What do you like best about the product?
The organization of tasks, the communication with the team.

The difficulty in automations, other than that it greatly facilitates the day-to-day.

Easy Way to Communicate with your Team in and Out of the Office!
What do you like best about the product?
You can talk to someone remotely or within the same room regarding a project. The entire team knows where everyone is at all time. It takes the guesswork out of emailing or calling to tell them what is needed and makes the job more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest disadvantage of Monday is that you can't change the left-hand column to show the entire title of the job. It is hard to keep track of the job properly if you have more than one job with the same name (different phases or an additional service with a construction project). Making this modifiable would make things much easier all around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing task management within a team collaboration for multiple construction projects in an architectural firm. This allows us to work under one roof or remotely at any given time.
Keep your priorities prioritized
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to get distracted when facing a meteor shower of requests. Monday.com helps me easily keep the right things prioritized to make sure I don't have something fall through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation monthly limits can be a bit hard to manage on a budget. Would like to see more auotmations per month at a better rate. But the automations work perfectly and are easy to set up, just they are so useful, you will set up a lot and max out every month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in an industry where your focus gets changed by the second. It is easy to start something and then get torn to five other projects. Monday.com helps me remember what I still have to do and keeps me updated on the timelines necessary for each item.

Helped to Make Onboarding and Offboarding Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like monday.com because it has helped our business to move away from spreadsheets and constant emails. monday.com also sends reminders to those with outstanding tasks so that everything is done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any downsides about monday.com. It is easy to use, and you can set it up to suit your business needs. Our workflow is better with monday.com. Even those without much computer knowledge should be able to use monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com helped our organization solve the issue of missing items during onboarding and offboarding. It has enabled us to streamline our workflow making business performance better. No more remembering to email someone. I add the employee to monday.com.
Easy for basic features, hard for complex workflows

Easy customization for basic needs and task management

Limitations arise when attempting to set up more complex workflows, such a case/form management or reporting

An easy-to-use task management tool that exhibits higher adoption compared to other task management tools due to its simplicity.
Monday has streamed lined our processes and saved us money

I love the simple time and budget tracking feature
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that there is not an automation built in for when every task is complete. It is really time-consuming to have to add that to every single board when we have about 100.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps my team keep track of all open tasks and keeps all of our SOWs on time and in budget.
A great platform for organizing your work
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part about Monday are the automated emails it sends with the completion of every task. I also really like the templates, there is a very wide variety.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that it still isnt very straight forward or easy to use for me. There are awesome automations but sometimes it's hard to find them. This is just a minor inconvenience though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps our team be aware of the stage of every task, it works as a great planner and it brings us closer as a team. The business performance has definitely increased since using it.
