available to enterprise-level accounts: we have 11 employees, so this doesn't fit our needs.) There is no way to connect a new item to multiple boards natively without using an external automation. These are all mostly minor inconveniences that we work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday does basically everything other than invoicing in our business. It handles everything from CRM to sales/art/production workflow management. We use it for other projects too, like inventories and recurring weekly cleaning checklists. Monday helps us ensure that every single little step that is involved in each one of our projects get completed, and we handle 30-40 projects per week on average. It helps us capture data to analyze, which helps us identify issues in our processes and ensure our profitability. Furthermore, this software was able to grow with us and mold into something larger for our company as we scaled from 1 employee to 11!

Monday - Make Organization Easier

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great task management system. It allows me to lay out a project and every little task that is part of it while tracking its progress and who is assigned to it. What I like best is being able to filter and create different views to make it quicker to see the information that I need. I love the ability to create automations as well for statuses and even emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is someday it lags or is down. Meaning you can't always access all of its features upfront. This causes issues when working on projects and you need to access different boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep organized and efficent. We know the statuse of the project and what needs to be done still.
