Great tool for organization of multiple projects!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped our team organize our many projects (over 200 at a time!) in a seamless and user-friendly experience. It has helped us to effectively track progress, budgets, correspondence and staff duties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our main struggle is having staff log in to update the status of projects. I feel it is a simple process using the browser or app but maybe a desktop app would be better?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of various timelines, systematic emails for client updates, assigning of projects for accountability, and overview of current projects/completion status'.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is fairly straight-forward, user-friendly, highly customizable, and very efficient organizational tool

Plenty of room to dive deep into what tasks the software can accomplish, but not immediately apparent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking, time-management, collaboration across multiple people and departments.
Very easy to use, customize and automate workflow
What do you like best about the product?
As a small company, we used Monday.com to help plan many aspects of our business, from sales and marketing to inventory and installations. We used Monday.com to plan projects, schedule daily production and act as a repository for tradeshow and other marketing material. It was great to have everyone in the company on the app to access the information, whether at the office or on a project site. It helped us reduce production errors by adding workflow for approval at various project stages. We found the pre-set training to onboard new employees extremely helpful and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feedback from our crew, who only accessed Monday.com via the app, found it frustrating to scroll through the columns and see the information. We had some instances when a task added disappeared and had to be added again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allowed every employee to have access to real-time information about a project. This reduced errors in production. We customized a board to track inventory in production and complete which saved us money when we could utilize existing inventory rather than manufacture a new piece.
Monday is a flexible project planning platform with many useful integrations and default features.
What do you like best about the product?
Many built-in features like statuses, timelines, reports, data types, and possible integrations (JIRA, Slack) help quickly add value to project management team members
What do you dislike about the product?
Rigidness of the boards and limits to how calculations can either require multiple boards created to achieve the goals or bring excel back into the mix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of entire project lists and tracking progress across the entire organization (even creating visuals) to help communicate to the entire company.
Great way to keep projects organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Monday is continuously adding and improving their app. Current fav feature is list items in projects; it helps break up the work when you have a bulky project with multiple tasks. Though I don't manage the dashboard, checking Monday to see what projects I have up this week is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to scroll through everything to look at specific projects? I know I can filter out the projects, but I think it would be nice to have an alphabetical panel that spans across the top so you can jump to different projects instantly by clicking on the appropriate tab?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves the issue of having to write down every project I'm assigned/keeping track of what is a priority. Some days it's not updated as efficiently as I think it could be, but it's organized. Monday is also constantly making updates, which improves the app even more!
A Positive Add to the Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I am one of the few neurodivergent people on my team, and I used Monday to stay organized in a way that works for my brain. My team loved it so much, we integrated it for the whole team, and it's been a win for everyone!
What do you dislike about the product?
We use it to track posts in content 'calendars' we build, and there's no preview imagery for the content we add, which has made for more than a few mistakes on our end when QAing.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe that everyone knows about this. Communication is the most important when you are running any business. Every employee has to be on the same page. We can do that with Monday.com. Also, we are busy people. Monday.com's automated system makes us free from following up issues.
I strongly recommend Monday.com. Without Monday.com, I can not run this business anymore.

Great resource for organization and tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple boards to separate categories, color schemes makes it very visual and feel more organized

The price and it would be nice to have more flexibility with how the lists are organized under each board

The ability to customize so many aspects of this CRM and how you see them. From Boards to groups, tasks, and subitems, you can make this software do and show exactly what you need, and how you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything. The automations can be a little complicated, but it walks you through everything. The trouble is learning what this software can do, because there is SO MUCH.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can customize each person's view to only see what they need to get their job done. We can sort all our info by any data point we choose, making comparisons easier to accomplish. We can add a column or data entry point at any time with no hassle. We get to build the interface out as we need as we grow.
