What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one place is essential to any B2B business. It eliminates email overload and redundancy. Seeing versions/updates instantly takes any guesswork out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization is not as intuitive as I would have thought. Setting up the most efficient workflow has somewhat of a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing communication and milestones with team members across globe.

What do you like best about the product?
We now use this platform for everything. It's been super helpful in building our new website as well as managing our clients social media marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is a little hard to read on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to manage teams across vast geographical areas, tracking projects, helping plan social media calendars, and events.

Monday is a very helpful software. It helps staying on top of your deadlines and keeps communication flowing with the team. i had never tried anything better than this ,
What do you dislike about the product?
At the present moment I can't think of anything I would like to change about it. It really is a well thought app to help the team prioritise as well as getting work done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday is hekping me keep track of progress on current projectds, keep track of deadlines to better organise my workflow, and it allows for instant comunication with other team members collaborating on the same projects.

I enjoy that all my spreadsheets and documents are more visually appealing. Also it has eased up our crazy work flow.

Building my own boards is time consuming and requires quite a bit of extra work.

It is preventing me from having to use 8 different databases to track simple information.

What do you like best about the product?
We find monday.com helps our business unit manage and prioritize workflow, and assign it to people within our department based on resource availability. Really helps us monitor work coming in and going out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of notifications we get! Is there a way to turn them off or limit them?

I appreciate their ability to share my to-do lists with others, their status, priority, due date, and ability to task a specific person on your team with a project.

We have multiple task lists for different projects and groups, it can sometimes be hard to find the one I am trying to work on

This software allows my team to effectively project manage and for others to know the status of projects without having to create a status meeting or message them.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. You can access your working schedule from your phone and tablet. All users signed to the task see the updates automatically after changes. One of the best websites I was working with.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, so far I do not have any dislikes about Monday.com. The admin supports the website all the time so never experienced any inconveniences. Every time works on a high level.

Easy contact with the whole company. Everyone has easy access to daily tasks. No one can miss anything. If one of the team mates is off sick or just off day it is easy to follow his job and emails.
