What do you like best about the product?
The easiness of the website. It helps me get used to the transition of working from home, I plan to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about the website that I dislike, at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com makes my working from home, so easy. Everything is in a perfect place for me to work from. It helps keep my home work life in order.
Monday.com has elevated our business in more ways I could have ever even thought of!
What do you like best about the product?
Automation systems to set reminders on projects
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside is I would love to be able to schedule content to social media platforms, as well as be more integrated with extensions like google drive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project organization and delegation has become way more simple and efficient
Easy to use excellent project management tool with AI
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use, and you can quickly train people. I like the way everything is represented in colours which you can customise, and its feature to send you reminder emails for project tasks. Also, it now has an AI feature which means you can set up a basic project in minutes and then fine-tune and expand on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that you cant copy columns from one board and group to another group on the same board or to another board and group. The second thing is that it doesn't have a broadcast feature to send a message to all Monday.com users in the company. This would be useful for sharing trips and improving one's knowledge of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for the organisation's overarching strategic plan, with projects feeding into it. It definitely made us more productive, and it replaced an industry-standard, more expensive product

It happens too often that with product updates that some functions disappear

Streamline Team Communication!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and intuitive layout. Easy to rearrange notes and reorder.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing with teammates can be redundant, I wish there was a better way to tag teammates and prioritize worklist

It streamlines communication on tasks
Great, simple platform
What do you like best about the product?
I started using monday.com to keep track of my past, current, and upcoming projects and the due dates for each. I love the customization features and the ability to flag the urgency/importance of different projects. This has been great for keeping our team on track and up-to-date on all the many moving parts of our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found much that I don't like about monday. For the demands of my work and the work of my team, monday.com has been a great tool that I have yet to find trouble with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely from the rest of my team. Before monday.com, this meant I'd have to send texts or emails to update my team members on the status of a project. With monday.com, I'm able to update the status directly on the board for my team members to check at their leisure.
Project Management in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it provides a place to manage multiple projects all housed in the same place. I like that I can organize and easily find any project I am working on by just clicking tabs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is only that I am not as monday.com savvy as I would like to be. There is so much to learn and I am not able to navigate as I would like. The only improvement I can add is that I need to learn and troubleshoot more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes communication with my team easier. That is a benefit because we can complete tasks sooner and everyone on the team is able to view all updates. This helps our business performance immensely.
Best Product Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is project management heaven. I love how easy it is to do various tasks directly from the dashboard. The teamwork and collaboration capabilities are excellent. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the inventory aspect was more in-depth without paying other apps for QR codes. The complexity is what made me seek another program for my inventory needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com keeps our dept organized and therefore more effective. We are able to see what is completed and by whom. As well as see what tasks are left to be completed.
My Organization's amazing experience with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Prior to using Monday.com, my organization (a marketing team) was using Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint to keep all of our files safe. However, it became way too hectici and difficult to manage and keep organized. As all of our team members work virtually, we decided to get Monday.com to help staff keep connected and on top of their work. I love that I get notificaations everytime I get tagged on a project to review, and I love how much file storage it has. I also love the elements on it (social media calendar, all of the folders you can create with it, and their overall project management tools. I always feel connected with my team, and like I am never missing out on completeing a task. Monday.com is also very user friendly and understandable which is great when onboarding new staff!
What do you dislike about the product?
I love using Monday.com and my team and I both have a lot of success when using it. The one annoying thing is the social media calendar, as everytime I click a date to schedule a post, I need to then go in and select the date again or else it doesn't let the post go through on the calendar. But other than that, its great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allowed us to put all of our files in a safe place that everyone can easily find. With a team of over 20 people and about 15 projects going on at one time, organization is key in order for our team to succeed. It allowed us to stay connected whille we work in a virtual environment, and ensure that none of us miss out on any important updates (as there is the notification feature for when you get tagged).
Excellent program, simple to use but powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is excellent for any size project that have multiple deliverables. You can view your project as a Gantt, you don't have to build that, the system will do that. It's excellent for keeping you on track!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find anything that I don't like about Monday.com. Perhaps with big and complex projects it might have drawbacks but for the boards and projects I've set up, there are no suggestions to make it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep deliverables on track, assign tasks to individuals, and monitor the progress of the project. For presentations, often Gantt charts are needed and the system generates those with ease and are used after exporting to excel.
