Excellent Product for Work From Home situations
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to organize and keep track of you work. Sharing daily updates, keeping track of projects, schedule creation and gantt charts are the most useful features of this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web application work perfect without any flaws. However there are many bugs in the desktop and mobile applications that needs to be fixed. Hope that these will be fixed in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com provides a platform for employer and employees to collaborate and work head to head by different locations. I work at a Japanese firm while in Sri Lanka. Makes it easy to keep our progress in sync.

I truly didn't realise how much data I was manually tracking

Some of the restrictions with automations are frustrating

Certificate storage and data compliance is made easier with the calendar and integrations calling to action the people who need to know

It's easy to keep track of the deadlines you have coming up, and perfect for keeping in touch with your team when working remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's great that you can personalise it, but it's easy to go overboard and make things complicated!

A super simple and user-friendly system, colorful, easy to operate and share. Different templates that save time in building. Connection and integrations to many features. Simple automations to operate.

Due to the complex projects i am involved in, monday.com helps creates a holisitc overview over ongoing requirements or tasks from different stakeholdres.
This has improved collaboration and reduced meeting times as most updates are shared directly on the tool

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps us significantly improve our team organization and efficiency. It provides a global overview of each project, allowing us to easily manage teamwork, define subtasks, and involve external collaborators like developers. They can see their assigned tasks and mark them as complete. Using Monday.com has truly been a major step forward for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requiere a bit of time (not so much) to setup the right view and personalise it. There are so many connexion that can be made with external software, making the setup not so easy to do at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using multiple doc files and xls files to manage our task. now we have a unique platform where we can see all tasks for all projects
