User friendly, easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Its super easy to use for your personal life and keeping everything in order, or for my small business. I like that it only took a few minutes to learn and I was able to get myself up and running in a few minutes, helping to progress my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a bit annoying to have to pay for individual features to be added - but I understand why they do that. The basic plan is good enough, but you must pay for the more excellent parts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's taking all my paper lists and phone notes and putting them into a synced project management setting, basically making me stay on top of my tasks and successfully complete my projects.
Monday helps me daily in my project management work for distance learning!
What do you like best about the product?
Data and automations. They facilitate the analytical capacity of projects and the advancement in project phases, automatically. The individual task board (dailys) is another essential tool for managers' work, allowing them to satisfactorily monitor all developed activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no disadvantages, I love using Monday in all aspects of my work. A point of improvement would be to have a page with the recently accessed pages within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the use of Monday, we abandoned the various spreadsheets we used previously. With a platform where all projects are inserted, it is possible to have a macro view of the projects, their flows, and people. Thus, we can ensure that our delivery will be satisfactory, within the deadlines and guidelines established at the kickoff with the client.

I love the possibilities of organization, data analysis, integrations, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I make a suggestion: you should improve the way automations are organized, making them easier and quicker to find. Another suggestion is the possibility to move the positions of the created view tabs with filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is part of all our projects; through it, we can analyze the current situation of the projects, notice when we are going off track, and anticipate problems with a high probability of occurring.

Monday requires a steeper learning curve. Furthermore, the mobile experience hinders adoption among teams with different technical backgrounds or skill levels.

The amount of integration only increases, the ease of logging in and accessing everything we need, the ease of learning to use everything we need, and the service.
Monday is a great work tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy working with Monday; with it, we can accomplish daily tasks in a very organized manner. Regarding deadlines as well, it makes it much easier to meet tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like much about Monday is that sometimes it takes a while to update tasks, sometimes the site doesn't update immediately and this causes a bit of a delay in work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am part of a work team at Adapt EdTech, with maonday we can divide our daily, weekly, and monthly routine. Everything is well separated and organized in a clear and simple way.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the convenience and flexibility of monday.com as it provides a great platform for team or group communication. It has useful features such as email notifications that allow users to keep up to date with posts they have been assigned or tagged in without having to read every post within their group/team, tags that help direct comments to specific people and also the creation of checklists that make collaboration easier than ever before - essentially getting tasks done a lot faster! Navigating the site is also easy once you learn the basics
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that Monday.com currently offers limited functionality for forums, and the selection of sub-item options is not enough to completely replace our Excel spreadsheets. In addition, some enterprise-only features such as pivoting and manipulating data are only available with certain plans, which seems unfair as Monday.com is still heavily marketing itself as an alternative to Excel spreadsheets when it has fewer capabilities in this area than advertised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me stay connected and in sync with my distributed team every Monday, allowing us to spread the workload evenly and make sure everyone has the information they need quickly.
