What do you like best about the product?
The way it can be done in Folders and Update the people n the list. THere should never be any missed stones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get confusing because there are soo many boards. There should be a checklist that is not soo hard to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue of forgetting processes and checklists that are needed for my business. Benefiting me because I am able to get things done that are on my list of To-Do's

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is such a helpful platform; with everything at my fingertips, I never have to remember a task again. I am done with paper to-do lists forever!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides! Everything is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing tasks between team members and keeping track of what tasks have been finalised and finished. It saves time because I don't have to check in on my team members constantly, I can open Monday.com and see a snapshot.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is really useful as bringing all your information together, allowing teams to review that data at once and allows for great teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot say there has been anything too negative about my experience; any issues that I have come across, the customer service team helped me through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us collabrate to complete tasks more efficiently while displaying data in a user-friendly manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a good alternative for team relational databases if your team is more than just yourself. Minimum 3 people. It is easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate the 3 user minumum. Paying for services not needed. I am a small business with only myself and feel it is a mone grab to upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
all information in one place and on a cloud with document attachment and calendar integration.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find best about Monday.com is that I stopped using my calendar and replaced it with this helpful tool to help me complete the day-to-day task. I also found this more motivating than using calendars and other reminder programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, the downsides of Monday.com are that there's no urgency for not completing a task. If you skip over a task, it will send you a reminder, but then the task will disappear among your completed task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving the issue of workers not completing their task and allowing order within the work place by making it easy to identify your daily jobs that are listed on Monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
If you are looking for a one-stop shop for organizing tasks, projects, and data metrics.... this platform is it! Color coding, setting timeframes and priorities, and assigning people to tasks is excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish different boards could be more connected. If I have a board going with a task on it, I can share it to another board, but if I update the original, it does not auto-update on the others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task and project management. When we have multiple projects at once, this has helped with the accountability and organization of the projects and tasks involved.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Monday.com is the customizable workflows. Very easy to use and understand. Setting up automations is pretty easy and support will help if you get stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the automations take some time to process. But it eventually works itself out. It would be nice to have a form view for the tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started with the CRM. That made a big difference in our sales process. Then we added Work Management and created specialized boards for our business. This product is a game changer for us.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation has made our work within different teams flow so seamlessly. How easy it is to keep track of projects/campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a glitch with the email notifications. They are sometimes grouped that it makes it easy to miss some notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The workflow is automated. Campaign management is handled by different departments, so when one department is done with their part in the campaign the next department is alerted and can continue. It helps keep track of where the campaign is easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy format makes organising the day, week and month for the whole team quick and easy. I like the great new features that they have implemented
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating group repeat tasks is not available and so you need to create them one by one each time. This would be easier if you could duplicate them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of seeing the status of tasks, which ones are urgent and when new task arrive.
