Helps with team's organization
What do you like best about the product?
It really helps with team's organization. It's simple and easy to use. All my teammates communicate with each other using Monday as primary font. They use Slack too and the integration is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! The only complaint that I had is already solved. I could't change my e-mail account but finally I was able to do that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with deadlines and task management. I always know when I need to deliver my projects. And I can see which projects are my teammates working and who is collaborating with me.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly and easy to onboard quickly. The features are flexible enough to suit different types of working styles and organization so you don't feel locked in to a specific workflow. By building process in Monday.com we were able to reduce time spent on launch of marketing campaigns by 35%, while reducing inbox bloat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Software is great. I would love if there were webinars or a learning wiki to show users how to take full advantage of all the features. We don't have an enterprise account, but are on the cusp and wish there was a point of contact to help structure the accounta and get us buy in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows all stakeholders visibility into initiatives of the digital department and provides an archive of previous work to reference. We've also seen a reduction in meetings and emails as it relates to the launch of campaigns because all of the information and conversations live in Monday.com.
A Helpful Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
We love that Monday.com is a digital workplace that significantly assists us in keeping our largely remote office unified and organized seamlessly and intuitively. Automating tasks is beneficial for setting up to-do items regularly and moving them to pending or complete status. I also use the features that allow boards to be linked to QR codes for information gathering amongst team members and the public when necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I am trying to make a form, I do not have the autonomy I would if I were using google forms. Some features could use updating to allow my preferred usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of writing tasks on paper and falling through the cracks. This system allows tasks to be tracked and followed up on for accountability in the workplace.
Good platform for manufacturing companies
What do you like best about the product?
It links to the entire department to see the ongoing process through its pulses. Also, it sends a notification if some things get updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lags sometimes with lots of input data.

It reduces time to pass on small information to various department.
Great individual or team task organization and tracking of projects
What do you like best about the product?
It's very customizable. You can create your own private boards for personal task/project organization or group projects. Communication with group members is direct and easy and kept to related topics/tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
You will see at a glance all of the the projects you are involved in. That's not really a dislike, its more of an eye opener. Before this though we would lose track of projects, and progess was anyones guess. So the worse thing about this is the realization of all the stuff you do for your job is right there in front of you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our tasks with brining on new hires and their needs. It has streamlined our process of onboarding new technicians as far as tooling and business needs. We use it for tracking broken tooling and equipment as well as far as warranty and replacement status. Certain key team members are assigned tasks within their roles but everyone at a glance can tell where we are in each process. Things just dont fall through the cracks anymore.
A good system capable of streamlining processes
What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps considerably with streamlining multiple processes including task tracking, to do lists and onboarding new clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can be glitchy, particularly when it comes to moving lines up and down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task tracking and task management our the main issues that Monday solves for us. It has made this process considerably easier and allowed us to concentrate more effort on clients and less on reporting.
By far favourite project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I am an organizational freak that has a couple of task, to-do, and project planning tools on each of my devices, plus a paper block and Remarkable for writing! And as such, Monday.com is still my, by far favourite, go-to tool for any serious planning and project management, and a definitive winner for business management. It is the easiest to use, has the best user experience and easiness of use, while being packed with such advanced features and functionalities. Integration with other tools is great, our business is using it for years and it has followed and helped us grow from a 5-member team to a medium international company. A definitive RECOMMEND, you won't be sorry for choosing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app just doesn't do it justice, I barely use it, but of course, you can't pack such a feature-rich tool in a simple mobile app. Anyhow, we use it for work and on a computer daily, it is the first thing I open in the morning on my computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us organize and manage our workflow, successfully plan and oversee projects, track team performance and tasks, gather and share our ideas, and share progress between different teams, helping us easily collaborate and stay on top of our tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows collaboration for managing our activities with updates in real time. The product allows a high level of customisation and has many handy features to enhance communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen any features I dislike. Monday has the capability for our needs. The more we explore Monday, the more we use to enhance our management and analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By consolidating all of our work in one place and viewable by other stakeholders, it eliminates the need for reporting with timely updates that everyone can see and discuss in daily scrums.
Monday helps me and my team to avoid uncertainty in our daily work.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the structure it has. Doing weekly/monthly planning is straightforward, allowing you to adjust each dashboard according to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that it can get prolonged. Sometimes it takes a while to process the changes I made and the whole page freezes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Monday it would be hard to keep track of our tasks (individually and as a team). We can plan and organize our work by concentrating information, dates, projects, etc., in one place.
Sales and development use.
What do you like best about the product?
All of the automation that I can set-up. Makes it very easy to get them started and nice little notifications. I can easily leave notes or create another board and link them so I know exactly what I am doing and have the notes right there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit slow or glitchy. It won't load right away or has a hard time posting an update. I have a bunch of data in there so I get it but faster and less glitchy would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in sales I need an accurate and easy to use way of storing all of my clients information so when they call I can be right into the convo like they are the only thing I ever think about.
