I can hardly have a conversation about a Project without having the Monday Board open!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility. The ability to add additonal columns, add different views and create automations quickly is really helpful. I have not used competitor products but evaluated a few. Monday seemed to be further ahead and well funded with investment for the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto Numbering that doesn't stay with the item. The unique Identifier number is too long to work with so we assign our own manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for Development and Testing for our Software projects. The ability for the entire team to view, interact, communicate, notify, track comments/conversations, etc. has really facilitated collaboration across many different teams all working on the same project.

Fantastic workflow system to pull the whole team together!

What do you like best about the product?
It's just so simple to use and it made our whole team work more collaboratively without the need for constant emails and meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Team uptake. It was difficult initially to get the whole team using monday.com but this would be similar with most new softwares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to share boards directly with clients which help us keep them updatewd without loads of emails and internally, our workflow is more streamlined now with boards for each of our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Great interface that allows you to keep track of all the elements of your projects in one quick glance. Extremely customizable depending on the specific need of the company.
Support is available to help and provide customized solutions.
We have recently added seats to accomodate other members of our team and the system is easy and intuitive. New members have been onboarded very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation would be extremely helpful, however a very limited number is allowed even in the plans you pay for and adding more actions would be extremely expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small localization company with different departments. Each department is able to personalize their boards based on the specific needs and keep track of their projects with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
how easy it is to keep tabs on exactly where i am at with my leads and how efficient i am able to be
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the system can run a little bit slow

it solves the issue of understanding the context behind leads, at a glance i can see whether someone is close to being closed or if it needs work

What do you like best about the product?
I can use the app wherever i am to find a candidate's phone numner or email address on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
i sometimes want to be able to search resumes or files i dump under the updates section

it got us away from our old systems. Very easy to use. Just add candidates we find to it and their contact info

What do you like best about the product?
I love how our team can share boards, schedules, and calendars. We can assign tasks to one another, share and store notes, and track project status. Different views make it SO EASY to stay organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little bit overwhelming because there are SO MANY options. Figuring out what exactly you want to include, and how to get it to show up in the view that you want can be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is keeping our team organized! Team members can easily check the status of a project, and other team members can easily collaborate to finalize it. It helps me to keep track of various projects and make sure I am staying on schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
With Monday.com calendars I'm able to easily manage my workload and plan weeks ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've encountered some issues where certain requests placed by project owners won't appear on my calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping our team efficiently assign and manage an increasing number of tasks.

Great Product, Horrible Service

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Monday.com is how customizable the product is. From scratch I'm able to build a board that caters specifically to the needs of the department I'm creating it for. The automations also make using Monday.com extremely convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
No exaggeration here when I say this, but Monday.com has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I work in operations, which involves a lot efficiency and speed. These are two traits that Monday.com fails at. The company I work for pays for the highest tier package available, Enterprise. Despite being a paying customer, Monday.com doesn't seem to care. I whole-heartedly feel like they do not care about timely responses, nor do they seem to care about followups or responding to emails in general. I have tried requesting help from multiple people, and rather than answer a simple question via email, they eventually respond and tell me, "let's schedule a call for next week."...to answer one question...There is also a, "Get Help" option that is accessible from any Monday.com board. I've tried this option several times and have never received a response. If you're a company that relies heavily on customer service support, it is best to steer clear of Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps house data in a singular location, while also creating efficient workflow that makes projects easy to manage. Monday has also helped my company turn some manual processes into automated processes and as a result, have freed up many work hours.

I've been using Monday.com for a while now and I'm thoroughly impressed with its capabilities.
