An incredible platform to build on.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to understand, versatile, and easy to integrate with other tools. They've created a platform where you creativity is the limit of what you can build.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only once you have been using Monday.com for a while will you find little features that should be included but aren't yet. There are always workarounds, and the developers are working on it, but more feature releases would help make this tool even better to build with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has become a "homebase" for the business where we can visualize things like our CRM, active deals, business intelligence data, and more. Team members can work collaboratively on projects, all in one place.
Great for tracking projects, however....
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a versatile piece of online software that allows for project tracking. It gives the ability to assign tasks and give the users a "bird's eye" view of the project status.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike its inability to use percentages instead of the out-of-the-box options, which are limited and bring down performance, in my opinion. The way I have to get it to work is cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None that i am aware of.
The best tool for management for a proyect company
What do you like best about the product?
The way we can keep control of all te data we use, we can find anything we want like date slots, money slots, data from other dashboards slots and so much more... we find very usefull the automatic reminders for us and for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can´t send PDF flies in the mails from monday, and create a tool that can make de work it´s very hard, as well some times te autos just don´t work and i have to move the item my self.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can have control of the clients and their billings, their support and we can get an status if their are active, billed and expecting payment, or averdue and canceled.
Good tool to organise my daily tasks
What do you like best about the product?
It's very powerfull tool manage my daily tasks and it has all I need.
"My work" tab is a good summary of all the task assigned to me and their statuses.
Monday allows me to easily create automations for status changes or creating some repeatable tasks.
I can easily export all the boards and tasks to Excel.
There are a lot more pros of course.

Monday may seem a little overwhelming at first glance bacause it has a lot of features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to keep control over tasks and workflows, especially when starting new projects.
Forms help to organise client orders and create tasks automatically based on the input from our clients.

Helps Me Stay Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. I like how I can set due dates, link to other things, look back on the history of comments and reviews, and see the status of tasks, and I like how you can comment with GIFS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish setting up slack integration was a bit more intuitive for me. I also wish it was easier for me to find achieved boards when I need to. I think with the type of user I have, I don't have access to see archived things, and I think it would be nice to have to reference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see what my team is working on. What we all have coming up, and what has been accomplished. It's just a good way for all of us to keep track when we all use it!

Automations are easy to figure out and test. I can talk through what I need it to do, and create one that fits that scenario

What do you like best about the product?
Beautiful layout, intuitive functionality, and easy to use. monday.com makes organization and tracking my work enjoyable. I like using the website more than competitors because of the color coding system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think monday.com's ability to link across projects/boards is limited to smaller organizations/projects, at least at the level I used it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com helps me to track the projects I'm working on, who is assigned to that work, and where that work is located. It greatly helps with organization and as a shared reference for our team members. As a result, it also helps create a sense of accountability for the team.

I don't have any problems with monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage projects and workflow, along with being able to communicate with my coworkers easily, has helped increase productivity.
A Powerful Tool - Once you integrate it into your workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is best used for item-tracking, in my opinion. Whether that item is a task to be completed, a project in progress, or something else, Monday offers the tools to track the current status of the item, rollup information about that item, assign it, write notes on it, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is robust, so it takes time to discover how to use it for your specific use-case. We still haven't fully nailed it, and typically struggle with it for a few days at the start of a new project - figuring out how to lay out the information in rows vs columns, where and how to use automations, etc. (This is because many of our projects are custom - we can't replicate the same board for each new client we sign).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday's new Docs feature solves a lot of our business problems. It provides a place for note-taking, and the ability to easily convert notes from meetings into "to do" items on a board. We can also format bullet lists with task check boxes, so when the task is done the line is formatted w/ strikethrough text. This, plus team member tagging, is a very handy way to handle feedback and revision notes on projects.
Great project management and budget tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Monday for about 6 years now, and I think it is an extremely valuable tool. It helps to keep me organized, and assures that I can see a custom view of everything that is important to me on one screen, without having to dig through emails and share drives to get the info.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the most part, Monday is totally user-friendly, easy to use, and straight forward. There have been a few times where I have spent a little longer than I wanted trying to find a feature, but that does not happen often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps everything i need, including dates, times, spend, documents etc all in one place. I never need to go into dropbox or another drive to find anything because whatever i am looking for is in the appropriate monday board. It is particularly great for budgeting, which is what i use the platform for most.
