Love it
What do you like best about the product?
I like tracking all open and closed orders with the amount of detail I want. It is an excellent tool for me; my productivity has increased since I started using it. I have been using it for about a year and a half and I still use it every day.
My favorite thing has to be connecting it to other boards, it is a great way to cut down on unnecessary work. Not to mention the Monday.com Knowledge Base is a great tool, I am able to get all the help I need quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more advanced automations, especially with subitems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our current software is unable to capture as much information as Monday has. We are not able to display data in this way; previously, things could be missed, and this way, it makes it easier to track everything. I can customize and have all that I need in one place.
Monday has been a game-changer for my clients
What do you like best about the product?
I love that my clients can stay up-to-date on the tasks that I'm working on and we can collaborate on projects and content together through the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to view the calendar, where you could see the content (photos,videos, text) that's associated with each item on the calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm now able to plan out social media content and easily share it with my clients.
A truly collaborative platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the workspace and the CRM integrate so well together. This platform has increased my team's productivity tenfold. We would not be as efficient without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team has not been able to use the mobile as successfully. The project management tools are not as user-friendly on mobile as on the desktop. It is an overall fantastic product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A unified platform to manage our business contacts and communication as well as all of our project details. Integrating these two systems for our company has saved a lot of organizational churn.

What I like best about monday.com is how intuitive it is to use, and as a consequence of that how I've managed to get my teams organised

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've grown a lot over the last few years & were using processes that worked well when we were smaller but needed tools that could manage our new expanded size. We have lots of small sites (we're a chain of pharmacies) & needed an efficient way of being able to manage & keep track of progress of how those site are progressing on tasks we have given them. Healthcare is highly regulated & so having the robust audit trail of activity that monday.com gave us was invaluable. It’s also been a huge tool in organising & bringing together our Head Office team. Honestly I have no idea how we managed before we had Monday.com
Easy and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me stay on top of deadlines, especially when they change last minute. It also helps me inform my coworkers of the current status of a project without needing to write a note.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not so much a dislike, but I think it would be useful to be able to hover over work in work management and quickly read updates/activity. There also seems to be a noticeable delay between the time work is assigned to me and when it shows up under the "My work" view.

Very Useful!
What do you like best about the product?
There are many things! The ability to make different boards for different projects, notifications and automation can eliminate emails, the ability to prioritize, mark as complete, etc. Assigning tasks to team members and getting notifications as they work on them eliminates a lot of back and forth. I love that apps are available to facilitate many needs. And creating a dashboard to be abe to visualize progress is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the primary column can only be set as a text box. It would be amazing if this could be a drop-down or a compilation of other columns so you can standardize how this is used within a board (I was able to solve part of this with a 3rd party automation). I'd really like to be able to use a mirrored column as a drop down in a form too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once I was able to integrate my mail client, it resolved some communication issues by allowing for automatic emails as projects worked through the process. It is also helping us improve time management, task management, as well as give us some internal analysis of how projects are being handled. I think it will help manage workload and time spent per project.
An intuitive, accessible source for project management.
What do you like best about the product?
The application provides an intuitive solution to project planning, bid tracking, and calendar access. Simple controls make it easy to train.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more training/tutorials on building different options.

Silos of information are broken down by providing a shared access point for everyone in the organization to see updates.
Great for Keeping Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it keeps the team organized and items can be sorted into different lists and prioritized.

Sometimes hard to find the list item you're looking for.

Essential for growing my team
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been critical in my ability to grow my team. Before I was keeping track of clients and tasks on Google spreadsheets that were indecipherable to anyone else. Transitioning to Monday.com has allowed my to better organize and track monthly tasks and client needs, and to bring on an employee and manage their deliverables. I would not have been able to scale my business without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I know this sounds trite but the only thing I dislike about monday.com is the amount of options. I feel like I'm not using it to its fullest potential because I'm too busy and don't have the time to go through every single option there is available. I know I could be getting more from my subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping track of all of my clients and the tasks associated with each client. Since I have over 25 clients this is critical for staging organized and collaborating with teammates.
