What do you like best about the product?
it is easy to organice all your project. You can create different boards for every project you have - You can add tasks, duedate, time line - All funtions from excel (most of it)
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really but it would be great if you can add colors for each column
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
project planning, it saves time - YOu can collabrate on one board between a few project team members. so it is very productive and time efficient- Also, this has caused my perfromance to increase
A fine software..with stronger alternatives
What do you like best about the product?
Visualizations are helpful, especially when toggling between views for shared boards. Guests are also easily added to boards, even from outside of your organization - which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday documents have so much potential but are, unfortunately very non-user-friendly. I recommend sticking with Google Docs for the lags and glitches that Monday docs bring. The feature to automatically add a line of text as an action item is excellent, but unfortunately, it does not outweigh the bad user experience of the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped keep open communication with our fully distributed team. However, we're more likely to manage tasks and deadlines and collaboration in slack - which does not have a great Monday.com integration
An interface to all business functions
What do you like best about the product?
Having Monday.com gives me a web-based interface to allow any user - inside or outside the company - to interact with any type of data. The robust GraphQL API allows me to abstract data locally in any way I want, then push it to boards. Existing (free) automations allow me to trigger all kinds of events, and the growing marketplace of integrations drives the custom development features of Monday and lets me build custom apps and interfaces to our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no offsite backup utility, so other than a custom API-driven export of data, there is no ability to follow a standard 3-2-1 backup policy.
Despite what seem to be prolific attempts - I find it hard to find useful training documentation on functionality. Every video is packaged up as a high level marketing video ("No More Tears!!" style), and I find myself searching YouTube without much success for deep dives into feature functionality (e.g. Connected Boards).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With many siloed sources of business data inputs, Monday acts as a central unifying resource for interacting with various customer documents, logistics information, and anything else.
Monday.com is the best tool in the market to organize my work, tasks, lists and collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, intuitive user experience, beautiful GUI
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. The tool is quite expensive to use for small organizations. We had to reduce the number of users and keep only a handful of "power" users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing tasks and projects
Aesthetically pleasing and effective
What do you like best about the product?
The automations and integrations between the different boards. Also love how easy it is to create a dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and create boards. It has nice features, not overly complex. If you're super techy, you can customize, just not my realm... Nice CRM brings efficiency and value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it if it had a better layout. It's doable just; I have seen better layouts in other CRMs that I have used. Overall great CRM, though for efficiency and value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday, I could not handle my work load. It helps me stay on track, be efficient, and stay informed on my daily tasks. It's a significant part of my daily plan.
Good and easy tool to use
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share project plans outside of your organization and able to collaborate with multiple teams. The UI is simple and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
moving the tasks around is not very convenient and it jumbles the page up a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of sharing with project stakeholders with ease. The price per user is also low and has some amazing functionalities that make project planning very fun and easy
The most effective time-saver ever
What do you like best about the product?
The use of automations on the platform is incredible and makes connecting boards, thoughts, ideas, statuses and so on, so much easier. It's become essential to keeping our team all in sync for comms, understanding where projects, products and packages that we offer are all at, alongside making sure we're tracking the deals effectively through the CRM and tying this into invoicing too.
Where we're a b2b sales business also, Mondays has helped us to keep track of available products and services that our clients request on a regular basis, showing us when services are unavailable, free to book, and we've implemented the CRM to help us keep track of projected ROI, spends and forecast levels.
Using it for project management how it was originally designed for is incredible and there's plenty of scope to tailor the setup to work for you as much as you need, however their CRM is also a great way to bring all of your business functions into one place and keep track of all projects, deals and stages on one go - even without paying for the upgraded sales crm tool. We've been exploring the integrations for this more including into Xero and 3rd party apps, but mainly making use of the quotings tools including Docugen, which we have found has been particularly beneficial to tightening up our sales process (and implementing one!), as well as keeping track of our deals more closely, using Mondays to create dashboards to monitor deals won and cancelled, as well as turnaround time for how long they take to get accepted and now learning more about dependencies so we can better automate this flow across all teams involved. We have also since begun to use dashboards to share our client reports with the client themselves through the use of the shareable links and board views, which has been a game changer in terms of reporting back on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
We now use monday.com daily for all of our projects, managing personal to-do lists and even just building out a client database on there, integrating into Active Campaign via Zapier and more. It's been a slow start for our team to get to full grips with it, but we've also taken on board the Monday.com core product certification, which in turn has upskilled our team more to feel more confident in their approach to Mondays, as well as the ability to better design our boards and how we use the platform for tracking of all the different elements of our business.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be pretty difficult to start from scratch sometimes, and the template boards that are available aren't always so clear as to how to implement them to suit specific business needs, however their team are always available through live chat and can work with you when you need them to so you're never left alone with setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where we had no CRM, Monday.com works as a great tool to be able to allow us to manage our quotes, bookings, contacts and sales from one place, as well as going granular into how these bookings fit into wider projects. Since implementing the CRM, we have been able to monitor our 2023 sales so much more clearly, understanding who our top spending clients are and where our biggest sources of income come from (and which products and services).
The use of workspaces means we can separate out team functions but still keep everyone and every task/item linked through connect functionality and automations. It's also helped to improve our overall team comms of making sure everyone is up to date on the project at the same time, without risking too much email trail confusion - everything is in one place and actually, no emails are required for communication through the use of updates! This has been essential for us in terms of streamlining our processes to make sure things are easier for our team, of which we've found monday.com really has helped us to improve this and we're all constantly learning new ways of how best to keep working within the platform to fully integrate this across all teams as a standard.
